I drove (too excited to wait for delivery :) ) from Orlando, FL to this location as they were the only dealership that had the exact car I had been searching for. I am a Mustang girl to the soul! Let me tell you, 500 miles in traffic and storms to get there... I was NOT disappointed. Grace and team were amazing from the very first online contact to the moment I drove off the lot! My mother purchased her car here new. It’s a 2017 sonata. Within the first year the paint started to peel. They claimed it was normal road wear and would not honor warranty. 4 years later and this is now what the car looks like despite it’s always been garaged. We will not purchase from them again as they do not stand behind their product. If you google it you will see that this was a widespread issue for this year and model that Hyundai refuses to warranty. To add insult to injury they want us to pay $3,800 to repair and are not willing to help with cost. If anything they inflated the price drastically as we got a second price for $1,800 from another body shop. Buyer beware!

We just purchased a Toyota 4runner for our 16 year old from Jodi Grutadaurio at AutoNation Hyundai. I have to say that it was one of THE BEST car buying experiences we have ever had. Typically I dread going to a dealership and hate the car buying process, but this experience was very different. We live in Florida and I found the vehicle listing online. I reached out about it communicated via phone and text with Jodi. She was super responsive and helpful sending me additional photos of the car and the carfax report. I was blown away that we had the entire transaction almost completed via text by the time we arrived at the dealership in Buford. The car was immaculate and exactly as represented in the listing. The buying process was super easy and thankfully very low-pressure. Jodi even went to the trouble to put balloons on the car to surprise my son when we arrived. I highly recommend AutoNation Hyundai and especially Jodi!!

Worst service ever had. Spent $600 in a rental for 13 days while my vehicle should have gotten fixed & they could not identify the problem. Yes! I couldnt believe myself. They claim this was their 1st strange case ever. Lucky me! I had to meet & show the problem myself. Took car back in a 2nd time & still nothing. Wasted time & money for sure. Till this day problem unsolved. Minimum effort given by mechanic. Very regretful with hyundai.

Dropped off a Hyundai for service and I was impressed on my service writer Mike Hendrix! He checked my car in and I was in and out very fast! He was very courteous and I would recommend him if you want to ask for him by name. The Dealership service area was clean and looked organized. They have a nice waiting area and the service area is right there in front of you and you can actually look inside and see the technicians working on cars.

I have a mixed experience during the month that my car was in the shop. I think my car issue was a really big one so it took multiple tries to find that the issue was the wire harness which is a big full day job. They were really backed up so my car was just sitting in the shop for about 3 weeks for them to start working on my car. At least the communication about what they tried and what they needed to do was happening, but sometimes they didnt respond to my text or didnt answer the calls. However, they did finish it in the time they said they would and they got me a loaner car.But the problem was when I received the car. It was FULLY out of gas and when I drove off the lot and drove about a mile, I was returning my rent car and the car just stopped and the battery went out and the starter kept running when I tried to start the car. I thought there were more problems with the car but it was just fully out of gas. If they used up ALL of the gas while they were working on it, couldnt they have put in a little gas? Thankfully the rental car place had a gas station nearby and they let me use their gas tank to get gas and fill up at least 1 gallon to get the car running. Cant believe Hyundai used up all the gas and didnt even fill it enough for the car to leave more than a mile from the shop. And the car wasnt washed. Usually, I get back a washed car when I get it serviced so I was disappointed at the end. Still there was ok communication and the car is finally fixed so Im still giving some stars... but overall disappointed..

I would highly recommend AutoNation. I just bought a new car from them and I was very happy with the process. Louis is the best sales person I have ever met. I got an initial quote online. There were no games and no pressure tactics. I got a decent value for my trade-in and Louis went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Even after delivery, he followed up to check if everything was fine. I will definitely go to them for my next car and definitely work with Louis.

Ive been a long time customer and bought about 3 cars from this dealership and the one time I have an emergency with my vehicle they want to keep my car for multiple days and I work a full time job so I cannot do that. They didnt offer me a solution or even a loaner car. Their schedule is not flexible and I had to book at a different dealership farther from where I live.I have called multiple times the last two weeks and they keep forwarding me to the sales department instead of answering the phone. Ive left my phone number 3 times and today was the first time someone called me back so I would have expected some kind of flexibility....Both the service advisor and the manager were very short with me and did not offer a solution and I could tell they were just ready to be off of the phone with me. I even told them two different days I could drop it off and leave it but that I need it back before my next work day and they couldnt even work with that. Im not sure if Im going to come back to this dealership honestly. They are always so overbooked and busy and until recently you didnt have to book 2 weeks in advance.

