Don’t came here before your appointment one reason they won’t take you before they let you in to check inn but they will ask you to leave the place and then they will call you whenever they are ready for you and second reason there are no place to park anywhere here and out on the street there is not enough parking room

This is one of our customers I was just being nice and covering for Tony while he was out doing some personal business I enjoy this route and made the day go by that Id like to do it again in the future lets keep doing business and was continue to do business thank you and God bless.

They always get me into a dock right away. I might have to wait a little bit to get unloaded but not long. Super nice people working here and they have a public restroom for us to use and thats a good thing. Long haul Truck driver when we get to places that treat us with respect we are always happy to come back.

I had the appointment at 9pm but showed up at 4pm they gave me a door right away but didnt stat unloading until 7pm and i was ready at 8pm i guess i should be glad .

Delivery by appointment only. they made me wait on next building till they call me to give me a door to unload me. the entrance has a pretty nice degree I went from 6th gear to 3rd gear

Easy to find, easy backing. In my experience, they take too long to unload

Great people got me unloaded in 42 minutes and the unloaded said it would be 40 minutesLots of room to move aroundOnly bad part is you have go through Atlanta

Arrived 7 hrs early got put in a dock and unloaded within a hour. Super friendly people and staff. Its a must go to place. 👍

This place is very tight and you cant just come and hope you get unloaded or loaded fast....they dont do that...lolTheres no place to go and wait near by or take a 10.You have an appointment?...plan accordingly.They are strict with that.They unload fast and on time.If you drive crazy and have a jacked up load when you get there....your time waiting is on you.

Received twelve hours early. Fit us in quickly, unloaded quickly by first shift. Friendly check in woman. Second shift took their sweet time getting around to reloading us, and their shift just started. Totally different attitudes.

My husband drives for Outwest Express and just delivered to this facility and they were amazing! Called yesterday and they were able to change his appt time to 3 hours earlier than anticipated!! Everyone was great from the shipping office to the receiving crew!

If you are owner operator is not good place to come, first shift is sucks I thought when I read comments it was nice place to come my appointment was 14:00 i come early 9:00am they say wait to 14:00 and 15:00 gave me a dock
