I am very pleased with the final outcome of the door we purchased. The installation went smoothly and the installer was very professional. Our sales rep was great but we waited more than five months from order to install. It was supposed to be originally installed in June, but due to Covid issues with transportation of materials from overseas, the door didn’t get installed until mid September. None the less, it was worth the wait! It’s gorgeous!

I had a horrible experience with Entry Point. I ordered my door Sept 2020 a and they came to install it Feb 20th 2021 there is a large gap between the brick on the house and the door frame which led us to believe they had the wrong size frame. The installers didnt have the correct trim, molding or installation. I emailed Entry point the next day and followed up with a call. They sent several people out ...none of whom corrected the issue. They offered me $1000 but when I insisted on having the correct door size ordered they retracted the $1000 offer and said if they ordered a new door it wouldnt be a warranty???They lack communication and respect. I had to constantly reach out to them and the issue is still not resolved. They are rude and very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!RESPONSE...The company NEVER initiated a follow up...I had to constantly call and email.

Competitively priced doors, great customer service, and awesome technicians. I used them for all 5 of my exterior doors.

I had glass installed in my existing door. It was so much less expensive than a new door and it looks great! I was a little nervous because the glass was ordered based on photos I sent and my own measurements—I didn’t know if that was going to be precise enough. But it’s a perfect fit and looks natural with the molding design of the existing door. Everything was done at my house and cleaned up after. I’m very happy with this service.

The long wait for the custom door was more than worth it!!! I AM IN LOVE with our door! The installation was smooth and professionally done. It looks like the door was part of the original construction! I cannot say enough about installers!!! 10-10 recommend!

Stay Away not worth the time DONT DO IT. OVER 5 months later and not even an apology from Quoted one price by the sales person once the company realized he should have said more they dragged it out for over 5 months leaving us with purchasing hardware and door. Worst communication ever. Put all the blame on salesman as if he didn’t work for the company to add injury to insult they change the contract and used different wording to cover their own mistakes. Bret the owner says after they showed us the door they made and we wanted says they don’t even make the door their own email sent example of the door we requested. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Christian did an excellent job installing a new front doors. He spent plenty of time carefully removing the old door, cleaning up and installing the new doors. He was very detailed in explaining how everything worked and how to paint the different surfaces that were required. My wife and I were very impressed with this young man and his attention to detail with this install.

This company came highly recommended. They installed the door in November and it was warped! Came out to try to adjust it with weatherstripping. Sent a different tech at my request and after looking at the door for 3 minutes said it was warped without a doubt. He came back weeks later and the replacement door was warped in the same place. When he called his boss, he was told to make it work! No! Mike the owner would do nothing because he wanted to blame the manufacturer. As a business owner, he is clueless. Why keep ordering from the same manufacturer and expect a different result. I wanted a door from a different manufacturer and he would not do it because it would cost him money. So now I am thinking he only has one manufacturer. I had already paid $150 to have the door primed and painted, inside and out and told him I would have to pay that again when they replace the door. After skirting the subject with me on the phone, he said he would meet me halfway ... $75. Excuse me, $75 is not half of $300!! No communication and no followup, you have to babysit them. After they do the work and there is an issue with the job, you get in line for weeks on end. No priority for prior customers with an issue. Not an honest company. Finally I demanded a refund of my deposit and moved on. My best description of Mike the owner is pathetic! Buyer Beware

We are so happy with the door, this is one of the best investments we have done in our house. Though it took longer than the anticipated date but due to Covid we understand the whole supply chain was impacted. All the people in the process were very professional . I recommend EntryPoint 100%!

We purchased a door over six months ago. They came out three times, had issues with the wrong door/it being chipped/ all sorts of stuff. Finally, they installed the wrong door.They’ve come out a total of TEN times to replace that wrong door; every time, they’ve had the wrong one. I called about cutting our losses last week and simply paying them $500. They’ve not reached back out.At the end of the day, we didn’t get the right door and the experience has been atrocious. Every time they come out my wife has to pack up our dogs and baby and leave, and every time it’s for naught.Beware.

Worst experience, after four months of waiting for them to install a front door I was told they didn’t send my order to the manufacturer, paperwork was done incorrectly, and then after waiting, the door I wanted was no longer available. No one from the company ever gave me any notification of what happened or that it was delayed. Very poor customer service.

