Contracted with Jeremy Derrick on May 16 to install 10 new Milgard windows and a new sliding door. Jeremy said that it should take 2-3 weeks for the windows to arrive. On May 16 I gave Jeremy a $6,500 deposit on the order. After several attempts to contact Jeremy after 8 weeks of waiting I finally managed to contact him July 29 and he said that he had made a mistake in the order and the windows would be installed by Aug 23 at the latest. After failing to contact Jeremy on Aug 16 for an installation update, I then called Milgard Windows and they said that the Invoice that he said was mine had been delivered. As of Aug 26 I have not been able to contact him by phone by email or text messages. I am out $6,500. Do not do business with Derrick Windows and Doors.

They were supposed to show up yesterday early afternoon, no one called to say they weren’t able to come that day so we sat and waited for them. The next morning they call and say hey we will be there today so when the two men arrived they went straight to the door said nothing to us and started working which is fine, good get the job done, I mean a hi my name is ....and I’m from, would have been nice. As they were working on the door one guy was cussing and being rude. When they were done I asked for paperwork because a part on the door is out of there hands and they can’t fix it. I just wanted to let the company know that I rent from know that it wasn’t me, when I asked James he was quite rude and said that I don’t need it because it’s not my problem. When he was leaving I asked him what his name was he was hesitant to respond but did. I’m saddened that this is how you treat customers. I gave you two stars because I’m glad that the door doesn’t slam anymore. Please learn how to respect other people and and their businesses and be more professional.
