Our go to place to buy furniture and household items. They come up with new designs and organizing every few months. If you can put pieces together the furniture is fun to assemble.Also the dining has some tasty Swedish food options. The veggie hotdog is my current favorite

Spectacular I always enjoy shopping at Ikea. They have some of the most phenomenal displays of bedroom kitchen setups. Its like youre entering into a tour museum. What I found especially gratifying was at the end of the shopping experience there was some great hot dogs and pizza at the cash register.

I was impressed how well this store is organized and managed. You walk through the furnished rooms, take a note or a picture of the item and the tag, pick it up at the warehouse, pay and you are done! We got several items. A patio table and the chairs were extremely easy to assemble, just had to unwrap, open and secure.

Always love this place not only do you get things out of your price you find the most random things you didnt even think you needed. Scored these for 99cents..... Great space saver and price!

Out of almost everything furniture wise. Best to just ask staff what they have in stock vs. Looking at items and being disappointed with not currently in stock on the tag. They helped us find a bed and TV stand in stock for our college student.

A fun shopping experience. Great prices. I love how they set up the rooms to show you the potential of their furniture. They even show the square footage and the cost of the entire room. Dont forget to stop for some Swedish meatballs at the cafeteria. Theyre very organized and everything moves swiftly. Even if youre not buying furniture, its fun to walk around and pick up little accessories and treats you didnt know you needed.

Great location with plenty of parking. So glad the dining space is finally open again!Im feeling nice with this review, as I could ding off a star for the unreasonably long line and wait anytime you need to return but Ill let it slide. Strongly consider getting the app to assure items are in stock. Theres been a shortage for well over a year now on many items. Also, I bought a dresser at the end of the evening 1 night and had to wait 50 minutes for them to take it out to me. Seems pretty normal so that also bothered me

I had never been to Ikea, heard of it but never actually been in the store. loved it, very Organized. I found the wardrobe I hv been looking for, and am going to order it soon, and am glad they can deliver it when its put together. Cant wait to purchase it.

I like going to IKEA, find everything I need from the kitchen to the bathroom ! I just wish every country would have something unique in their own store.

Who didn’t like idea. A vast improvement in the quality of their furniture vs 20 years ago. Then it was one use furniture and into the landfill within a year or two.Now they make it to last longer, with better build and quality (still sub par to real quality furniture) yet affordable.The food court fare is constantly good, great price. Good quality food.

Wednesday mid day trip. Not very crowded. Make sure your a member of the IKEA club for food and store discount. Main reason for visit was to buy their fantastic blue bags for laundry. Be aware... they have a medium size as well. Luckily the cashier asked if I wanted the medium or large (I had the mediums), of course I wanted large. She saved me a lot of grief. Food is always yummy.

I waited an hour to pick up an item via their click and collect order pickup service. There were about 15 people waiting in their cars for more than 30 minutes as well. When I went up to see if I could get it myself, I was just told I was not allowed. I don’t see the point of having a convenient click to pick up services when you have to wait an hour to get one thing. It would have made much more sense to run in and get it myself, but there was no way to cancel after I checked in. I would highly advise to stay away from the car side pickup service or check in 30-45 minutes before you get there to save yourself some time.

Ikea never ceases to amaze. nothing better than your choice of swedish meatballs with gravy potatoes broccoli and langenberry. then you could go out shopping for whatever youd like. you will finish your trip by buying an ice cream cone or even a hot dog at the lobby of the place. no matter where you go what you do what you buy Ikea always comes through. plenty of restrooms and Ada available access.

This is the best IKEA in LA. Always clean and neat. The staff is great, always really nice and service minded. One sad thing with all IKEAs here in LA is that they are always empty shelfs everywhere. Its more a lottery to go and find what they have in stock on their website.But in all, best IKEA in LA.