We had a horrible experience with this company. They lack communication and have no respect for their customers. DO NOT ever shop from them. It’s waste of your time and money. Idk if these good comments are fake or sponsored, there service is HORRIBLE. It took them almost 5 months to install the door but ended up with a wrong order, wrong color. Sales reps have no knowledge and have no idea what they are doing. Oh and they have no transaction history records in their office and the lady who answers phone calls also have no idea. WHAT A JOKE! This review is about principle, treating customers with respect, and doing the right thing. This company FAILS on all these important matters.We purchased a door and had it installed recently by entry point. Their installation crew confiscated several items from our property ( plywood sheets, tarps) and have failed to reimburse us for this theft of our property.Its as simple as this. They refuse to do the honorable thing of simply reimbursing us for this theft of our property.

All three exterior doors on my home were installed quickly and look great. The only problem I ran into was 1 of the 3 doors was incorrect and accidentally swapped with someone else’s when they came to do the job. But they found my third door quickly and had it installed 2 days later.

After several months of awaiting for our new doors and windows, the project is now complete and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Each step of the process was exceptional. After calling, Entrypoint quickly set up an appointment to check out the scope of our project. What we ordered was 7 sliding doors, 1 picture window, 1 front door and 4 windows. Our home is a cabin without standard measurements, which required Entrypoint to work with us on custom pieces. The hard part was the wait while the manufacturer built our products (everything in every industry takes extra time right now). Entrypoint did a great job staying in touch, keeping me current on the status of my order as well as scheduling to installation. Fast forward to installation date.....A very qualified team was sent and did an exceptional job pulling out the old doors and windows and getting the new ones installed. They ran into several structural issues along the way, and worked through them very professionally keeping me updated on what they were doing through the process. They took extra care in trimming out our doors and windows that added to our rustic mountain cabin look. I am so very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors and windows.

We got a door that was below par and stated they would replace and then never did. Door never even worked well and cost near 3 k. Worst customer service I have ever experienced was with this company. We are now forced to pursue litigation to get our money back or enforce the warranty. Very disappointed!!

Our EntryPoint doors were installed almost a year ago. During the install, the hardware for one of our door handles was damaged. The installer said they would order a new part and fix it. Weve made many attempts to work with EntryPoint to get this issue resolved but, here it is almost a year later and they have stopped responding to our requests to have the issue resolved. The door handles were over $400 a piece, were now faced with having to find someone else to replace the door handle.

The whole process with Entrypoint doors was seemless, all the way from picking a design, customizing it and final installation. The install team was amazing and did a great job.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

We paid in the neighborhood of $5000 for 2 new front doors in 2018. They are fiberglass. While the doors look ok, there was a manufacturing defect that makes something inside them expand and contract when the sun comes out, and again when they begin to cool off. So the doors creak and pop all day long. It is so bad that you cannot take a nap on the couch in my family room when the sun is out because the doors are too loud. In the months after they were installed, we complained. They said they had never heard of this problem, but they would send someone out. After several weeks someone came to do adjustments. It seemed a little better for a while, but then went back to how it was. We called again and they sent someone else out to do an adjustment. Again, it was better for a short time. I called again on 1/12/21 and spoke to Angela. I told her I hate these doors and I would like new ones, and that these doors are obviously defective. She said all she could do was put us on a service call, but that they were 4-6 weeks out. It has been 10 weeks since I called and I have not heard from anyone, and I do not believe I will. I understand getting a defective product happens every so often, but Entrypoints lack of support and customer service was absolutely awful. I am now going to have to spend another $5000 to have a different company replace these doors.

Any door company can put a door into an opening. What stood out to me was the attention to detail. Today, Entry Point installed an iron door at my home. The install was done very professionally! Every detail was taken care of from the sealant under the frame, the foam around the exterior, touching up and caulking the trim and paint on the exterior trim as well as cleaning up after the job.I highly recommend Entry Point based on my experience.

I purchased a fiberglass and glass door earlier this year and EntryPoint installed it well. Over the next few months, however, the door began sticking to the door frame and became hard to open. I called EntryPoint to have them come look at the issue and after several months (a delay that might have been due to the pandemic, which I understand) a technician finally came out and discovered that the door had been measured incorrectly and been made too large. The technician also realized that the door had cracked due to the constant friction against the frame. The technician promised the door would be replaced free of charge due to the issue.It has now been over one month since I was promised a new door, with no communication from EntryPoint at all. Ive called them several times - the woman taking the calls is very nice! - but I have yet to receive any information as to what will happen next. Please be wary of working with EntryPoint and get as much in writing as possible to prevent the same issue from happening to you.Update: After posting this review EntryPoint contacted me and scheduled installation for the next week. They also agreed to paint the door for me (I had painted the original door myself). It is now installed and looks really nice, no sticking at all.