Excellent experience for the second time with the service department. When I pulled in for my appointment, there were at least a dozen cars ahead of me and I was afraid I would be in for a long wait. I was checked in promptly and all of my concerns with the car were noted and addressed. I was in and out in a little over an hour and a half. Great service and thorough, attentive service reps!

I have had a very bad experience with the service department. I have had my car in twice to fix an issue and the issue is still not resolved. I have called the service department and the customer service manager a couple of times to get a follow up appointment and I still have not heard back. I have been trying to get my car fixed for the past 2 months and there is no end in site! I thought Hyundai was known for their customer service and quality. I am learning that this is not true.

We first went to the same dealer my wife got her Hyundai from a few years ago. They basically told us If you dont buy it, someone else will. Hard sell. So, we went to AN in Buford. Louis (sales) and Robert (finance) were excellent guys to work with on our recent purchase. Louis found the exact car we wanted - model, trim, package, and colors - while we waited, with huge savings over the other dealer. Lous a fantastic conversationalist as well. Lou and Robert walked us through one of the most painless sales ever. We cant recommend them high enough!

I recently leased a Hyundai Tucson for my wife and traded her Buick Enclave. There were good things and bad things in this deal. The amount I recieved for the trade was exceptional and caused me to purchase a car that didnt have the features I expected when reviewing the SEL Trim for this vehicle online. I made my first, from my computer purchase and learned a lot. The salesman was nice enough to bring the car to my home, 45miles away from dealership, and pick up the trade. Yet, didnt take the time to go over the features prior to delivery or upon delivery to ensure that this vehicle had all I wanted. My wife was disappointed in the lack of a sunroof, leather seats, push button trunk, and Homelink connection. The gearshaft didnt reflect the new push button like in the pics. It seemed more like a base model. Of course, when you lease, its yours after you sign, no option for an exchange or cancelation. I even attempted to request this, but communication stopped until the deal was solid and unchangeable.What did I learn in my first attempt to buy from the comfort of my home.... Dont get caught up in the trade that I forget to pick the exact car I want. Be sure to inspect fully before signing. Make sure I am clear in my written communication the amenities I want, not the Trim, as each trim comes in different flavors.Take my time!

Our service rep Aimee was wonderful. She was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We had actually taken our SUV to AutoNation first but was told by the warranty people that we had to take it to our original dealership Rick Case even though RC told us we could take it anywhere. RC wanted us to start the entire process over again and couldnt get us in for another two weeks, They lost the keys for a day and never communicated with us at all. I called 30 times and either no one ever answered or or the automated system just hung up on me. We got so frustrated we asked them to drop the claim and got special permission to go back to AutoNation. The service rep at RC never even spoke to us beyond asking our last name. He just said well bring you car around and walked away. We called Amiee and she got us in the same day and got everything taken care of. We are so grateful for her kindness. She even gave our son a toy to take home. I would highly recommend AutoNation and if you ever need service, ask for Amiee.

It seems that most positive reviews here are related to purchases and negative reviews to service. Makes sense. Who’s not happy with a shiny new car or put off with a trip to the dealer to fix a problem. After purchasing three cars there and multiple trips for service I’ve given up. I believe most employees there are well intentioned but clearly there is a problem. Calls not returned. No consistency with staff. And just a general sense of disorganization. Again, good people (most) but not the attention to detail I’m now seeing at another dealer.

I own my second Hyundai. I try to service it at the dealership every time it is needed. I trust the technicians know their work. It is pricier than other places, but I like to have the warranty of a job well done or done over if not. Other car dealerships are tempting now, but I will stick to Hyundai. I bought my first car here and it wasnt a pleasant experience. The car had a hardware problem when I purchased the car and the dealer said that they will fix it and deliver the car next day. Also, he didnt explain or even mention about protection plan that was charged to me. On the next day, the dealer said he couldnt find a driver to deliver my car and he asked me to come to the dealership again to pick up my car. The overall experience wasnt pleasant and smooth at all.

