Buyer beware!! My elderly father went in to purchase a piece of plexiglass on December 28th, from the location 3700 highway 95, bullhead city arizona. He handed the woman a piece of paper with the dimensions and plexiglass written on it! He was told he could pay by cash at this location or she could email his credit card info over to the location listed above for them to process before they would make the order. Again, please note my father is elderly and afraid to give his credit card information to anyone to be sent via email or any other way. So, he was told he had to pay in full cash. The total was $101.00. Which he paid in full. He went back to pick his order up December 30. The woman ordered glass instead of plexiglass. When he said he ordered plexiglass, not regular glass she told him, and I quote you paid already in cash, take it or leave it. I am so disappointed that ANY business would treat an elderly man this way. There was no offer to correct her mistake, reorder or offer any other assistance. It was a take it or leave it only. So, my father is out $101.00 and has to reorder the plexiglass from a different place. So please think twice before giving this company your business. If you do, only use a credit card and not at the 3700 highway location.

Rudy glass installed a new window for my customer and after they were paid in full I had to call them back and ask them to seal the window properly to stop the air flow they sent me an estimate for another $500.00 to seal it with clear silicone. Completely Unacceptable !! A complaint will be filed with the ROC.

Horrible customer service the tech missed his appointment time so when I called back to set a new time the boss told the phone operator to tell us to find another company to go through. Very disappointed and have never seen a company ran like this and I am a person that came from a family owned business.

I made two appointments I’ve called to verify if I had appointment they don’t care about you they won’t make an appointment do not waste your time with these people they’re too busy for you and I plan to go on yelp and everywhere else on social media to tell people how awful Ruby glass Co.