I had a fantastic experience with EntryPoint Doors and Windows! Construction work next door to my home busted the glass on my ALL-GLASS door. I called, spoke with a representative from EntryPoint Doors and Windows and explained my situation. I was happy to hear they would be able to replace the glass. The special order took a few weeks to arrive. However, when it did, the install only took about 30 minutes and it turned out great. The whole team was was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Do not hire this company! My experience throughout the process was awful. If anything goes wrong and needs fixing or adjusting AFTER you paid your money - you will never hear from them. Ive had two issues after installment; the first issue got resolved ONLY because I stepped in and hired other company to fix their mistake, granted, they paid for it, but nonetheless, its not what a reputable company does, having a customer fix their issues! The second issue I am experiencing now: one of the doors will not shut properly, all it needs is a quick adjustment (hopefully), but even with this relatively easy issue I cannot get anyone to come and fix it. Ive called numerous times - no one EVER calls you back or follows up on your request!! I tried to submit BBB complaint, but they are not registered with them... go figure!

My experience with EntryPoint Doors and windows was top notch from start to finish. Shawn was our salesperson and was very professional. He helped us pick out a perfect entry door. My wife was nervous about installation with dust and damage but I’m happy to say the instal went perfectly and there was zero dust. I’m not a big review guy but I’ve been dealing with overpriced contractors over the last 6 months and this was truly a job well done and priced right. Not an easy combo to find these days.

Andrew Chwat made a very complicated situation work out for me when for some random reason the windows in my house were missing the barcode the manufacturer needed to build me another sash. He was patience and showed a highly willingness to help which is very uncommon these days.

My overall experience with EntryPoint Doors and Windows was great! The gentlemen I spoke with, Andrew, was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. He took his time to answer all my questions and gave me the attention I needed to ensure I ordered the correct door. The delivery and communication were prompt and followed through on their times. I would definitely recommend EntryPoint for any door or window needs, as I will be a repeat customer.

We paid close to $7,000 for a front door and have been stunned by the poor quality (cheap hardware, plastic weather-stripping, etc). They charge a premium price but deliver a cheap product. You can find better value elsewhere.

We must say that rarely in this time of social unrest and a global pandemic have we had such a POSITIVE experience. Your organization has shown us the utmost respect and professionalism throughout the process. From Brad who came out to do the initial review and follow up with our door selection to Aarons crew that did the install! The entire process was absolutely phenomenal. AND the door looks fantastic! We were extremely pleased with our overall experience with EntryPoint Doors and Windows. The true test of any company is how they manage a customer complaint. As a previous employee of Nordstrom the customer philosopy was to always provide the customer with superior service. I can attest that EntryPoint follows the same model. Our pre-installation communications were timely, and designed to ensure all aspects of the order (size, color, etc) would be correct the first time. We did have an issue during installation and thats were EntryPoint truly shined. They took immediate control of the situation and did not worry about who was at fault but instead focused on resloving the problem. The end result was that we received a high quality door/side lights impeckably installed with care and attentiion to detail rarely seen in todays business. From the sales team, to the inside representatives that followed our order to the installer who made sure the door was insatlled perfectly, to the management team that ensured our total satisfaction you can rely on this company to provide high quality products, installation and do it all honestly and with integrity.

I really liked the people that assisted us but the quote was EXTREMELY high.I knew something was wrong when I was quoted an additional $1200 to paint or stain the double doors! The quote alone was over $11,500. I found a great double door w/beveled glass in Mahogany for $2200 and paid $750 for a professional install.

Entry Point installed my new front doors yesterday. The doors and hardware are of exceptional quality, and the customer service I was given prior to installation was exceptional as well. However, I did have some issues with the installation and fit and finish of my new doors.Edit: Entry Point came back out several times and corrected all issues even after they were paid for the job. Solid company who will work til the job is done right!

Due to the door having to be customized and the door frame being metal, we encountered some problems and confusion in the initial stage of planning. (No builders where I live were willing to tackle this job.) I was unable to have a window in the door, and the cost was higher than I had hoped. However, the actual installation of the door today went very well. Michael called ahead and arrived when he said he would. I found him to be exceptionally skilled on the job. The door fit perfectly, and Michael explained each step in the process and made sure that I was satisfied as the work progressed. He went out of his way to find a means of attaching an extra latch from the old door, and he even showed me how to remove a screen from my Home Depot windows. My husband and I found him to be very polite, positive-thinking, and personable. We enjoyed getting to know this fine young man---and his partner, Cain, who joined a little later. They cleaned up, leaving their work area spic-n-span. Thank you for a job well done.