I can only assume the problem(faulty thermostat) was eliminated, as not enough time has passed to give a legitimate answer. However, the original cost was approximately $940.00, that was never explained when I brought it in. Acording to the service technician,it was a FOUR HOUR job to just replace the thermostat, with no peripherals. As I said previously, the hourly rate was not quoted to me, or the TOTAL cost, only the price of the part. Also, they were unable to come up with any signed work order by me that would dispute my word, which was the truth. I also observed the time, (approx.9:45 AM) when my car, a 2018 Genesis G80, was driven to one of the bays.At approximately 1:30 PM, I was notified that my car was ready and parked for me, ready to pick up. If they had started working on it at 10:00 AM, my car would not have been ready, and there was no way I could have been in a discussion about this at 1:45 PM. How long it had been ready for me to pick up, is anybodys guess. Upon research about similar work in the Atlanta area, I found no evidence that the job would have taken more than 2.5 hours, and found that,a thermostat replacement would run from $200.00-$350.00, depending upon the vehicle. The Service Manager was rude and basically told me I was not being truthful about not knowing the cost of the service. He did reduce the bill by $300.00, of which I was grateful, but still was way overpriced.This guy continued to be rather disrespectful, snarky, and condescending, basically sealing the deal that I wont be back to this service department. One has to do what one has to do, but if you have a choice, which at the time, I did not, as the engine light came on, a very short distance away from this Hyundai, where I purchased the vehicle, I would only recommend that one take his/her car here, only when it is still under warranty.

I had to have my car towed to Hyundai secondary to a damaged hose leaking oil to my turbo. Hyundai was already a week backed up with work but still diagnosed my car and replaced the hose within 24 hours. All of the service professionals are very professional, efficient, and informative. Upon arriving 10-15 minutes early for my recent oil change appointment, we encountered a line to enter the service department. Not sure what happened, but no one came over to advise of the situation, check us in or anything. After about 15 minutes, my husband approached a service advisor who advised that it would take about 4 hours to get our service done. We did not have that kind of time. He was then told that if we returned the next morning, our appointment would be honored without the long wait. The promise was honored, and I am grateful for that. Unfortunately, it took two round trips (we dont live in or near the area), extra mileage, time and fuel to get what we had an appointment for and no concessions were offered.

I am not happy about the change of tone from the staff member that was helping me. Through email and text the experience was pleasant. Once I was there in person they dismissed my words. I brought my dad for support but they addressed him the entire time instead of me. I was was the one there to purchase. Sorry Edin that bringing in your friend to talk to my dad didn’t go your way. The salesman I worked with was very friendly but the dealership is terrible. They would not match an appraisal and, then, tried to bully me into taking their offer. They calculated the taxes incorrectly to misrepresent the tax credit I would receive. At the end of the day, they only care about what benefits them. I did not trust them and purchased a car elsewhere.

Bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The engine “seized” up after a month of driving it. I’m still making monthly payments and my car has been sitting at this dealership for 3 months. Everytime I call, nobody answers. I’m so fed up. I paid 13k upfront for a car I have only had for a month of this year (bought in June, broke down in July). You would think they would atleast answer the phone but when they have in the past few months I get the same answer “it will be about two weeks” now it has been 3 months and still nothing on my car. I wish I never bought this car and saved myself from purchasing from Hyundai. DO NOT BUY A 2016 SONATA. They have so many recalls that I was not informed about, and they are so unhelpful. I even had to go and buy another car (2006 volvo) so I could transport to work, college, home and this car has been more reliable than the sonata. Not to mention I BOUGHT THE BASE MODEL. Cloth seats, no sunroof, no ports in the back. This has become a nightmare and at this point I just want my money back for a new car.

They had my car for over 5 months. When I got it back it was flity with new scratches. I ask for pictures of when I brought it in and they are yet to provide. Also, the engine came on the next morning for a brand new engine they had just replaced. The customer service is not great but kind of ok.The courtsy of at least running the car through the car wash would have been appreciated. Just unacceptable.

I would recommend Hyundai AutoNation Buford to anyone in need of new/used vehicle. Due to an accident, I was forced to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly and untimely. However, despite having less than stellar credit at the moment, I was still able to leave the dealership with the vehicle that “I wanted”. I must take the time to acknowledge Peter, one of the Finance Managers at Auto Nation-Buford for his diligence and professionalism in securing my approval; it is evident that he takes pride in his work. Had an oil change appointment for over a week. Got repeated reminders. However, 9 a.m. appointment for a simple oil change lasted almost three hours. Terribly tiny waiting area with little option for social distancing. No updates on delay. Frustrating and disappointing.

I received excellent service from my Automobile Salesperson, Willie and Peter in finance. Both Willie and Peter were very professional and attentive. However, the General Manager, Aid sent me a “How was your visit at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia?” email, which I replied to and he never responded. I informed him how they needed a receptionist because I waited in the showroom until Willie walked by. Mind you, the dealership was not busy. I also informed him that I did not like being forced to pay for the $500+ car care protection, which is a waste of money. I traded in a 2016 Jeep which was in mint condition inside. I don’t have pets, I don’t have grandchildren, and my husband and children are OCD like me; and the bottom line is, anyone can purchase Scotchgard and only spend $20.00 to protect the interior of a car. At the end of the day, Willie was the only reason why I purchased the car there.

