I have never had a bad experience at Joanns.. at hobby lobby they follow my husband and I around like were thieves, but at Joanns they are so courteous and helpful, never have they discriminated against us and never have they tested us like criminals. This is the place to shop!

They have great sales. Molds I can use for resin are hit and miss. Their brand resin color pour is so/so compared to others. But they have really cute Halloween bags out.

It was amazing. We found more than we were looking for. Customer service was a 10. Going back soon.

Some of the employees have no clue what they are doing have no experience in crafting and are nothing but glorified cashiers on the other hand a few of them are exceptional extremely helpful and they make this place worth going to... I also want to note a guy I do shop here sometimes 2 or three times a month... the section is amazing and i have bought new upholstery for my dining room chairs, headliner material and even upholstery for my boat here... I also got most of our nursery patterns here and all of our sons fabrics... we also got her patterns for aprons and a dress crafting should be a family hobby go here for all your crafting needs just be know what you need or be able to discribe it really well as some of the employees are clueless... and always ask another associate just in case ive found often when i do i leave with what I need

They had all the different fabrics that I needed and half inch foam. The prices for all the items were a bit pricey. There also was assistance immediately.

The prices at JOANNS are way to high... if you have to pay full ptice.. they do have some really good sales.. the girl working the register was awesome.. she helped me out with a coupon that took an additional percentage off my purchase.. which totally helped me out. Ended up paying half or less then I would of full price.

Weve only visited Joanns a few times because their prices are outrageous and their so called clearance section is a down right joke. Clearance prices are what the items should have been prices at originally. Dont bother asking for help from any associate, they wont know what the item is or where its located. After spending an hour trying to rummage through disorganized shelves and messy departments, I decided to purchase two spools of overpriced ribbons, mainly because it said buy one get one free. And a set of battery operated ball lights from the clearance isle for $10.00. But when we went to pay the lights werent in the system, the cashier called Donna the manager, she tells us that she just took these lights out of inventory and we could not purchase them. We asked her to put them back in to which she replied I cant do that then says Ill take these away so this doesnt happen again.. I would think any store would rather get a sale rather then turn paying customers away. NOPE! Not to mention the ribbon did not ring up as buy one get one free either. We didnt notice until after leaving, not worth going back for refund. We will not be returning. Once hobby lobby opens it only a matter of time before Joanns is closed for Good. Great job Donna!

This place as all you could need and more. Went in to look at getting my friend some knitting supplies and left with so much more lol.

The staff here are always friendly, helpful, & proactive! I love it! They dont have framing, but otherwise have a lot to offer. They also have great prices & frequently have clearance items.

And this was not just with me, I saw the same treatment to the customer before and after myself. She definitely enjoys her work...a true customer service employee she is. Nothing different at the checkout...a very pleasant Penny was there to show the same customer service!

I love love love this store. I buy almost all my jewelry supplies there. I love crafting.But sadly this last time I went there I was looking for silk fabrics. I was having a hard time finding them. When I went to the cutting table to ask for help, I was ignored. My friend really wanted me to make her what I was going to make in silk. She bought another fabric where another customer pointed out as the section. I was NOT happy with the employees at all.

I was told by Kimberly, the cashier, they have NEVER accepted coupons on MAMBI / The Happy Planner items when I tried to use the Joann Fabrics 60% off One Regular Priced Item... 🤔 I have ALWAYS used Joann Fabrics coupons on MAMBI / The Happy Planner items back home with NO PROBLEM... so, I left empty handed

Favourite of these kind of stores, most are usually staffed well, this location however has a fella that works in fabrics thats super helpful & friendly, even for someone like me who know nothing in this department. Took time to go over different types of fabrics & steered me to the products that would be easiest for me to work with to achieve my project!! Thank u!

The store was well- stocked and neat. Everything was easy to find and they had an excellent sale. We also used their online store for an additional large purchase and everything was ready for pickup as ordered. The staff were friendly and even showed us a cool trick for cutting burlap that reduces fraying.

This Jo-Ann Fabrics has most of what you need. It doesnt have a framing department like the more centrally located ones, but it still has a lot to offer. This particular one is clean and has a friendly and somewhat knowledgeable staff. I enjoy shopping there.

They need a better artist section this place is notorious for the fabrics but if they had more accomodations to painters ans sketch artist it would be better.

Nice store with fabric, craft, seasonal and novelty home decor items. Helpful staff but a cordoned-off long line for check out that leads you through rows of impulse buying items before you get to a cashier. Most fabric is of general quality and standard print but glad to have a fabric and supplies store nearby.

The store and staff are nice. I want a store in Kingman or golden valley so I dont have to travel over a cursed Hill twice in a day to go spend it money this store would make more in Kingman

Quick check-out, clean, nice, and informative staff. There is a 40% discount on the app for first time shoppers. Lots of clearance items. Getting there was a bit of a pain. There is a sign on the main road which makes it appear the store is in the tiny shopping mall on the 95, but nope. Youll have to turn, go up the hill, and its located on the street behind 95.

Helpful, good prices, great for crafting. Wish they had golf fabrics.

I love the staff at this store. They are always helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that this store does not carry seasonal paper pads. I make paper crafts for seasonal craft fairs. I go through a lot of paper. Joanns never carries Halloween or Christmas paper pads. I always end up running to Hobby Lobby and Tuesday morning in Lake Havasu to get the supplies I need. I wish they would start carrying more paper for paper crafters.

The people at Jo-Ann Fabric are helpful and friendly. Their monthly coupons makes fabric or craft purchases affordable and the classes they offer are awesome! I just took the Mitered Corners class and Sandy King was an excellent instructor.

JoAnns has EVERYTHING craft lovers and creative minds, would need, to create beauty from nothing. Reasonably priced, friendly, helpful staff, tons of items.....I could spend all day in there! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I love the selection of fabrics and yarn, my main reason for visiting. Yarn is a bit more expensive than a retail store, but they also carry several other brands that the retail store doesnt so it balances out. The main body of the store is taken up by sewing related items: fabric, trim, accessories, patterns, supplies, and machines. They also carry some picture frames, woodworking supplies, canvas and paints, childrens crafts, a small section for leather working, scrapbooking, baking, jewelry making, floral, and a section aimed towards the classroom.

Poor customer service ended up calling corporate because the store manager was so rude and condescending even when customer service called she was just as rude... Nothing is ever marked correctly so you never know what is on sale... You cant ask a question with out being treated like you are stupid... Its hard because they are the only craft store around but I would rather order online and wait for it to be delivered... It would be nice if one persons attitude didnt effect the whole experience

Had a couple of very pleasant experiences the 2 days in a row that I visited this store. The employees I spoke to were courteous and helped me find the items I needed.

I go here because theres no place in Kingman to shop. But the selection is limited as far as crafts go. Fabric prices and most everything in the store is expensive. And most of the employees are grumpy. Ive only come across one nice lady so far.
