CVS is the absolutely WORSE Pharmacy we have here in Bullhead! They can’t answer there phones, you receive a text showing your prescription is ready and you go in and it’s not ready. Customer service is so bad! Glad I made the change 2 months ago and went to Riverside Pharmacy in Bullhead City, they’re the BEST!!!
They fail to answer their phones and one of their techs, Chris, barely tries to help find a lower cost on my prescription. Continues to argue and interrupts me.
On hold to fix late prescription. Two reasons why I think I made a huge mistake letting these people risk my life.
Pharmacy was nice, but did not resolve issue. Call to cvs to schedule covid vaccine resulted in appt for covid test instead. Drove 88 miles for nothing
Discrimination is What They have here! If You are A Latino PLEASE Dont go here! My Doctor sent my Subscription twice And they Said They never Got it,Then I Asked To send It To Wal mart And Load And Behold They Got it ! Mmmmm,What Do You Think? Because My Name Is Luis?
Andrew with the glasses shaved head beard and gut seems to have a really sore throat, all I heard throughout the store was him clearing his throat repeatedly as he followed my dog and I around the store wiping everything down behind us.....
This place can not answer phone in pharmacy under 30 minutes most normal working hours.no bathrooms.
Love most of the pharmacy staff. Phone service is ridiculous. I average at least 30 minutes wait every time I have to call. Once my wife called on her cel waited 30 minutes and drove to the store only to hear the phone ringing and the employees standing around talking.
My wife went into the pharmacy with coupon for her medication, and said that they were extremely rude and shut her down. Walgreens were more than glad to take care of her ..
My wife surprised me with a vacation to Laughlin NV. for the weekend but accidentally forgot my pills, we called CVS and the GAVE me my pills for the weekend...What great people to do this for us. CVS has always been good to us. The Pharmacist and staff were very nice and Very helpful, Wish i could give them a 10!! So well deserved. Thank You so much.. CVS Bullhead City AZ.
Apparently answering the phone in less that 30 minutes isn’t something they’ve figured out how to navigate yet.
Lines bustle in the afternoon, but if you go in the middle of the night when its calm the staff is always fun to talk to. I never get the feeling that Im being watched or anything and they always try to stay friendly even at the odd hours of the night. Employees are chipper, makes me linger a bit while shopping, and theyve some interesting stuff for sale in the seasonal aisles. Second best store for large variety of candy.Prescription wise, theyre VERY fast and timely. Couldnt ask for more and they dont give you much hell either.
On hold with a question for the pharmacy for half an hour. Sure glad I wasnt dying. Bad bad customer service.
Was on phone waiting 25 minutes and still couldnt get anyone on phone. Its how I have to order my meds. Someone needs to answer phones.
Got a prescription for antibiotics from urgent Care and was first sent to the fort Mohave store where they didnt have them and was told this one would. So I go here and am told to wait a hr so they can transfer it. After I come back they say they are too busy and to come back tomorrow. I come back the next day and am told to come back in 6 hrs for the other pharmacist. This was my first time using CVS for prescriptions and I wont use them ever again.
We came from California to vacation in Bullhead, but my husband, who has a heart condition forgot his medication container. We are Kaiser insured, which doesnt work here is Arizona, nor in Nevada. We contacted Kaiser to ask them if they could call in a prescription to the CVS pharmacy here, for a few pills to get us thru the few days we would be here. They said they wouldnt call but the pharmacy here could call THEM. (kind of unhelpful and unfriendly). So, we went to the Miracle Mile CVS pharmacy and explained the situation and the gentleman at the pharmacy desk graciously said he would try calling them. He had quite a long conversation on the phone with them. Then, in a little while, a young lady came and handed me several tablets of the two meds my husband needed, and told me, they wouldnt charge us, since Kaiser wouldnt transfer the prescription. They decided they would just go ahead and gave us a few of each med to get us thru our visit. Needless to say we couldnt be more grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness. They obviously truly care about people. We have been long time CVS customers for all our other type drug store needs, other than prescriptions, and you can be sure we will continue to be loyal customers. We couldnt appreciate them more. Thank you Miracle Mile CVS!! You truly do make miracles happen!
I would give this location 5 stars if it had a way to order to the store online products. Aside from that this place is great.
Staff is always so friendly. The cashier Brandon is great. Very friendly and helpful.
More expensive than the Walmart down the road, but worth it if you need to fill a prescription and just need the occasional item. As a local, it seems everyone goes to this CVS and its very busy. During the winter we have what we call Snow Birds who are usually retirees or vacationers fleeing the snow and they swell the ranks of customers considerably since most are over 50. Unless I go there between 10pm and 5am, I expect it to be busy. That said, the employees are always polite and personable. The rest of the store is like a mini-convenience store with all types of items for sale from Diapers to Cat toys, Alcohol to milk. This convenience also makes the prescription line longer as the cashiers have to ring up grocery carts full sometimes. If I dont need a prescription, I very rarely have to wait in line for regular grocery items.
