0 starsThe first time i went shopping there I got there at 12pm and it was 2pm before I could get in the shop because they were closed even though online they were open. Finally after getting in we were able to find a dress. The worker was nice and helpful. The wedding was 4 weeks away and she reassured us the dress would be finished and delivered before then. So we paid the deposit with comfort. One month later, after no communication, we go to the shop to pick up the dress and THE ENTIRE STORE WAS EMPTY. The mall management said they just got up and left. Finally got in contact with someone and they did not have the dress and couldnt give me a shop location. Gave me a refund. Wedding is in 2 days. In conclusion, is sketchy and unprofessional.

Great dress but everything else went downhill from that moment on. We came to pick up the dress after alterations but no one was here to open the shop. We called another location to get them to get in contact with the mall of Georgia location. Someone finally came from the back to let us in. Once we got the dress we saw that a zipper was broken so we had to take it back! They said they would ship it to us for our inconvenience and we’ll have it by Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no dress. We called and they said we’re shipping it that day….Fine. 🙄Days later we get the dress and we’re still not satisfied with the alterations so we dropped it back off. I’m here to pick it up and AGAIN the is no one here to open the shop. Website says they open at 11am but it is currently 12:15pm. I stay an hour away so this is a HUGE inconvenience. Their hours and days were wrong on both google and their website! We had no idea they were closed Monday and Tuesday after we’d trying calling several times. And when you try to leave a voicemail the mailbox is full! This place is terrible! I can’t wait to finish up my business with them.
