Shame on me. I dont leave bad reviews because I dont believe in hurting a business but this one was too much. Helped daughter buy a car here. He said needs new battery so had to jump off for test drive. Drove fine. Asked for 1 day for mechanic to check out prior to purchase.. Said 45 min or bring with me. Shouldve walked. Over $2500 major repairs just to get past emissions for tag. I called about major repair codes and he said bought as is but could let his mechanic look at it. No thanks. If youre going to buy a car here bring your mechanic with you.

Sold a pregnant women a car that floods when it rains! Which contains mildew, 3 bad lights they didn’t not tell me about could have got pulled over! Doesn’t easily dry rust in hidden areas said car had no problems and they could fix the air and they did not and tired to get money to fix 1 hour after I bought . I day later check engine lights goes on for a sensor, and had a bad belt … which you can not see when looking at engine. I asked them and told them I’m without means to afford to fix up a car I spent 4,000 in cash on. This place should get shut down! I wish nothing good comes to the guys that lied to a pregnant woman! I can’t not breathe mildew and it takes days to dry. I have no money now and I definitely will not get anything trying to trade in! -0000 stars from me and if you are willing to by a car that’ll literally last a week go ahead. It purchase a car with them last year august 26th 2020 and I cant pay off the remaining balance within the next 2 months $770.52. But as soon as I left the lot I had engine problems less than 24 hour had cylinder issues then after that the axle broke on me on the highway I called them notify them they said they cant do nothing for me, mind you all this is going on within 24 hours of me purchasing the car, they told me I was stuck with the car. Fast forward okay September 22nd 2020 payment of 391$ and October 23rd 2020 400$ late fee include paid in full they waited till February to tell me that i still own them money, a bunch of crooks they taking advantage because of the fact that Im not in the state I would not recommend anybody to purchase from themIf anybody could recommend me a good lawyer I have paper trail and proof that I made my payments I tried communicating with the owner multiple times and he did not want to hear me out making it seem that I still owe him money dont understand how do I owe you money if I made all my payments and I still paid a little extraso if anybody knows a good lawyer in Georgia please pass the infoSad I have to do this

RECENTLY SHE COULDNT GET HER CAR TO STOP SHE HAD TO RUN INTO A FENCE TO STOP THE CAR I HAD TO TOW THE TOA REPAIR SHOP IT WILL COST HER $1400 TO FIX THE CAR. Terrible used car place! My son bought a car there and had to replace the engine less than a month later! The car has had one issue after another! The owners should really be locked up for scamming people! Please DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership! Worst place ever!In response to the reply, we did contact the office and no assistance was given. I spoke with Alex, let him know, and his reply was oh really. This was before we even received the title and registered the car. Bottom line, they sold us a $4000 piece of junk. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing a car from them!

My daughter bought an 05 ford escape from this sorry excuse of a dealership. Shes 21 and trying to purchase a dependable car by herself and these crooks took advantage of her. Alex told her the battery was bad, they put a new battery in for her and said it was good knowing that this vehicle has a bad battery drain issue. Less than an hour and it struggles to start. She brought the car to my house and I check the oil and other fluids to find that its a quart low on oil and leaking coolant. I would stay away from this place!

I purchased a 2008 Volvo S40 from this dealership!!! I was assured that it had been looked at and there were no issues!!! Put $3000 cash down and thought it was a great deal with interest free payments. I have only had the car for 2 weeks. The day I bought the car the check engine light came on. Then it tried to over heat. I opened the hood and the coolant reservoir was bone dry!! So I put coolant in. It ran fine!! Had a diagnostics test done on it about the check engine light. It said miss fire I’m cylinder 3. It took a week to get a hold of anyone at the dealer ship. I was told to take it to there mechanic and was told everything would be taken care of. I had to pay $558 labor for a new radiator and an ignition coil. I drove it home and the very next day the check engine light came on again. And the. It over heated and now the car won’t start. I’ve tried to call and text the owner of this dealership several times. They will not answer or call me back!!!I am a single mom with Serious health issues and needed a reliable vehicle to get me to and from work and to my many doctors appointments. I am so unhappy with this place and feel so cheated and robbed and I still owe them money for the difference. I am so disappointed 😞 with GA Fine motors. They are nothing but scam artists!!!!! Don’t ever buy from them!!!! They don’t care who they are hurting!!! If they will rectify this situation I will take down this review and give them a good review!!!! I will also give them a good review on the css survey if they rectify this situation!!! Then I won’t have to file a complaint with the State Attorney General!!!

