They do have great quality and great value and I have always loved their products, but the lady at the front desk these days doesn’t seem warm and welcoming. This is the second time I have gone and she is just so abrupt. She warms up later but the first impression sticks and goes a long way.

My boss has used this company before so I decided to drop off a new jacket and Embroidered Impressions did a great job putting my logo on it. Since then Ive just dropped off another jacket and ordered 3 hats to have my logo put on them. Great service and quality products! Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this business! The staff are all very professional and add a special customer service Iike none other. I was running late one day and could not pick up my items before the 5pm closure, but instead of having to wait the employee I spoke with waited an additional 15 minutes for me to arrive! I am a forever customer!