Hadnt been there in years. Talk about a confusing maze, all this while wearing a mask. The only good thing was that since we were buying countertops, we could pay for them upstairs and then somehow find our way to the pickup area and not have to wait in the gigantic checkout line which probably would have added at least 45 minutes of standing! Then once they brought the counters out, had very confusing directions how to find our pickup truck and lack of direction signs had me driving in circles to get back to the pickup area and then little signage to get out of the parking lot. Very relieved to finally get out of there! Recommend online ordering!

We went through the entire store, and most labels read Temporarily Out Of Stock. Although we picked out the ones that did have the tag 🏷️ once arriving at the floor clerk, the search on the computer will tell you that they dont have it in the warehouse. Waste of time and was too tired to check out the $1 hotdog 🌭 until, next time ✌

I think they’re handling pandemic precaution pretty well but they don’t do quite a good enough job of making sure patrons follow the rules they’ve set up designed for everyone’s safety. I felt safe shopping there according to the rules. Not so safe based on other shoppers not taking those rules seriously. As with all IKEA locations I’ve been to, the top floor is an absolute maze that it can be difficult to not get lost in but they’ve set it up better now during the pandemic so it’s really one way traffic and you just keep following the path. I like that and almost wish it would stay like that always.

If youre not the type of person or belong to the type of family that gets excited about spending a day trip going to IKEA then what can I say about my review. Go check it out, youll probably have more fun than you think you actually should as an adult.

Click and collect is a good idea, but not when you have to wait for half an hour and theres no near restroom...

It not only has affordable furniture, but also the setup is so imaginative that it can make your mind do wonders.

They need to stock up on furniture. They are so behind. But they have great customer service.

Under most circumstances, I am a fan of IKEA and it’s nuances but under the pandemic rules it has become a nightmare to navigate. The Burbank IKEA is very family un-friendly. From having overly complicated navigation routes to get where a person needs to go, to targeting the younger children if their mask isn’t high enough on their face. Overall this place is unfriendly, uncaring and the veneer of “cozy” feels as plastic as the furniture. For a much more family friendly experience visit the Covina location instead. It is much more laid back and pleasant experience.

The largest ikea in CA. Inconsistent hours so better call to see when they open and close. Senior citizen hours on Tuesday 9-11am. Be sure to only pick up things u will keep. The returns line can be very long and be a 1-2 how wait. Parking is good and staff is friendly.

Well I was able to finally pick up my order through the Click & Collect. I been waiting to get the Alex drawer from Ikea but they would always be so out when I go to the check out or the click and collect wasnt available. I didnt want to go inside the store because last time I tried, there was a long line just like waiting for a ride at Disneyland. So I finally sat in front of my computer and kept checking for my item to be available then around 8pm I was able to select Click & Collect option. The first time I couldnt press the Confirm button when I selected Burbank so I just refresh the page and I was able to do it the second time. I went the next day in the morning at 10am and I was able to find the Click & Collect location by following the sign in the parking structure. There systems of checking in is really bad compared to other places. They couldnt sent a email with the QR code or number so you have it ahead of time to speed up things but of course they didnt. I waited like 10 minutes for my item to come out cause there was just 1 lady helping the 4 people that was there.

Biggest IKEA store in USA, whatever things which you need for home decor, furnitures, electronics, crockery and kitchen. Its have two floor and 3 parts. Second floor which is model display and interior display of furnitures, crockery, curtains, decor, etc.First floor first part is display of small items like kitchen items, lighting, decoration. At the end of first part second part, which is store from where u got packed item directly which u seen in model and first part. Followed by billing section. Also small stop for snacks and refreshment.

I love IKEA! Their products are so well priced. A tip for building your furniture: before inserting the wooden dowels, add some wood glue, it makes it even more sturdy.

Had a great time browsing the store. Unfortunately the item my heart was set on was not in stock... Well be back next week to give an excuse to try those great, Swedish meatballs 😉

Worst company ever . The customer service and customer revelation lie to you to pay them. They tell u the item is in stock but when u order it, on shipment day says sorry went out stock. Im never gonna deal with this company ever again.