Kerry Han checked under the hood, tires, etc. Then we went for a test drive. Hyundai needed to drain the coolant, drain the power steering and a set of new tires. He is polite, very professional and eager to do a good job for the Customer and Hyundai. I have had my Santa Fe serviced there for more than 11 years. Dedicated Service Technicians like Kerry are why we have all our maintenance done there.

I purchased a Used 2018 Chevrolet Silverado from Hyundai MOG on 09/04/2021 for a pretty decent price, despite the inflated market. The purchasing process was pretty typical. We waited a bit for finance, but they were busy selling cars that day. My issue has been since we purchased the car. The sales woman reached out to us by email, text, and phone call (which I missed and she left a voicemail). After week one, we are having mechanical issues with the truck. I called and left a message and emailed our sales woman back and not heard anything from her. I called the dealership and left messages, which were not returned. I finally called the service department and scheduled an appt, which was 2 weeks out from the date I called. I asked for an earlier appt and was told that was their earliest. One week has passed and the issue is getting worse, we now think it may be the transmission. They gave us a 90 day warranty on the vehicle, so hopefully they will correct the issue no matter what it is. Needless to say, their post purchase communication could use some improvement and I will be calling management today.

I like the car and liked the sales person, Eddy. But my overall experience with dealership was not good. After negotiating a price over the phone, the dealership informed me that the agreed to price did not include dealer add-ons. I left and shopped around. Ultimately their price was competitive. We re-negotiated and agreed to an all in price. Once I arrived to the dealership to pay cash, it took 2 hours. At an hour and forty minutes, I was told they couldnt accept a personal check even though I told them when I walked in that I was paying by check. We ultimately got it worked out where they loaned me the car over the weekend and I returned to the dealership on Monday with cashiers check. But the process was extremely time consuming and frustrating. I asked to speak to the senior manager during the process. Whether the employees choose not to contact him or whether he chose not to see me, I cant answer. As I was leaving, I asked again and met with him. He basically said the check policy was AutoNations and there was nothing he could do. When pressed on the 2 hours to complete the purchase of the car for cash after negotiations were complete, he stated that was industry standard. Ultimately I was disappointed and frustrated with the experience.

The female service rep was 5 stars. This is solely about the actual service.It honestly should never take 4 and a half hours to get an oil change and an alignment when you have an appointment. My appointment was at 730 am and I did not leave till noon.

I got an oil change and inspection because I recently purchased my car from another seller, and Eric from their team helped me out. He recommended that I get an alignment for my car because I was at the mileage to do so, which I politely refused, but he was helpful throughout and full of conversation topics to pique my interests. I was BLESSED to have Aimee help me. I went in to get a simple windshield wiper replacement and ended up being told my two front tires had little to no life left in them. Of course I wasn’t prepared to spend that type of money replacing them, so Aimee walked me through a step by step loan program that would allow me to pay over time. I left there very happy and satisfied with the help I received. She’s definitely a new favorite of mine!

There was only one Service Advisor with vehicles lined up out of the building. I had to approach another employee who said he didnt start work for another ten minutes but would write a ticket for me. A second advisor appeared from the service area just before we left. So far the repair for wind noise seems done, well know better on our next trip. This is the third time this vehicle has been worked on for this.

Quick visit to remove wheel locks from 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Somehow the key was lost I was able to arrive and be serviced within 35 minutes . While I was there, service adviser noticed 2nd ABS recall needed to be addressed Which it was the saving me a additional trip ( Dealer is 45 minutes from my house . STAY AWAY!! They made what could have been a great experience into a very bad one. Suspicious activity and deceptive practice. They miscalculate my state tax despise the fact that they put the correct TAVT rate on the contract. Beats me how you do that. I ended up having to pay $1352 out of pocket when it came time to get my plate. When I called them to talk to a manager or the finance department, I was given the run around for 2 weeks. They will promised to call me back, which they never did. When I finally insisted and refused to be transfer or to leave ANOTHER message, I talked to someone in the finance department who refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. They even tried to make it seem as if it was my fault for their miscalculation. I believe that they misrepresented the vehicle price because I had told them my price limit and if it went over that price I would not buy it from them. I would not trust them when it comes to doing business AT ALL. I will not recommend them to anyone.
