A little bit disappointed. It used to be such a great place with so much. No not so much.

Poor customer service!!!!Please let the person know (male voice) not to answer the phone “hello”. I just wanted a cheerleading costume for my little girl but the person hung up the phone after I asked if he would check to see if it’s in stock. I like party city but I won’t spend my money at this location.

Nickels and Sommer were the cashiers for me when I came in a couple days ago. These two ladies were not only very kind, but very helpful to me. I had ordered mini balloons for my husband’s birthday as a surprise and they helped me blow all of them up as well as put cash inside each one as a surprise birthday gift. They made the day perfect and I was quick to rave about them to my husband when I got home. They deserve a raise! Thank you again ladies for your time, respect, and patience!

Looks like the store has recently been redone. Barely any Halloween costumes for my 10 yr - didn’t have the wall to select from like in years past. Went to checkout 1 item and it took forever. The cashier helped someone ahead and didn’t call for backup or apologize for the wait (took an extra 5-10 mins of waiting).

I did not find anything I wanted or needed in Party City🤷🏾‍♀️ it was very bare, the cashier said the store was being re-vamped🤔... he was nice though.

Not like it used to be. Store seemed empty. More open but not as much products as before. Still had what we needed though so, all is well.

Newly reopened so not a lot of inventory but plenty of signs saying its coming soon. I did get some pink hair pieces, bandana and mesh gloves for my rock look.

Costumes are easily to search. Chip and Devon rock!

Found everything I was looking for. Customer service was meh standing waiting employees looking at me but never tell me the line is elsewhere 🤦‍♀️. Not a lot of interest in their part.

I ordered all these balloons for delivery for my birthday and paid extra money for them to be delivered inflated. In less than 24 hours they all deflated. When I called the store a guy told me to bring them to the store (during a pandemic) so they can see the balloons. As you can see in the pictures I had to tape the balloons to the wall to keep them all from falling to the floor. The delivery was even a bad experience. They split my order by two different delivery people and they arrived at two seperate times, which was confusing for them and for me. This location is very unorganized.

Horrible experience, if I could give them less than one star I would. Ordered 62 balloons for a birthday party, paid over $110 for them to be filled with helium for them to only last over night... I called party city to see if they could do anything about it and they stated their helium only last 8-10 hours, would NOT recommend at ALL. Go to PUBLIX or even Kroger does a better job than this. Just wanted their delivery option because it was more convenient and that’s why I didn’t go to Publix, but NEVER again.

I will not say that the customer service all around is terrible, but the employee with the pink hair/ eyebrows for the month (I’m sure she changes it), has a terrible attitude. The other three employees that I came in contact with were pleasant. I came in wanting to have some balloons filled that I had already purchased elsewhere. I went to the balloon counter & was trying to ask Pinky about the balloon process, but she seemed as though I was bothering her & directed me to the front cashier with all of my questions. I’m not sure what the point of this was because she was literally working in the balloon section. I purchased the helium for the balloons & go back to the balloon counter to get them filled only to be informed by another employee that the balloons would only last 8-10 hours. Excuse!? That is something that Pinky should have told me when I was trying to find out information about how to get the balloons inflated but she was so busy blowing up ONE balloon & not wanting to help. Then her condescending tone & demeanor didn’t help anything. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS THEN FIND YOU A JOB WHERE YOU HAVE MINIMUM CONTACT WITH THEM! She continuously tried to justify her actions telling me that it was the cashiers job to tell me about the balloons. I guess our little spat helped to whip her into shape because I hear her telling the next customers approaching about the balloon options. That’s what she should have done in the first place. I will just say to future customers speak up for yourself because it’s clear that they need some guidance.

Walked in, five employees looked up,and not a one asked if I needed anything or what they could point me toward. I decided to get it--a fog machine--at Spirit.

Plenty of good decorations for St Patricks day and the service was friendly and quick. I appreciate that so I can be in and out quickly!

Horrible costumer service, came at 1:30pm to get 3 balloons. A girl name Lauren had a horrible attitude and said shes suppose to be leaving soon. “ the girl that comes at 2pm can inflate them. I very politely said is only 3 balloons for my son Birthday. Look at me and didnt say a word. Horrible place, will never come back again!

They did a awesome job on my daughter balloon for her sweet 16th birthday Thank you so much. Plus all the extra stuff I got for her party 😊

I wanted to order 6 balloons only! The young lady told me that I have to wait for 2 hours! Nobody was in lane I was the only customer! This is just a personal advice for the store manager, you will be loosing business for this policy, if your employee are busy I do understand however when nobody is in line! I think this is a poor business decision!

