Amazing service and absolutely beautiful gowns! I want to give my sincerest thanks to the staff of Lauren Elaine bridal salon for working with me to (finally;) have my YES moment! This was an experience unlike any other. Thank you for allowing me to make an appointment AFTER purchasing my dress online. The gown I purchased was already gorgeous, but the custom allowances I was given absolutely made it PERFECT! Very excited to finally receive it and all my best to everyone who helped with this amazing experience!!

Niva and Adam made me feel so special and so comfortable during the whole appointment and process. They helped with everything I needed and listened to all the details I wanted for a dress and I was so happy and grateful to be able to customize my dress from two collection dresses. They are very transparent and that honesty was key and helped me voice my concerns. The store itself is so special. Its on the smaller side but youre the only bride in the whole place since they do only private sessions. I’ve gone to other places and you’re right next to other brides trying on dresses and I hated that. This was totally private and it wasnt awkward when I couldnt zip up all the dresses. I found Lauren elaine bridal while browsing on Insta. And I’m soooo happy I did!!! A great time start to finish. I just picked up my dress this weekend! I had a long phone convo before booking my time to see the gowns and walking in I was a little worried I would be too picky and not be able to find anything and I really wanted too. I had already been to sooo many places and was really getting a little lost. The whole team of helpers were amazing. So personal and not so pressuring like other places. They pulled my perfect dress on the first try but I also wanted to change the skirt and it was nice to be able to feel like I made it for myself. First times a charm I guess. It’s been a great memory the whole time and I felt really personal. I visited with my mom and two aunts to pick up the dress and surprisingly it fit perfect. I though i had gained due to holiday stuff but I’m soooo happy. Great location, easy parking, wonderful experience. Cannot wait till my wedding day! Fingers crossed it still this year!

I can’t even begin to say how happy I am with my whole experience working with Lauren Elaine. I purchased my dress a little over a year ago and just picked it up this weekend. I was so so nervous when I went in to see it after it being so long since my last appointment and I made changes during the year to things like straps. It’s amazing that they work with you to allow changes because most places set it in stone and it’s hard to decide a year before. Anyway I picked up my dress and it was even prettier than I remembered and fit almost perfect. I’m having my straps tightened because they were a little big overall but other than that it’s perfect. The train is so beautiful and so so long which I love. I also feel like I get two dresses for one because it detaches. My mom was so surprised and excited to see it at my fitting that she cried. A wonderful experience from start to finish and I’m very grateful and can’t wait to put it on again for my wedding next month.

I said yes to the dress at Lauren Elaine! My consultants were fantastic. When I was scheduled to come in and pick up my dress, it was raining and I was very concerned. They escorted me to my car with an umbrella just to protect the gown!! They have a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses and the the store is gorgeous. Everyone that works there makes you feel so special. Thank you to Lauren Elaine for making me feel beautiful!

My experience I had at Lauren Elaine was beyond amazing. The staff there is so helpful and personal and went beyond to help me find my dream wedding dress and order it exactly how I envisioned. The gowns are beyond gorgeous and so so unique especially if you want a fitted dress (it seems like that’s what they are really known for!) But besides having the best dresses, their personal service and custom options elevates Lauren Elaine to a whole different level. Thank you team for the best experience while planning my wedding.

I dont do any reviews really but I just attended their San Francisco trunk show on the recommendation of a friend who purchased a Lauren Elaine dress and had the best experience and because of both of us I wanted to share. My experience was fantastic and I said yes to a customized dress with train and crystal work. The quality is wonderful and so much better than some of the other high end salons Ive been to and their team made my dress shopping so special. I did receive very good prices for it being a trunk show too which my fiancé greatly appreciates. I definitely recommend visiting either during a trunk show or in LA if youre local because my experience was beyond and such a fun change from my other experiences looking for a dress. A dream experience for me! They have the most beautiful dresses in LA and I went to all the salons let me tell you!!!! My mermaid princess dress was beyond and I got so many compliments all wedding but even more important the best pictures. From the beginning I loved working with Adam and his team. He should really have his own tv show he’s so wonderful. I had some bridezilla moments and they were all so nice to me and now I’m embarrassed lol. I’ll be sending over all my girls when it’s there turn. Dream come true for my wedding thank you!!!!♥️

