Josh at Clipper Pros is the truth. My local company in Houston disappointed me after years of service and being in business they lost what true customer service is. I sent my old clippers to Josh for sevice/repairs and they came back cutting like a champ. Josh constant communication from receiving the package to the steps he was on reassured me and made me feel comfortable shipping my clippers to another state. I highly recommend Clipper Pros and will use them again.