I needed advice on the prices for blowing balls, I asked the girl, she did not even look at me doing her business, and answered looking somewhere and continuing to do her business, then she left and I tried to ask her what I needed, its just awful, who do you hire ?! I have not changed the prices anywhere, so that you can see the prices for inflation of balloons brought with me. its terrible, I felt terribly rejected.

Honestly walmart/amazon/dollar tree pretty much tops em all these days. The reason I go to party city is for the experience and service...even tho their price is always high. Unfortunately this branch lacks on the latter seriously. If you want to pay more and get rude employees in your face go here.

Probably just due to the holiday but man was it a mess. Appeared to be about 25% stocked and really dim lighting. 3 cashiers open but still waited almost 20 min in line.

Amanda was really helpful when the pick-up didnt happen so smooth, left with more cute stuff for the video birthday party because of her.

Quick and easy in and out. Very friendly staff. I know I can always count on them for my balloon arrangements!

They usually never have in stock what Im looking for. Even if they do have it, it would be cheaper elsewhere. I have to say, that its a good place for Halloween costumes/accessories.

Good place to find costumes and balloons for parties

I ordered balloons from this location and asked if they would deliver to two different buildings. The young lady who delivered them took them inside and one of our said this is a going away party not a birthday party. All the balloons said Happy Birthday. It was my mistake not theirs. She went back to her store and brought me back 40 more balloons at not charge. They were delivered correctly to both buildings. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TEAM WORK AND MOST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Always a line here, I was disappointed that I couldnt place my order for one balloon over the phone. I was informed that there was no wait. Once I arrived it took nearly 30 mins to get one balloon blown up.

I wanted to leave a review because I had a bad experience at a party city in Buckhead because they charge me incorrectly when I purchased balloons but luckily the location in the mall of Georgia fix the problem and made sure I was a satisfied customer thanks to Chip highly recommend this party city

My wife ordered balloons in person and paid for them on Thursday and we were supposed to pick up at 5:30 on Saturday. Upon arriving at the store, I waited my turn and asked for the balloons and they said they knew nothing about it. When a manager came up, she did not know how to refund our money and repeatedly said it wasnt her fault. After leaving the store we had to file a dispute on our credit card to get our refund. That was the managers only response was it wasnt her fault. Where are you finding your managers, maybe search elsewhere.

I went into the store and had a question and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager named Brent came out to help me and he was so rude. He told me if I couldnt find the item myself then I should go some where else to shop and he didnt have time to help me. I was just looking for a balloon that I had saw online. His attitude towards me was not the worse part. He then turned around to one of his young employees and started cursing at them for not being able to answer the phone. The poor girl was ringing people up and taking balloon orders. There is no way she could answer the phone too. Maybe if you guys get a new manager then hopefully your customer service would be a lot better! To the sweet girl that was a cashier that day. Please go find you a job where you are appreciated.

Best experience ever! They now have a party assistant planner on the floor that walks with you through the store. She was such a BIG help and had wonderful ideas! My event was a hit!

Plenty of people walked in and asked for balloons to get blown up and got them immediately. When it came to me, I was racially profiled and all of a sudden its a 3 hr wait for one balloon. Took longer for her to go on and on about why shes too busy standing at the register with no line, than to blow up one balloon at the empty balloon station.

The staff appeared to be worn out from Halloween. They were only a few that were helping with costumes.We left as we did not find anything we liked.

To all the people that complain about the customer service and exaggerate their experience...get a life!! It’s a retail store! They are always busy! They do the best they can and people treat them like they are beneath them! It’s not easy working retail. It would be easy if it weren’t for all the rude people who have no patience whatsoever!! If the worst part of your day is a store not having the balloon you want then I think you’re doing pretty good. It could be worse!! Maybe take a second to appreciate the fact that you are able to get up in the morning rather then complaining online just because you didn’t get your way!

I understand that its a busy time of year with Halloween but the staff didnt know where basic birthday items were located. The team was too busy to help me find what I was looking for. I will say that this is typically a great store but seasonal staff with no training was a disappointment.

Always find the perfect costume for babies,toddlers,young teens. Adult stuff & accessories are in abundance there as well. Most prices are reasonable. Clean store. Lots of associates to help you. Been going for years and will return again. Birthdays & Holidays.

