This is the second time Ive been to this store. On my first visit to purchase a set of open-end wrenches the man and woman behind the counter ignored my greeting and after roughly 5 minutes of browsing asked if I needed help. It seemed as though they wanted me out the door, and when I asked the gentleman about some parts for a compressor he replied in such a condescending manner that I was never going to enter this store again so I paid for my wrenches and left. Here I am four months later back at Sears Hometown in Bullhead City. I said to myself maybe they were having a bad day and deserve a second chance.....did I make a mistake! Once again as I walk through the doors my greeting goes unanswered and when I do approach the gentleman sitting behind the desk to ask him about an older heart he looked at me in total disgust and replied havent you tried the internet? He then said something about people not using that any longer. If his intent was to greet me and help me find what I was looking for he missed the mark. To me his intent was to make me feel like an idiot just for walking in his store... and he did it so well!

The lady at the counter is always nice and greets me as I enter but the other lady treated me rudely. As I was browsing the store I walked past the double doors at the other side of the store that were opened. I did not break stride and kept browsing but she felt the need to shout from across the store YA THATS FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY!! I left and purchased my Craftsman tool set at Lowes instead. She made me feel like I was in some dive bar. The barking dog behind the fence mentality. ADIOS!!

The Doctors there take pride with themselves and it shines through when the team gets together and is abel to professionally take care of the next patient in need of the human hands

Worst experience I have ever had. Bought a fridge in May 2020 and still cant get it fixed. Store washed their hands of it after 30 days and the fridge stopped making ice after about 40 days. Fist service call was scheduled for a month out, then on the scheduled day they canceled and I was told that they would call me to reschedule. 3 days passed and I heard nothing, so I called the service company to set up a service call, it was over a month out. Service call #2 the tech showed up and said he needed to order a ice maker. Today service call #3, the tech showed up and it was the wrong part. Talked to Sears via the toll free number I was given, and it was a complete waste of time. It is now the middle of September, I went through the summer not being able to make ice in this $1800 defective fridge, and I cant get any support from anybody. Just replace my fridge already.

We purchased a stove. Excellent service very friendly, professional. It was ordered and it came in three days. We picked up, be aware there is no muscles there to lift anything..lol.That was no problem for us!!!

Great products but some of the staff was actually not very helpful. Great deals but I did not like the way they handled me the second time I came in. Certain ways that people act can really make a difference in how we all feel about places. Overall not judging the staff to badly the place has a great amount of appliances with great prices.

We bought an investment property in Bull Head City that we needed a washer and dryer for. I called the Hometown Sears store and talked to Cheryl. She was very helpful and made the purchase easy. Being we live 1600 miles away we needed them installed on the dates we could be there. She also arranged times and dates perfectly.Right on time our appliances were delivered and installed by two very nice gentleman, I am sorry I forget their names, who tested and explained there operation.I would highly recommend this business anytime. Thanks to them for such great service .

Cathy was wonderful with helping us pick out a washer and dryer, Cheryl on the other hand has zero business being in customer service. I’ve been in corporate sales for over a decade and her lack of ability to explain anything during the money/delivery transaction was shocking. Overall experience would have been great if we could have dealt with Cathy only.

I came in to purchase a new patio set and was disappointed to see that patio furniture was already out of season (not in AZ). The sales person worked amazingly hard to find what I wanted online and ordered it to the store and set up delivery. So awesome of them not to just turn me away. Great staff, great service and great new location!

Could not deliver purchase.

Bought a new washer, good price hope everything goes well Our other 1 was 24 years old and finally died.

I bought a Vaccum Cleaner on line from this store and when I got it home (a 70 mile round trip) one of the attachments was missing so I had to make another 70 mile round trip to get the attatchment and I came to find out that they sold me a Floor Demo without informing me that it was slightly USED! I was never notified that it was a Floor Demo. They never offered me a Discount because it was used. No way to run a business, Ill never shop at this store again or any Sears store ever.

This store continues to improve. I love their new location right on Highway 95. Very nice people and a good selection of appliances. Do not believe everything you read as this Sears Store is alive and well.

Awesome sales service. Came in for a Christmas gift for my grandkids and found the perfect grill. Thanks Sears

Went shopping for a mattress floor stock dirty, they should sell off floor stock and replace with fresh product!
