Ive heard nothing but good things about their in person servicers. That said, they have inconvenient scheduling methods, are far over priced, and have intense wait times.Unfortunately the only way you can schedule an appointment is online, which can be frustrating for the not so net savvy customer.I went online and got my quote, which was twice as much as I ended up paying at Good Vista Auto Glass.On top of that they couldnt see me until a month later where Good Vista Auto Glass told me 2 weeks, and got ahold of me after 1 week to fix it sooner.The only advantage I can see to choosing Safelite auto glass, is that they can come to you if your broken window renders your car undriveable. In which case prepare to wait.
