Since I drop off my car 7am for oil change.. now it 10am 😡 even Im waitroom. It often happens. Need improve speed up.

Do not purchase the add-ons. The windshield package, tire package, oil change package or car tint. They’re all designed to make your loan higher and in debt longer. Would you want to pay interest on a package you’ll probably never use?

EJ, Aaron, and everyone were so incredibly friendly and awesome and I could tell they cared about us as people and not just another sale! We did not plan to buy a car when we first arrived so we financially werent prepared but I fell in love with the car. My trade in car had really bad breaks and they didnt want me driving home in it, so even with no money down I was still able to take the new car home as a loner vehicle until the next day when I was able to go in and purchase the vehicle. Because we had started the paper work the first night the actual purchasing/signing was such a quick process! They were incredibly prepared and diligent with our time, got it done on my husbands lunch break! They also matched our CarMax trade in quote (almost $1500 more than theirs).

We had a bad experience, we took our vehicle to get a new key programmed and then called us saying that the key got stuck and they couldnt get it out.. Wanting us to pay for the repair!!
