Me and my lady went to the metro T-Mobile dealer store, across the street from the mall of Georgia. There was a Latin American Lady there, and a African American Lady there. None of them offered any service. The Latin lady spent the whole time with the Spanish speaking customer. We were not helped at all.

The lady doesnt know anything about phones or her company policy very rude i hope somebody does something about this

I asked the guy who works there if they exchange phones there and he said no. Then why does the website say that their branch does exchange phones?
