This boutique always does amazing. I had my brows waxed by Yvonne and she gave me the best shape for my face! I naturally have really straight brows and I wanted a little more arch, she did that without making them look too thin. Marbett was great also, she helped pick the right brow shade. They are both so nice every time I visit!

I’ve been getting my brows done here for over Six years! Marbett is one of the he sweetest and most professional Aestheticians I’ve ever been to. She knows her product and is very ingredient savvy. She truly is a master at her craft. I’ve been early to many appointments and she works insane magic and creates an amazing brow for each of her clients. She’s incredibly detail oriented and a perfectionist. She really does take pride in her work and loves what she does. I’m comparing this other benefit brow “experts “who do the same shape on each client. I have no idea how she still works at this benefit brow bar. I can’t believe benefit hasn’t acknowledged her work ethic, and made her a trainer. She’s exactly how every arch “expert “ she be modeled after. Last year I moved from California to New York. I LITERALLY fly in once a month to have my brows done by her. I’ve tried walking into several Ultas in NY and it was the incredible how un welcoming and how un comfortable they made me feel. So much Attitude and the “ I don’t give a f*** how you want it done I’m going to do it my own way” not once but THREE time at three separate locations.needless to say, I got up and walked out without them touching my eyebrows. Again, I cannot stress this enough….she is absolutely how every arch expert should conduct their business. I’m shocked she hasn’t been promoted. I hope this isn’t the type of business that constantly overlooks their incredible employees and doesn’t value them. Because employees that are under appreciated and unacknowledged eventually leave and that would be just terrible for benefit to lose someone as talented as her.