It is a very comfortable & clean atmosphere. I think only drug store I have seen that has carpet. Lol
Lets get those prescription lines down! Do you need more clerks or more druggists? Also, watch those attitudes!
I used to go to walgreens in bullhead but from a bad a experience there i went to try CVS everyone was helpful respectful and had my prescription ready and faster than what walgreens would have taken..
Good selection and great place to shop late at night if you want to avoid Walmart. They do have a security guard at night, who will always check you out to make sure you are not up to something, which is kind of annoying.
Always friendly and conveniently open 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
So i went to cvs to use money gram to get 200 bucks well they didnt have the money but said if i stick around here soon they should make it so i did a lil shopping but wasnt done when they called me to get the money i did my fiance came in to tell me he was gonna run and drop off his co worker and would be back long store short i was finishing up shopping when a manager approached me and said that i had to leave that to take there merchandise out of my purse and leave and they wouldnt call the police she then topk my basket and asked me if i was gonna buy all this i said yes but not after this i dubbed out my purse i had nothing of the stores stuff expecting to get an apology isnted i was yelled at told i have to leave cuz i was in the store to long i felt so humiliated becuse everyone was staring at me i started to tear up and then she said im calling police so i stayed and waited for them to come they asked if i was the one shoplifting since i waa standing there crying i told them no i was the one being harassed and a police report was made
Always Have amazing customer service the pharmacy is so helpful sometimes the wait to fill my script is long but no more then an hour so I dont mind rather go there then the one down the street from it that NEVER has my prescription been going here since it was Osco and then save-on when I was a kid
This CVS is located in a tourist area and should be able to handel an out of town prescription refill quite simply; However, not the case. When I requested to pick it up the Pham tech asked if I was sure I dropped it off there. Insinuating, ignorance... They had my perscription for three full days and didnt fill it. Because... they called two times, in a 72 hour timeframe, when my out of state store was closed. Apparently time change is not something that is taught here in Az. I did eventually get my pills after waiting and repeating everything that I told them the days prior. Hmmm, not my best morning.
Very nice and helpful staff. Clean restrooms.
This is by far the worst pharmacy in the country! I was on vacation and got sick in the middle of the night. I got to the CVS store at about 6am. I had called my doctor in California and they had a prescription waiting for me. I waited in a short line to explain that they needed to call the number I had given them to get my prescription filled. Right away the two people behind the counter verbally attacked me and stated that since I was out of state from California it wasnt going to be easy. They made me fill out a form and said they would look at it later and it would take 24 hours to fill it. I was in extreme pain and needed antibiotics. I was crying at that point and did not know what to do so I called my doctor back and decided to leave the store. I told them to throw away the form I wouldnt be back. It was freezing outside, I walked into the next shopping area down the hill to a Walgreens and the people there right away knew I needed help. I told them I needed my prescription and 15 minutes later I had it and was in a cab on my way back to my hotel to rest. Booooo CVS!!!! Your store is filthy and disgusting and that man that works the night shift who is sloppy and unprofessional that claims to be a pharmacist should be fired along with his Jamaican assistant who was very rude! This incident occurred the last weekend of April 2014.
They waited 3days and told me they couldnt get in touch w8th my other pharmacist to have my scripts transferred. I called him and he told me he had not had any calls from them for my stuff and he had been there the whole time they said they were trying to call. Now they are all contradicting one another and Im about to 🏃 out of my meds. I will never use them again.
Just left CVS Pharmacy. Went to fill my prescription. Have not utilized them (this store) for the apparently past 3 months.Because they consistently could NOT fill my script. So I went to competitor.Went back today, they said because I have NOT used them for past 3 months they WOULD NOT FILL THE PRESCRIPTION ! They had the product but refused to fill !! Apparently I am banned from CVS pharmacy because I hadnt utilized them for 3 months ???? Customer service ???? Store location 2350 Miracle Mile BHC Az,86442
CVS pharmacy may be open 24 hrs, but they it may take up to 48-72 hrs to fill a script. First call on hold for 12+ minutes, second almost as long.
This CVS is not as good as the Target CVS. The staff at the Target store is the most courteous of all the pharmacies in Bullhead City.It is a joy to work with them.
Awful service. Two post hospital prescriptions. Refused to fill pain med and couldnt fill ALS drug...also no help finding a pharmacy who could supply it. Indifferent counter clerk.
Ppl are very friendly. .. long wait at pharmacy during the day time
Friendly courteous and helpful
They were not very helpful here
Horrible wait times in line for the pharmacy and on the phone ...you better go at midnight.
They dont answer their phones. I was on hold for 45 minutes. Fort Mohave location answered me within 5 minutes hold
Always in and out