The car I bought was good and machine is working, but he lied to us. The car’s seat belt, locks, wipers weren’t working and we asked him to fix it and we will come back and get it . When we came back to get it, we didn’t double check because he told us that he had already fixed it, so we took his word for it, but he did not. We have been trying to get a hold of him, but he is not picking up the phone. He is a lier. I will advice to take someone that knows about car and make sure everything is working before leaving the place.

I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander from (Unique/Nader) with Alex being the business owner. I had communicated with them almost a week in advance about the vehicle so they knew I would drive over 4 hours to check the vehicle out. Upon arriving the bad the car souped up and ready to ride. We realized no coolant was in the car so not thinking anything further we asked them to fill it and they did. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because other than a few cosmetic dings it appeared to run good. They had been pressuring me to do a review as soon as a got the car. (My guess is before it breaks down and you really have to review how the car and customer service were for you). I had to end up leaving the car 3 hours from my home stranded to get someone to look at it. I had to purchase a brand new battery ($170), Thermostat and coolant and labor ($150). So I called to let Alex know that I got that part fixed but as I was driving home the car continues to run hot so I turned it off parked it. When I went to crank the car again it wouldnt crank. So I had to have a mechanic tow it to his shop and do a diagnostic test to determine what the cause was. The mechanic called back to report that I would need a new radiator which was causing the car to run hot also would need a new starter because the starter was sticking and causing the car not to crank. For this bill it would be $600 with parts and labor. I have called and called to contact Alex to let him know what is going on he refuses to answer my call. We called from my moms phone he answered but refused to do anything saying that he is not responsible. These people profess Christ and then swindle you. Read your reviews people. Know what you are working with before being taken advantage of. I worked hard for the monies I purchased the car with and know I cant even drive it and hadnt been able to since I purchased. Im so disappointed because I had a great buying experience.

I have zero complaints about the customer service that received from owner he was very patient and gave me the best deal on my 2000 black infinite i30t. Finding this dealership was like finding a needle in a hay stack. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable car.

I have been trying to contact this company ALL DAY. Nobody has answered the phone in over 30 attempts to reach this dealership. I stay in Clayton County and was willing to drive all the way to Buford to purchase a car but I cant even get in contact with anyone. This is unacceptable for a business. The guy who sold me my car took almost two weeks to fix a check engine light and when I came up to car lot at 11:30 am to check on my car, he was still sleeping. ( note they are open at 10am). Bought a car from him 2 weeks ago, I live in a county that requires emissions testing, he sold me the car without a passing emmission report. One mile from the dealership the day I bought the car and the check engine light came on. I called him and he said he would make it right. Had the dealers own mechanic say it needed about $700 of work done to get the check engine light off. Dealer said no way, the mechanic told me that the dealer said cant you just do something to make it pass? and when the mechanic said no, the dealer took it to a different mechanic who obviously had no ethical problem resetting the check engine light and getting the car to pass emissions without doing any repairs. They called to tell me the car was ready to be picked up, and we went to get it. I asked for a receipt showing the work the mechanic did, both the mechanic and the dealer refused to give me any paperwork on it. Then to make matters even worse the mechanic did not have the key for the car, he said the dealer had it, the dealer said the mechanic had it. We happened to have a spare key that will crank the car, but now we have no way to lock/unlock the doors as the spare wont work on the doors. The replacement key for the door will cost about $100 according to the Nissan Dealership. GREAT.....so we start driving home and sure enough, within a couple of miles from leaving the mechanic the check engine light is on again. $3700 gone, money we scraped together, now we have no more money, a car we cant lock, and a car that needs approx $700 work done.

