WORST customer service ever! Five employees and not 1 took time to say hello/good bye or ask if they could help. They had what I needed, but Why spend my money there?

When in for shoes, got great at the door, and at the shoe area.They had what I wanted at a discount and the staff was friendly, thank you!

Good place to find skateboards locally, especially for kids! And of course a great selection of sporty and outdoorsy things. Staff is eager to help!

Dont buy a gun from these people. The Citadel shotgun is a piece of junk...wouldnt chamber a round and after three rounds the buttstock. almost fell off. They wouldnt take it back and gun had to be sent to manufactur. Go to a gun store

Have been going here since I was a young teen. Im 29 now and this place is awesome. All these years Ive never had a problem with them and they have always gave excellent customer service.

Got the treadmill I wanted, but not too pleased with sales staff. Not very helpful. Guy who loaded the item was great.

Not sure if Ill come back. Only place locally that sells the sports equipment my son needs. I dont care what store policy is but when a 6 year old is about to pee his pants while shopping for sports equipment, staff couldve been a little more accommodating. Its not like I needed to use the restroom or anything. Id like to add that they have let him use the restroom a couple times before in the several years weve shopped there.

Its practically the only place in BHC to get sports gear. Most is old and outdated. The employees act like theyre annoyed when a question is asked, especially the manager Bob. Ill try to go elsewhere when possible.

This business is knocked it out of the park. The floor staff was super friendly super helpful super knowledgeable. The cashier was warm and friendly. The whole store is very organized very clean. Actually enjoyed my shopping experience rather than just having another errand that I had to mark off the list. I got some other stuff to get I will be back to the shop first

I like Big5 but for some reason they were out of a tone of things.

I have always liked Big 5 sporting good store they always had the most recent designs and best quality in sporting goods. However my last few times I have visited have shown a decline in popular design and all the recent updates products and they have limited there selection in mostly clothing like under armour clothes and top athletic wear. Sadly I would i to say I dont see them here in bullhead city that much longer but hope them all the best.

The customer service is awful... I walked in no one said hello the manager was chit chatting with his employees and there were customers that needed help. My mom need help and couldnt get help. The customer use to be amazing years ago. The staff there needs to be retrained on customer service...

I always enjoy going to Big 5. It never is a place were you can just look, there are so many cool thing you just have to have it. Also the people that work there are always ready to help you in information about the item, prices, warranty or just plane how it works. Always a pleasure to shop at Big 5

I had a great time. The employees were so kind when i was looking to find soccer cleats for my Daughter. The young man that helped us was very kind as my daughter tried shoe after shoe.

Good store,lots to offer,nice staff. My only problem is BIG FEET....their womens Sketchers only go to size 10! Not all gals have a size 7 foot!!

Came here on a suggestion for work boots, turns out that they have them. Steel toe in my size at a great price, when I think if Big 5 I always think sports stuff but not anymore. Great staff who went out of their way to help me, will be going back and will suggest for others to go as well.

Mediocre at best. They carry a limited supply of camping and hunting equipment. Do yourself a favor and drive to bass pro in Vegas.

My husband went in to check on an item but he left because the clerk was unfriendly and ignored him several times.

Bought hiking boots for working in, great price, on sale, down side, when I entered the door, was greeted, I said I was there to buy shoes, told somebody was in shoes to help me, 15 min, before any employee came to help me, while 3 employees stood by the register and chatted.

Maneger was very helpful. Will be returning for all my sports needs 👍

Sales associate Luis was great, spent several minutes digging to find shoes in my size. Found a great pair for me, the last one. The manager was rude and acted like I was a Richard because I asked for a discount because the shoe had a mark on it. Instead of being a reasonable business person and giving the customer the 5 percent discount they were asking for because the product is damaged, he proceeded to be a rude and unprofessional person, and telling me that I dont know what Im talking about. If it wasnt for the excellent assistance of the salesperson, this would be a one star review.

Tons of items, great prices!

The place has tons of stuff but you will end up waiting 30+ minutes for help if it ever comes because the employees are too busy chatting. Walked in and they asked if I needed help and I told them I was there for ammo. They said theyd be right with me. Waited for over 30 minutes for help so I started looking at stuff near by. After another 30 minutes I headed for the door and they were still at the register chatting. The guy turned and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I said nope, none of you helped like you said and I waited forever. He responded with well have a good day and come back soon.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anybody. The prices are very reasonable.

It wasnt a big deal but I liked it.