Its very annoying to go through a store and identify all the amazing things that you want, only to read the label closely and find out that its not available. So then you find something else that you like, and thats also not available. You finally find the third thing that will do okay, and it says that it might be available because it does not say it is not available. So you go down to check out the bin where its supposed to be only to find that it is sold out. So then you head back up to the showroom to pick a fourth item, only to find out that its not available.We were so frustrated we didnt even bother to buy the meatballs. Thats the sign of the disappointed visitor.

I think its great that people that dont have a lot of money can have beautiful, well made furniture. I support businesses that are getting better with the environment. They are slowly adding organic products. I also love their food. Chocolate cake!!!!!!!!!!!

First time ever visiting an Ikea. I was glad I chose this location to do that. This location had every set up looking professional. It was an experience that I have never imagined from a furniture store. I felt like if I was at Disneyland. Every single item that was displayed had an easy to see price tag.Never knew how much they had to offer.The only thing I recommend is that you plan accordingly, because the whole store tour took me about 2 hours, and I only went in to get a bath towel 😅.The pandemic safety procedures were so quick and there was no line to wait on.

They didn’t listen to me!! I called ikea to deliver my package on Friday as I wouldn’t be home on Thursday but they still did even after confirming me and sending a receipt of the delivery date to be friday! I had to rush back home to collect my parcel as it was left on the curb side, what a waste of my time and money😠 But the stuffs were good👍🏼

The person handling my returns was not the speediest or most capable but they were able to eventually get the returns made, which I appreciated.Beware: due to COVID restrictions, there is a line to get into the store! The wait is longer on the weekends. An employee told me the times with the shortest lines are Mon-Wed morning.

There were many people, but it seemed to have a decent flow & movement throughout the store. The Cafe had long wait times, but that was due to the number of people vs their safety protocol. Despite this everything was setup well & decent precautions were taken to maintain distancing. Tons of ideas and products, though many items were out of stock. Still a good experience.

I would rate my experience in my beloved ikea as 1 star as for months everythings us just out of stock! Like 40% of high-demand products are not there. If thy2 took out these items of display rooms it would be half-empty, I swear! Putting 1 star and suggest you to do the same so they see our frustration!

Always sold out of everything. Ive came back for the same thing twice waited for it 3 months and still out of stock. I give up going there in person. Better off ordering on line if you don live near Burbank.

This is a large and wonderfully run ikea. Do you need good furniture at a discount? Well if you do Ikea is the place to get it. A Pöang or a Mälm they have it all!

Good place to get your steps in and grab a cheap hotdog or cheap meatballs between sessions of perusing acceptably cheap and fashionable furnishings. Not gonna lie, I love hitting the market area and just wandering amongst the light fixtures.

Very large Ikea warehouse. Easy to find parking. The store is slightly hard to navigate and its easy to get lost.

Really great tour of the store! It lets you borrow a bag to shop with, has clearly marked directions and arrows telling which direction to go so you dont miss anything. The rooms are staged and showcased, prices and descriptions are on each item and someone is always around to help you if you need it. A unique shopping experience!

My last experience visiting this location wasn’t the greatest due to an extremely long line. I left after seeing hundreds of people waiting in line to get in.I’m still giving this store a 5 star rating because they did an exceptional job at following social distancing guidelines throughout the entire line and were clearly at maximum capacity for the store after reopening to the public.I always have a great experience at this location and I’m sure this visit would have been the same, had I waiting in line to get in.

This is the newest and largest Ikea in Southern California as far as I know. Good place to walk around the Swedish inspired labyrinth and even get some food at the restaurant. Ikea isnt top quality for the most part but it does sell pretty European style decor and furniture.

