From the first phone call, through the test drive, to the time I drove off the lot, I received excellent customer service from the salesmen. Called and was given a lot of information without a hard sale. This convinced me to go look at the car. During the test drive, I was given more information, and all my questions were answered. The salesmen were patient with my time-line to buy the car, and they gave me all my options, so I could make an informed decision. After purchasing the car, one salesmen helped me set up much of the programming I needed. Jose and David were the two salesmen I dealt with, and they sell the way I do, with information, not by being pushy or trying to intimidate.

Friendly service folks who took care of us without an appointment as we had a minor issue with our vehicle while passing through the interstate. The service department immediately addressed our concern and we were back on the road shortly. We appreciated their help very much.

1 star with follow-up, 5 star on actual transaction. 3 overall. I bought a used sedan here 2 years ago, and goggle photos reminded me of that transaction, and felt compelled to write a brief review. Upon signing, I realized there was no tire air compressor pump/emergency kit in the trunk as there should be per the owners manual. The manager on duty said to give him a few days, as he could likely get one at a good price. I had to leave the dealership, so I reluctantly agreed, realizing I was taking a chance of driving with no ability to deal with a flat tire on my own.After a few business days I contacted the dealership and was told to buy one, and send in the receipt for reimbursement. I bought the OEM pump on eBay for $75 and submitted the receipt. I had to follow up multiple times and was finally told the check was on its way. As you can guess with my rating, It never arrived.At that point I am less upset about the $75, and rather wanted to share my experience with other potential customers. I should have refused the transaction until the issue was resolved, but sadly I came from Tennessee for this vehicle and had to leave due to Thanksgiving plans. I didnt have the ability to refuse the transaction.Overall I was happy with the vehicle, as well as everyone I interacted with during the transition. Just dissapointed with being told I would be reimbursed and never was even after submitting the receipt.Lesson learned. If your time allows, be sure to review the vehicle and have any issues resolved before signing. I was rushed and regretted it. I was rushed due to my own schedule, and not the dealership itself or the staff, who overall I liked.

Jim Ellis service has always been there when we needed them. From regular service to emergency service. We had an unexpected dead battery. Once the car arrived David Gonzalez immediately took care of our car. He quicky got the car back on the road and provided a courtesy ride from our home to the dealership to pick the car up. He is professional, courteous and makes you his number one priority.

By far the best employee in this organization is Marcus. Everyone else here acts like they are doing you a favor. I had a factory recall repair and had to come back 3 times because they didnt put the car back together properly. Every time I come back they want to charge me for their mistakes. They dont staff for their volume and they send their best employees out on valet missions.

I went there to look at the regal wagon tourx and they told me that it was discontinued. After reviewing the manufacturers website, that didnt seem to be the case at all. This place didnt even come close to acting like they wanted to make a sale... Very disappointed and a waste of my time... Ill go elsewhere when i purchase my sweet little tourx!
