I never received my package and I contacted them and they said they cant do nothing about it and never replied back even after sending the multiple emails dont buy from them EVER !!!!

Ive bought 2 alternators from them in the last 2 years. Each 1 has only lasted a year and like 3 days after the warranty expired. Which is weird because the 1st time I only had a system for 5months of it. So you think the 2nd time the system was in it it would die out. I contacted them on ebay and explained it to them and they said thats impossible and that theyve replaced mines already which they never did. Then they blocked me on ebay from buying. For item that coat $250 Id expect them to last much longer than the 1yr warranty not die out 3 days after it expires

Alternator lasted a month, dont expect anyone to answer the phone.

This is the biggest deadbeat company Ive ever run into. I bought a product, and subsequently a spare. The original failed withing 7 months, unboxed the spare, it had the wrong pulley. Tried to reach company by phone, for weeks, no avail. Finally messaged on ebay, they advised to ship it back, didnt provided address. Shipped it back, they complained that the failure was my fault, kept both products and stopped responding on ebay-- Im out the money, the product, and absolutely no joy. Do not give powermaxusa or aka RZ Alternator & Starter a dime of your money.
