This review is for bullhead location! I brought in a pre 60s mint condition lever action Winchester 30-30 rifle (1957). Its going for 1300 in current condition. The lady at the desk said she had to go get her boss since the numbers seemed crazy on the computer. Manager walked over picked up the rifle looked at it for about 3 seconds and basically dropped it back on the counter from a good 2-3 inches back onto the case. Said its worth not even $200 and hes not sure where i got my numbers from. Pawn shop right down the street said its worth $1050 and theyll give me $500. I kept it but the fact that he basically tossed my collectors rifle on the counter is a big deal to me. Lost my business for sure and i came in frequently. Rude and disrespectful to treat other peoples property like that. Can’t imagine how you guys handle them behind the doors

My husband has been a loyal customer for 10 years. My husband and I were planning to get a firearm for me so that I can have a way to protect myself when he is not around. He took me out to eat Denny’s and be able to take me to Mr. Pawn to get me first firearm. Upon arriving, we were greeted by an employee who helped us chose the right firearm. He was going to buy it for him if I didn’t want it but I decided I wanted to buy it for myself. The manager Bobby was very quick to judge and declined the purchase. Never coming back again. I wanted me to have a way to protect myself. I see how much you care about your loyal customers!

Not a good place to do business. The people are close minded and only care about money. Sadly businesses like these care only care for profit instead of the customer. I understand a business needs to make money. But not when it comes at the cost of the the residents. I do not recommend this shop. Expect a reply that i cannot reply too saying i was wrong in some way. Usually how a company tries to save its image. By saying the customer is wrong.

I was convinced by the knowledgeable employees that my handgun uses ACP ammunition when I clearly know it uses GAP. They didnt want to sell me the GAP because they claimed it was hollow point when I needed FMJ. They claimed GAP FMJ didnt exist and that GAP and ACP are the same sized cartridge. I ended up buying 100.rounds of ACP, even though I was questioning myself. I was right, my GLOCK 37 needs GAP and doesnt work with ACP. Now Im stuck with 100 rounds of ammunition that I dont need.I live in Southern California and cant return my items without driving 4+ hours to this location.

Bought A Guitar for $90 (Kiss Paul Stanley Souvern by Ibanez) Was gone 30mins to actually test it at home and alot was wrong with it.. Brought it back and they wouldnt give me my full refund and offered me $50 .. Ill never go back in here again unfortunately.. Took my Bussines to pawn plus and they offered me $100 for the guitar .. I know do all my Bussines with them and have bought multiple guitars in great shape.. Unfortunate but I guess thats what happens when you dont care for your customers..I was gone only 30 mins!. Smh..

Bobby the manager is a terrible sales person in Bullhead City, Arizona, 86442 I dont recommend getting any sort of firearms from him. He is so quick to judge especially if you are Hispanic! He wont sell you a weapon even though I have been a loyal customer 12 years!

I was in the middle of selling my 9mm at the front desk for a fairly low price. Considering they were keeping it for themselves. I am homeless and could have used the money. I had someone nezt to me who was looking for something specific that the store didnt have ammo wise. Knowing people are in a bad place i offered some of mine. The desk clerk got really offended and kicked me out. Shows how they dont have to worry about sleeping in the cold. Them making a quick dollar is more important than actually helping someone in need. They definitely have a cutthroat business practice. Only caring for themselves. Do not do business with these crooks. Your service means nothing to them.

DO NOT GO HERE. Fiance and I were looking at shotguns for me for home defense. Saw a beautiful lever action 12 gauge at a decent price. Long story short, we went in the next day to buy the shotgun only to have the employee with brown hair and beard tell us he will not sell me the firearm because he suspects I am trying to buy it for my fiance (Straw purchase) I tried explaining to him I am unable to shoot my fiances Mossberg Shockwave that does not have a buttstock, so the recoil is unbearable. My fiance was only there to help me pick out a decent firearm since he has a vast amount of firearm knowledge and experience (11bArmy) the very rude employee talked to his supervisor and they still denied me the firearm. We found the exact same shotgun, (brand new) at High Desert Heat gun store, in Fort Mohave. PLUS High Desert Heat gun prices are A LOT better than Mr. Pawns.

I wasnt even here for 5 minutes and was told to put on a mask. I have asthma and I refuse to wear a mask. Its 2021. CDC lied. Fauci lied. Masks dont do anything. Instead I left and went to Jum pawn it . Better service and no mask requirement. Thank God.

My husband and I will not be back. My husband put a gun on layaway and they stated since his address on his license was old he would have to bring back a bill. So we brought a bill in his name then they said it wasn’t good enough and had to be something government issued. We got a digital copy of his car registration showing address to be told not good enough.Mind you it was on the mvd site. I went in with my license and current address said I will buy it. They said my husband would have to come back in get a refund on what he already paid and they would keep 10%. They were also very rude the man continued to stare at his computer doing things telling me this. Very rude, unprofessional and can’t get their policy straight in what they need.

Just picked up $20 bucks in tools would have cost me over $150 at Ace so grateful for the friendly people working there they even let me know when things I like come up and I always use the layaway plan. Best part my kids love going with me they check out the movies & my wife likes looking at the guns. Win win for me love this place.

Well I am trying to get estimates on how much I can get on my Laptop. Called a few places and it was no problem. But called here and the lady was in my opinion rude. I understand some or most places dont give quotes over the phone, but theres no need to come off rude as it was a simple question. But I could be wrong.

After reading the response I received from the company I decided to go ahead and give them another chance I have a completely different experience this time when I walked in three different employees greeted me which I thought was nice to immediately were ready to help me in a third the third one ring me up and they were all available to answer questions I made a purchase and I left happy.