The store was well stocked and had many selections however the staff is not helpful or friendly. Deanna a cashier in the store did not greet me to tell me the total or anything she acted as if she was mute. Deanna if you cannot provide customer service to party citys customers you really need to find a job where you are not servicing people!!

Disappointing. 8 people in line, 1 register open, and he keeps answering the phone, slowing down the checkout every more. Two more employees blowing up balloons...but wont open a register, on one of the busiest days of the season.

Very helpful staff! You can tell they are always busy with the high volume of cuatomers because they dont seem to get overwhelmed by it. Just busy. Everyone was very nice and answered all my questions. Will be happy to continue going there for my party needs!

Terrible customer service. I mentioned to the employee at the register about a 20% off sale they had and she said it was still going on. Before even getting in the car I checked my receipt I realized my discount was not applied. Immediately going back into the store to show her that I did not receive the discount to hopefully get it (which would have been about $13 off) she proceeded to tell me that the store did not have the barcode to scan it, so I would have had to pull it up online. This was not mentioned until after the purchase and going back in. Then the only was to get the discount was to return all items and repurchase. I just feel after mentioning it from the beginning, I should have been told that I need to bring up the code because they did not have it store.

This company as a whole is going backwards in customer service. Always out of helium for balloons, only take online orders, most of time the server is down. With new concepts on the rise, hopefully someone will start another Party Concept.

I Told the woman the costume number and size I needed for my 2 yr old. She told me to go back to the section and someone would be their to help me.Keep in mind the store has just opened up its 11:30 am and their is not many customers at all (in checkout line or looking around).So we go back and wait and wait...and wait and no one shows up to help. So we leave.

This Party City location was the same as the others, nothing spectacular or different about it besides the service at the register. The cashier said its company policy not to take a coupon for our transaction unless it is from the company website, however the customer behind us(who told us about the coupon/promotion) was able to use that very same coupon. I dont frequent party city and I definitely wont use them anymore in the future...

Store was full of customers and I only saw two employees. It was graduation time and the employees couldnt keep up with the register, the balloon orders, and helping the customers on the floor. The older lady (manager?) was very rude to me. I needed help getting some items from the top of the shelf and she was NOT pleased. She made it pretty obvious that I was being a nuisance and when I asked her if I was bothering her, she changed her attitude. Why did she think she could be rude to a customer and get away with it? If shes upset because they need more help, then hire more help. Customers keep the business open

Fun place to visit with a friend that gets your weirdness

Both Ashley and Brian are very knowledgeable about the store and their products. They helped me out a lot and everyone was very friendly.

This place is very kid friendly and colorful. If you need to plan a party, get halloween costumes, want to go to candy land or even get simple toys for the kiddos; go there. We let the party go on!

I had a little complication with the party invitations for my daughter and Brent came to the rescue he fixed my issue and also stayed extra time after hour just to help out. Very little do I rate or even comment but great guy !! And also great manager !! Thank you Brent !!

So poorly run and managed. The people working there have no idea where items are stocked. They are slow, rude, disorganized and have absolutely no idea what customer service is. Bad enough their merchandise is WAY overpriced, must they be rude and slow on top of everything else. You can get a lot of their stuff from Sams and Costco for much less. I wont be going back. They are HORRIBLE!!!!!

I ordered AND pre-paid for balloons for an event a week in advance. When I came to pick, the guy at the front told me to search for my order down a random isle, when they keep balloon orders at the front. I saw the girl I placed my order with and she gave me my balloons that were sitting at the front only for HALF of my order to be complete. I asked where was the rest of my $70 order and they couldn’t find them, so they called their manager who claimed (with an attitude) that she only filled what she saw in order bag, then, the girl I placed my order with, claimed that the other half of the order could not be completed because of how I requested them to be blown up (oxygen instead of helium), even though I was told they would be able to do that when I placed my order. Although the manager reluctantly blew up the rest of my order, I did not appreciate disorganization, customer service, or my time being wasted.

Only two people working during Dr. Seuss week. The two working VERY unhelpful and attitudinal. The one girl at the registered argued with me the entire transaction about why her Team was right, with excuses after excuses for why her colleague couldn’t call another store. Was she helping anybody? No! It would interrupt her stock work. Going to Gainesville or Snellville location in the future. Worth the drive!

Organized at Halloween time. In and out quickly

We stop by Party City early and wanted to get balloons they were almost out of helium we were able to get one balloon but not two. we also bought a happy anniversary Banner but were unable to use it and they did a fast and convenient return.