Avoid this establishment. I ran the carfax for3 different vehicles, each was listed at over 200,000 miles, while the Georgia Fine Motors website list them as at or below 150,000 miles. Multiple vehicles have had structural damage and upon looking at the vehicles on the lot, many have massive cosmetic issues.

A first of mine purchase a 2005 Volkswagon Jetta two weeks ago from this dealer. The was sold and allowed to be driven off of the car lot without having emissions certification. The next day my friend attempted to get the emissions sticker, but the car could not pass. On her way to take the car back to the dealer it cut off on the highway several times. It was discovered the car has a bad transmission, which I sure the dealer was aware of what he sold her the car. Because of several misrepresentations by this dealer my friend does not trust doing any business with him and has requested her money back. She has not ever had possession or use of the car in almost two weeks because this dealer had the car towed to his be repaired. He did not even offer her a replacement until the car was repaired. Who knows what else is even wrong with the car. This dealer surely cannot be taken at his word. He refuses to give her money back, but he claims money is not important to him as having a satisfied customer. That seems to be another lie. My friend has to get a attorney to resolve this issue. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! HE HIDES BEHIND THE ABSENCE OF A LEMON LAW FOR USED CARS IN THIS STATE.

A friend of mine purchased a vehicle from them back in September 2015. He just recently paid the vehicle off and has requested his title, due to moving out of state. These people will not answer their phones, text messages, or return any calls to him or myself. I dont understand how any business owner can own and operate a business and you cant or choice not to communicate when needed. This is truly an inconvenience because the vehicle can not be registered in the new state because they will not communicate about this title. I have never in my life seen anybody handle business in this way. The next step if the title is not received by the end of the week, will be calling the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint.

Went to see there o2 Ford Explorer XLS. They made it sound like the perfect suv. When I got there it was sitting in the back of the lot. Ding and scratches all over it. Driver side door will not stay open by itself. Interior lights all been removed says it has 4 wheel drive but does not work one of the doors keeps the door ajar light on in the vehicle thats why the interior lights out airbag light stays on AC doesnt work if you were looking for a good fixer upper with low mileage it would be a good vehicle oh and the rear passenger side window does not roll down. And they still want $3,500 for the vehicle. If I could get a half star or less that is what I would have done.

Mind you I had my other six year old son in the car with me ( Very Dangerous) ...I tried calling them the next day NO ANSWER... Kept calling and texting just for them to tell me its not their problem and hang up on me..I had to get the car towed to where I live which was 2 HOURS away out of my own pocket..put another battery in the car and found out that the battery that was in the car was way too small for the car which made it to where the dashboard didnt work properly. once I bought another battery the check engine came on....Im sure they knew this was an issue and had I seen the light I would have NEVER bought this car....once I put the battery in I got the car to start but it wouldnt stay on so I decided to try to take it to the mechanic up the street from me ..drove it down the road and noticed it started to smoke REALLY bad to where the people behind me had to stop because they couldnt see ...by this time my infant was about a month old and could have suffered SEVERE lung issues as the smoke FILLED the car..I kept calling and texting these people telling them my situation just for the owner to tell me he didnt care and it wasnt his problem .. The police was called because the other cars thought my car was on fire.!!! Just tried to call them AGAIN recently to try to get my money back or at least a better car just for Naders wife to pick up the phone and tell me WHO GIVES A DAMN ABOUT YOU AND YOUR KIDS! these people are sick and despicable !! SO PLEASE let my hardship serve as proof that these people do not deserve to be in business ....my next stop is the better business bureau then if need be will have to be legal consultation.....PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! The fact that this place has soooo many people with similar stories, and one star ratings should be proof enough....

Drove from Winder to see it cause he said he would be there well got there and nobody was around. Then to top it off the vehicle I was looking at online was not in the same shape as the pics online.
