Nothing but paperwork issues!My wife went in April and selected her Tucson. Our sales person was very helpful, and helped make our experience a good one, but it ended with her. We have had to fill out the paperwork several times because someone there can not do their job. Now we have been waiting for 3 hours since they called this morning to inform us that they are sending someone to our house to sign the papers yet again! It is also impossible to reach anyone on the phone and they do not call back if you leave a message. Because of our salesperson, we were going to go back in February when our lease was up on our other vehicle, but due to the service, or the lack thereof, after the sale, we will be going somewhere else.I will at least give them credit for taking care of our next payment since their people can not do their job.
