Catalytic converter replacement due to theft. This particular shop worked with my wife and I, the insurance company, the garage where it was parked and after numerous attempts by other towing companies Caliber Collision sent their own truck to pull our Element out of a very tight parking garage. Update: I had a fairly major collision that I needed taken care of and so I returned to this Caliber location. They did a great job and matched the paint on the car very well. Worked directly with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of, and also helped me out with my deductible. I hope that I dont need body shop services again, but if I do, I know where I will return to.I cannot say enough nice things about this Caliber Collision location. I rubbed the left rear fender of my brand new car against a parking garage pylon. The car is a special color and I was worried I had ruined the paint. I stopped by Caliber Collision at opening time without an appointment and Mish took a look at the car for me. He thought the damage was superficial, so he went across the street to his warehouse to get some specialty cleaning and rubbing compounds. Within 15 minutes, my car looked like new, and I wasnt even charged. If I ever need collision repair work, Caliber will be my first stop. Thank you SO much.

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car. I was side swiped, and my car has striping on the sides. You would never know I was in an accident. The doors open and close seamlessly and their customer service is superb. I had rented from Enterprise and they told me to leave the car with them and they would take care of it. They did - which really made it a 5-star experience for me.

This place is the best. Walter is kind, fun, & reliable. As a lady who just wants to know my car is all good, I feel safe trusting the team there to take care of whats necessary & also keep the cost reasonable.

I have to give a shout out to Anthony Beltran: a service advisor at this particular location. Like most people, I hate taking my car in to be worked on, as I always feel that Im being completely taken advantage of (e.g., prices of parts through the roof, excessive labor costs, mechanics coincidentally finding more problems to solve, etc.). However, Anthony (and his team) was great and really worked with me to make sure that all of my concerns were met and that I was comfortable with the work that needed to be done. Icing on the cake: his team polished up my ladies car (including the engine) and even took out a characteristic dent on her hood - at no charge, and without asking. Nice touch this day and age. Great, fast and friendly service. My car was side-swiped while parked on Glenoaks Blvd. Of course, I was upset because it was a hit and run. Luckily, Caliber Collision made this process as smooth as possible. My car was hit on Saturday, on Tuesday Caliber conducted the estimate and on Friday the repair was complete. Ramish and his team are awesome, they work with your schedule and make sure you are satisfied. Im extremely satisfied. Keep up the great work. If the needed arise, I will definitely go back to Caliber Collision.

These guys are great! Very friendly and got the work done faster & cheaper than originally estimated. Stayed open late so I could get my car after closing. Even washed and waxed my car before giving it back to me!
