After picking up my motorcycle from the store I drove off and found that my rear brakes were not locking up, that is they werent engaging when I needed to slow to a stop on highway 95 in BHC Az. If It wasnt for the fact that I had front brakes Id probably be on my way to the emergency room. True I didnt ask for a rear break inspection however, the technician should have checked the rear brake lever for functionality and then get back to me with a phone call. From that moment of course I would have agreed to have the brakes serviced. Therefore, I hold management responsible for not overseeing their technicians & holding them accountable for quality work. Also, I checked in my motorcycle on Thursday afternoon with the guy at the counter and I was told that I would have my motorcycle ready by Friday the next day. I called them on Friday @ 1pm only for them to tell me that they hadnt got started with it yet and that they would call me in about an hour or two to let me know when it would be ready. I never got a call back that day I ended up getting called back on Saturday. That was when I found out that the rear brakes were not functioning. I wont be returning to that store anymore. They also are not friendly at all. That should have been my red flag to let me know to walk out of the store & take my business elsewhere. Lesson learned...
Very helpful. We needed a part for side by side and they helped figure out what part and called us when it was ready for pickupVery efficient.

Very helpful people. These guys have been great to us since the first time we went in. Nice guys.
The people are great and price of parts and accessories I saved about 70 dollars buying my roof for My Textron stampede from them
Rarely has universal parts in stock, I have yet to find a piece I needed after three times. Service was subpar. Prices were fine. Only place in the area.
Always have a smile on my face after doing business with them
Good shop I always go there nice ass people. I always find every thing Im looking for. .CA AZ.
Spent a lot of money. Took two and a half weeks to fix a minor problem. They fixed the dirt bike then complained about the problem which is what they did wrong. Went to red line on el rodeo they fixed the problem for half the cost. Nice people there and compensated the problem. I do not recommend this place at all. Redline on el rodeo all the way!!!!!!! Nicest people with great customer service. River rat customer service sucked and take forever. They should at least tell people itll be awhile when busy and taking on another project. Sigh.
Very friendly staff. They were able to help me with a flat I got on my Harley due to incompetent personnel @ Cycle Gear in Murrieta Ca. Riverrats put the proper valve stem in my wheel & had me back on the road in an hour.
Friendly and super helpful staff. Decent selection, and fair prices.
Excellent customer service Javier was great explained everything in detail......just awesome!

Great prices. Great selection. Great people.
Didnt even need to go in to be insulted. Asked about financing a bike and got hit with numbers that are all but impossible for the tristate area. I was told that in order to be considered for financing I have to be making $12.50/hr and been with the same company for a year. Its Bullhead ffs there is only a few businesses that have been around long enough for someone to work a year with them. Then requiring someone to make $12.50/hr is unbelievable seeing as that wage is reserved for the top 10% of those that live in the tristate area. The average wage is minimum wage and they require $5 over that. My brother drove truck and barely met these requirements. Highly insulting when you realize these are requirements for purchasing a $2,999.00 bike. Then being told they dont have the funds to do in house financing and that why they are so strict. Ok, so you have have unreasonable standards because you say your company is broke? I have to make the 2/3rd the amount that I want to finance per month to be considered? If I want a $15,999 item do I need to make $12,000 per month for that? Um, its not hard to do in house financing and it actually increases your profit by up to 30% depending on the purchase. Ill go elsewhere if they are going to be insulting and have impossible terms that only 10% of there targeted customers can even meet. Never even stepped in the building and after the emails exchanged today I wouldnt even want to. From what I gathered in the emails if you got deep pockets and good credit come on in. If not go piss up a rope.