Ive had a nightmare of an experience with Lauren Elaine. Im a mother of 3, currently planning my wedding, and a nursing student. I flew to LA for my LUX appointment, I said yes to a dress I loved. My measurements were taken by Adams assistant and were incorrect. Once I arrived home I took my own measurements and brought it to Adams attention. He apologized and assured me the correct measurements would be used. Adam does not care about customers satisfaction. Continue reading for all the details and facts.My measurements are:Height 55Weight 114Waist 25 inches.Adams assistant documented my wasit as 37 inches.Hello Adam,Ive put off writing this email describing how disappointed I am with Lauren Elaine. But today after the Detachable Pearl Strand arrived broken I decided it was appropriate. On my lux appointment you stated that my gown would need minor to no alterations which is what puts Lauren Elaine above other bridal shops.My experience has been anything but pleasant it started with your professional measurements being completely off. I double checked my measurements to find that I was indeed correct, your assistant had gotten my measurements wrong. The dress finally arrived and it was left outside of my house without being authorized with a signature, a 3000 gown sat on my porch until I returned home in the evening the thought of it being taken from my porch was mortifying.When tried my gown on I was devastated it was huge, my dream gown was not fitted to my measurements. I needed $500 of alterations. I remembered the pride you took as you told me it would need little to no alterations. I should have asked you to define little, because $500 is by no means little in my opinion. I opened the envelope at the alterations shop the pearls slid right off of the tread, it was clearly poorly made. My dream dress has been a disaster and I have been hesitant to complain or leave a review. But after receiving the detachable pearl Strand falling apart at the moment of opening it, at this point Id like a refund on my alterations and a professional strudy detachable Strand re-sent express. My experience unfortunately has been anything but professional, I say unfortunate because you were pleasant to meet other than that Im left with regret.The package was left near the gate within reach of passser Byers. I have had packages stolen before and there was no signature authorization needed to leave the package.The day my detachable pearl Strand arrived I was scheduled to meet my alterations lady for another fitting to fix my dress because it was too long, and too big. I opened the envelope at her shop and the pearls were rolling around freely, while some hung on a ripped tread. It was clearly poorly made if it broke during shipping. It added insult to the entire experience and by this time I just wanted to move on from this horrific experience.A girl dreams of her wedding dress, I know I did. Now Im just hoping I can get my dress to place where I love it again before the wedding. If you read this and still go with Lauren Elaine good luck but consider yourself warned!!!

I have been trying to get an appointment for a bridal gown for a few weeks at this place . No one is answering or returning the calls . Very unprofessional

This place really is worth all the hype they get!! I first heard of Lauren Elaine through one of my cousin’s best friends who got married in a Lauren Elaine Jasmine gown. At her wedding she looked beautiful and her dress was so unique I had to see where got it. To my surprise I actually live in Glendale right down the street from their beautiful Burbank location so I scheduled an appointment and went in. I didn’t intend to by on the spot- but I got an amazing trunk show discount and I had already been to over 15 salons and my experience here was unmatched. I knew I had found my gown. The quality is amazing and I received free made to order measurements so I didn’t need any alterations except for a few adjustments. They said I might need more- but I was so happy with the fit . They don’t do the alterations there, so you do have to find another seamstress which can be an extra step, but I feel like that’s actually more honest because I’ve heard horror stories of other salons purposely ordering the gowns 2 sizes bigger so they make more money off alterations. I ordered my Epiphany with a full custom skirt and it was everything I could have dreamed of for my wedding dress! I would defintely recommend going during a trunk show because I also got a free veil and train! Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Alpine Aravakian ;) ;)

My fiancé said yes to her dress here and we came out from Texas! Were non traditional so I got to come with her, and after visiting about 5 other salons, I was ready for her to find her dress. This experience was by the far the best. Her helpers were very knowledgable, and not pushy at all. Im glad she found this place on instagram. Im always more concerned about price and the prices are great, especially considering we came from a salon in beverly hills where the only gowns she liked were over 10k!! way too much for our budget. Our helper got the gown within our budget, and she gets to make it just how she wants it.