The whole experience with the company was pleasant and thorough regarding measurements and installation. The door itself is well made and fits perfectly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is just for to the miscommunication on when the installer would arrive. We expected him after 10 and he arrived before 9 and without a mask. There is also a piece of wood installed in front of the door that I didn’t realize would be put in place and it sticks out like a sore thumb.

The door installers expertly removed our old patio door, properly trimmed out the door area, installed the new patio door, squared it expertly, installed new door hardware, and reconnected our current alarm system to the new door. Then they cleaned up the entire area where they were working. They took their time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this door company for anyone looking for new doors.

This iron door is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures didn’t do it justice. It offers elegance to your home decor. The installers were professional and kind. They had the door installed in a couple hours, maybe? They knew exactly what they were doing and the finished product showed...Over the moon pleased!

Order processing snafus + corona virus + shipping delays made a 16 week lead time to 32 weeks. We ordered early January. Door was installed mid-August. No concessions from Entry Point. They extended a couple of apologies. They told me that they would contact Home Depot to extend the interest free period. They did not. I finally did it myself. Nice door though. Glad to finally have it.

EntryPoint was great to work with. We did our homework and met with multiple door companies at their show rooms. EntryPoint offered what we were looking for and thoroughly explained how we could make a typical iron door “ours” with special detailing at no additional cost. Their price was good, order processing was meticulous and the install crew superb! Highly recommend them.

I had a custom made 1/2 door for a stair case made. They had to construct a frame for the door on site and it looks better than I could have imagined. My railing had to be shortened and reattached to the wall which also looks great. I also had a glass inset replaced in an exterior door and it looks great. Door is beautiful and the installation process went very quickly and smoothly! Lots of selection at the showroom and you can custom design your door. We found them on Google and are glad we chose to do business with them, it was a big investment and we are very satisfied.

EntryPoint Doors and Windows installer Michael was wonderful to work with! He was friendly and efficient and did a perfect job of installing our new front door glass. Not only that, he even cleaned up his work area when he finished! We really like how the new glass adds to the entryway.

I heard about EntryPoint Doors and Windows via Home Depot. My initial appointment was with Brad Gibbons on December 23, 2019. Brad came to my house twice and also met me at the showroom in Buford, GA on or about January 23, 2020, because I had concerns about the quality of door and the privacy rating of the decorative glass and sidelights I had chosen for my home. I was successful in selecting a fiberglass door, decorative glass and sidelights after I visited the showroom. Brad possessed the expertise and knowledge of exterior doors and was very instrumental in assisting me with selecting the right door, decorative glass and sidelights for my home. Additionally, the crew that was assigned to install the door was great. The two-man crew showed up on time on March 13, 2020, and performed the job in an exemplary manner. The process from the beginning to the end was a complete success! It is very difficult to find companies that are professional and provide quality service. As such, EntryPoint Doors and Windows will be the company I contact in the future should I need to replace another exterior door at my property. #CompletelySatisfied.

Very quick install, clean and implementation.

Our door is beautiful, the installers worked with us on a few things (old door). They were respectful, cordial and cleaned up everything. They made sure we were happy with the job and the door before they left.

I dont enjoy leaving this review. After being initially thrilled with the company and the great reviews, I have now experienced a lack of follow-through. They had me sign a contract and pay $1000 towards the project, but its been almost five weeks and I still have not received a date for installation. Several calls yield no response despite them taking my money on June 16th. Shawn had originally come out to my house and was very clear and professional. So, I signed and paid. Sadly, since then I still do not have an installation date. No one calls me back when they promise they will. Two more calls and one email later, I still have no date. I even emailed Shawn about my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. Three days ago he responded that someone would follow up, but no one has.Update September 9th: Although it took awhile and several calls/emails, my sliding glass door was eventually installed by two professional and competent workers. It looks really great, and Im pleased that I stuck with EntryPoint Doors.

Great service and value for this beautiful iron door! It arrived as promised and the design process was facilitated by their excellent staff.

We love our new double doors that replaced a single door with sidelights. I didn’t realize how heavy they were, and yet are easy to open and close. Lots of light now in our foyer. The dark walnut stain is beautiful. The Installers, Mike and Brent, were very professional and did a beautiful job. Thank you so much.

After some challenges with the initial installation the company committed a great deal of effort and resources to make the door meet all of our expectations. The installation manager, Doug, came to house twice to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the door. The door is beautiful and we could not be happier. We love making our neighbors jealous with the door. Would strongly recommend EntryPoint for those looking for the finest in doors.
