First I have to say you will not find a nicer family operated store. They are amazing. They never push you into a purchase. Absolutely the greatest place to buy outdoor furniture or a grill. I have purchased both from them. They will always have my business. Thank you for being the BEST.

Weve shopped there only twice. The outdoor furniture is very nice, but its also very expensive. There is a great warranty with their furniture line but just know its not like going to Lowes and spending $400 or $500 on stuff. We ultimately purchased some very well made Adirondack chairs.

American Casual Living has a great staff and great furniture. Im just now getting around to writing my review but my husband and I purchased both screened porch furniture and wicker chairs for my breakfast room this summer and we could not be happier with our purchase. We are now working on our new patio and pool and we will purchase everying for the outdoor areas from ACL. Great quality furniture and great customer service.

Move over Home Depot, This place is amazing. Every time I go to American Casual there is something different. The collections are unique with classic accents. If you have not checked this place out yet it is a must see. The patio and grill department really have what it takes to transform your outdoor space into something special.

Too expensive for my budget. I wish I could rationalize spending that amount for outdoor furniture but I cant. They do have financing options but that is not my issue.

Lee, Maureen and Lauren are the nicest people to do business with!!!! My wife and I have purchased all of our patio furniture from them including a beautiful little Dog Bed. We worked with Dan on our patio furniture and he was great, very knowledgeable and treated us like family. We made our purchase on a Saturday afternoon and Lauren Told me she would meet me on Sunday morning at the warehouse if I wanted to pick everything up!! We also purchased a Big Green Egg from them and we worked with Sherryl she is a wealth of knowledge on both BGE and the GMG pellet grill so if your in the market go see her.So if you are in need of outdoor furniture or a great grill go see the folks at American Casual living they truly treat you like family

Beautiful store- Sheryl was amazing, however when i called back the day after our purchase Bobbi whom answered the phone was not helpful and in fact a bit rude. We were missing a chair and were told to go to the warehouse when in fact the chair was at the store. I think overall Customer Service is where there is a lot of opportunity.After the owner Lee viewed my feedback and concerns- he immediately reached out to me so that i can voice my concerns and the experience I had with his team member over the phone. Lee was very apologetic and expressed that this is not how they conduct business.I was impressed with the speedy reply from the store owner- i trust they will internally handle the incident with the employee in question.

I recently went in there and was absolutely amazed at their selection of outdoor furniture. They have some of the nicest pieces Ive ever seen. Their staff clearly has expertise and they were super helpful. Although my wife and I havent decided on exactly what we want, I am definitely not going anywhere else. This is a truly amazing place!

American Casual Living is the best place for patio furniture in the Atlanta Area, hands down. Great, family owned and operated, always friendly and helpful every time I go in there. I stopped by their tent sale this week to kill some time and ended up finding some great deals I couldnt pass up, including some local artwork. Highly recommend.

My wife has been wanting some new furniture for the screened-in porch for several years. American Casual Living has a wide selection, its all good quality stuff, and it cleans easily. It costs an arm and a leg, but this stuff will last and last.

I love this locally owned store! They have great furniture, accessories, grills and gifts.Excellent customer service and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Their service is very friendly.They try to accomodate their customers but their manufacturer and their sub contractors (trucking company) make them look bad by not providing the same customer service. If you dont mind waiting to receive items purchased then buy from them. American Casual Living lost a sale solely based on the incompetence of their manufacturer and sub contractors. Maybe your experience will be better than mine. Good Luck.

What a mess trying to get my furniture. I placed my order over 3 months ago and still do not have all of my furniture. The sales person doesnt call you to provide updates she only sends text messages. They dont call back when they tell you they will call back. You would think after spending close to $7,000 you would get better customer service. They couldnt even get pillows made timely and correctly. They said they were waiting on fringe. It takes months to get fringe?? I am still waiting on my last pace of furniture. The only reason I have the other furniture is because the owner got involved and has tried to make it right. It should not be this painful to get furniture delivered. If you have employees that are messing up orders this bad... you might want to rethink your employees. Hopefully the third delivery we can get all of the pices delivered. I would have rated lower but I like the quality of the furniture and the owner called me once to apologize for the screw up and he personally delivered my ottoman and pillows. Still waiting after 3 months for one last piece. ...UPDATE: Once thw owner got involved things began to go a little more smoothly. I now have my final piece. The owner has been great to deal with and assured me that this will not happen again. Thank you Lee for getting involved