The line moves much faster this time, even on a Saturday afternoon. It took about 15 min to get in. Found my collection of cacti here cant find anywhere. Good job! 👍

Day hike from Agnew Meadows to Iceberg lake. Located at Mammoth Lakes in the Inyo national forest. This is a 16.5 miles long in and out from trai head at Agnew meadows, permit is required for over night camping on the trail. Reservation is required to camp at the campgroung in Agnew Meadows.

Bought an expensive office chair but the chair inside was clearly used and dirty with many obvious abrasions. When I tried to return next day, they took a very long time to investigate and were reluctant to make a refund!They ended up giving us gift card telling me they were making an exception for me because they generally dont accept returns in such condition. They didnt apologize in any way for selling an old and unsellable product to the customer but emphasized on they were making an exception for us. Unbelievable.

Customer service at this IKEA location is horrid. Do not shop here if you’re buying any large items with multiple parts. Had to go to the store 4 times just to get 1 part replaced, when it could have been 1 visit and a phone call. For any replacements, your best bet is to start by calling IKEA’s general customer service line even if the wait time is long on that.

VERY crowded and there was nobody at the market cash register when all I had was items from the market. Also, none of the market items are available for purchase online. And finally, not all of the items designated as in-store purchase only on the Ikea website are even in stock in the store.Only got the second star because I like a lot of the Scandinavian foods they carry and especially like the ones that are organic.

This place is amazing! They now have family friendly parking which great for me, my wife and our 14 month old baby! The lay out is similar to the old Ikea but much more space to walk around. Plus the dining area is nice and huge!

Great prices for great furniture. Its a maze in there, but it was fun walking around day dreaming about how to decorate. You can get just about anything you would ever need for a house, apartment, or room there. They are doing a great job keeping clean with covid as well. I felt safe with the small amount of people they let in, and with their cleaning routine.

Restock your inventory or take the display items out of the floor. You have been advertising items you havent restocked in years. Why waste peoples time? Ikea is great but its based on a system where you kind of need items in stock. Your not a museum or art gallery.

This ikea probably is the largest at least in southern CA. The parking is below the entire store. Plus its they have better stock because they are larger. But if I didnt need to come to this location, 10x target go to the Costa Mesa one. Its not as hectic, the line to pay is lot organized and the associates still friendlier. At least their website is up to date about inventory (usually).

The service provided by the staff is excellent. I love the food at the food court is a good quality. The only thing is the maze like situation.i went on a saturday and it had a lot of people, it felt kind of claustrophobic going by the store in zigzag way.

Overall good experience. Not too crowded and the staff was very friendly. We got what we were looking for and it was exactly where the signs said it would be which was great! We were in and out of there quick!

First time at an IKEA store. They have a great selection of furniture and cabinets. The staff was friendly and helped me find what we needed. I will be back once my home is fully done for decor and other furniture I need.

Love Ikea and what they have, at the moment they are a little light on inventory. I would say the experience was easy to find what I was looking for on my own. However, I didnt rate a 5 as some of the customer service employees dont seem to be too knowledgeable of whats inside the box, so I had to buy slate for a frame that already had some in the box.

Burbank’s IKEA is the largest in the country, and probably one of the best in the country. Even during COVID the food areas are open, and it’s located in a nice area. 5 stars all the way.

I love IKEA, then why just 3 stars? First, this place is huge. Im so tired from walking the entire store twice because I missed what I was looking for the first time around. Second, in the end I purchased 2 items that I was not there to purchase. The item I wanted was looking for was not the right size and color and material. I realized that this place was designed to have me buy stuff that I dont really need, an impulsive buying. Third, the checkout line took an awful long time. There is no express lane for customers with 5 items or less. Finally, the parking lot signs were not clear on how to exit. So I went around the park lot a couple of times to finally exit. Its a huge parking structure, and there is no good sign indicating a way out. Otherwise, I love the simplicity, affordability, and sensibility of the stuff IKEA sells, including the cafeteria food.

I could easily spend over $5k on any given trip here. Be careful
