An associate was very helpful in guiding me to the furnace filters. Target has a wide variety of filters, with great prices. I highly recommend.

The store is very clean and never over crowded. The greeter is super funny and very inviting. Always in a upbeat mood paying great attention to customers receiving clean shopping carts. Hes happy to see every customer his positive attitude is what makes this store so great to shop at. Hope management values this employee!!!

I would give Target zero stars if I could. They say that they are hiring when in fact Im pretty sure they are not. I put in my application and within a weekend, they deny my application and did not even have the common courtesy to give me a call back, just leaving me with a generic email saying they are not looking to move forward at this time. Do not apply at any Targets, because all youll be dealing with are extremely unprofessional people. If they are saying theyre hiring, dont believe their lies.

I love the store...its clean and all the floor attendants are friendly greeters and willing to assist. Except for the customer service desk. Those young ladies made me very uncomfortable. I didnt feel welcomed when I asked for their assistance. They made me feel like an intruder!!

Worst customer service by far couldnt get in touch with anyone for over 40 mins and when I did talk with someone they were too lazy to check if what I was looking for was in stock and referred me to shop online instead, Im pretty sure I knew that was an option but if you dont like doing whats right which is help the customer to the fullest then why work in the customer service department

A very nice worker helped me find the item I was looking for and the cashier on #13 register was very friendly .

NOT HAPPY. Placed an order today for pickup in the parking lot. Arrived and so indicated on the mobile app. Employee came out promptly and I showed my name and code from the app through my window. She placed the merchandise in my trunk and closed it. She waved goodbye and I went on my way. Seemed seamless. I get home, nothing in my trunk but two bath towels I ordered. The other 8 items - not there. Now that was bad enough and I understand mistakes happen. But they tripled down on the mistakes. My app and my bank account say I got (and was charged for) everything. I call the store and despite it being before closing time, the answering machine is already on. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It has a lot of items that I need and want and are handy right off the shelves.

I’ve been to MANY targets MANY times and this was by far the best customer service experience and cleanest most well organized store I’ve ever been to. 👏🏼👏🏼

The Employees are very gracious, they talk to the customers as they are entering the store telling about the hours for elderly and those most vulnerable guests. Everyone is helpful and are accessible for help. I find what I need every time. Nice clean store

Not a fan of the Corporation. Only one in town, and was convenient but not now.

No one helped today with helping me find a copy with a game that I wanted. You guys had 2 copies and claim that you dont have but lo and behold! There was actually copies of the game since Ive seen one person buy one. No help. No one doing their job at managing over there. Not one person even put the right game cover on where the game needed to be. Someone put code of whatever over the Resident Evil 2 case. Someone over there is not doing their job over there. No one knows where they put the games at and Im so unhappy. Really unhappy.

I love Target. So many great things to look at. I love the clearance racks, theyre my go to. I do about %90 of my kids clothes shopping here and always recommend target to everyone I know.

Used target pickup for the first time, I placed my order at 8:04 pm and it was ready by 8:13 pm. Got to target and the employee was out to my car in under a minute. Wonderful service

The cleanliness of the store is spectacular. We live in Havasu so it is a drive for us and we enjoy coming to bullhead for target. The parking lot is huge so there is plenty of parking. The store has so many cute things for the holidays. We always buy more then expected.

I always love taking my granddaughters shopping at Target because they always find so many things that they love,clothes, shoes, school supplies and sundries. Had a very fun time shopping with them. We are definitely a Target family!

Organized. We went on black Friday. Lots of customer service clerks. We didnt go for sales, but the DVD we went for couldnt be located on shelf. I was approached and asked if I needed help (wow) nice fellow radioed a stock check and delivered the movie to us personally while we went on shopping.

Wow! The pick up service at Target was excellent and the associate was very friendly. Only waited 2 minutes to get waited on and just like that I had my package.

A lot of items were not stocked such as rubbing alcohol or witch Hazel. And a lot of other items I was looking I for.

Starbucks, acknowledge your patrons! The new girl didnt know how to make a drink, the sandwiches can wait! Take care of your potential patron right in front of you! Three people behind the counter... am I invisible?Management needs a little retraining as well as staff. Repeated poor service at this Target location.

Although the selection can be less, I much prefer this Target to the nearby Walmart. Less crowded, and the aisles seem to be laid out better so that customers can move through the store. Great customer service.

We traveled from Las Vegas to purchase a Hatchimal. We called the store prior to visiting to see if they had it in stock. The associate took their time to physically put their hands on the item and placed it on hold for us. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted with smiles and asked us for help. We let them know they are holding an item for us. The associate quickly check their backroom and found the item and the checkout process was a breeze!

Still love this store. Miss going here since I live across town.Loved going in for seasonal stuff, getting my son toys, shopping in the clearance section, and..... Well, anything out of their dollar prize in the front of the store. Has a Starbucks.... Meh, but I love the food court.

The entire process was easy...from ordering what I was looking for to walking into the store and walking back out with my purchase in less than 5 minutes.

I love target. I go there versus walmart for many reasons it costs slightly more but I dont have to be around weird, rude, dirty and trashy people. Also target gives a percentage back to the community I forget what it is but walmart doesnt do anything for the community. Also there is less people and bigger isles at target as well helpful and friendly staff.

Apparently they don’t refund the full price of the item when the price tags are still attached. I was ok with store credit. That didn’t bother me. But getting 12% cut off the price is rather absurd.

Well organized and employees seem eager to help. Yes its slightly more expensive than Walmart but if you watch for sales it can be cheaper, and its just a better atmosphere.

Family and I get popcorn and drinks then shop for the occasion,(back to school, Christmas ect). Store is very clean and employees have been good for us.
