Can’t say enough about this wonderful company!! I have been working with Echols glass for 6 years now and every time has been such a wonderful experience. From the office to the field, they have got it all covered. Ron Echols & Gary Didio are excellent guys to work with for all measurements and really getting the best advice on what works for the space provided, plus they both have great senses of humor. My girl Jolie Miller in the office is always a pleasure to work with and she goes above and beyond to get you everything you need to succeed. I would recommend them for all your glass & mirror needs. Oh and did I mention that they also do closet shelving systems. Absolutely Love this company and it’s people!

I cannot say enough about Echols Glass & Mirror they sure go out of their way to please their clients. I had a glass shower door installed and it is gorgeous I also had a wine display glass door installed and I was not pleased where the handles had been placed this company took the wine display glass door & replaced with the handles as indicated I would prefer for the handles to be placed. Not too many companies back up their products how they do. I recommend without any hesitations Echols Glass & Mirror you cannot go wrong with their professionalism, courtesy & respect they handle their business & customers. Company failed to provide items and services as promised. Rude and arrogant staff.Three wall mirrors ordered.Took three trips to install after scratching one, breaking another.Almost a month to install and still wrong.Failed to install trim on mirrors as promised.Failed to repair dents in trim they caused.Failed to repair dents in ceilings they caused.Failed to repair/repaint scrapes along walls they caused.Failed to expedite revisits as they promised.Failed to provide electrical outlets as promised.Failed to reinstall light fixtures correctly.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like it has the plague.

HORRIBLE JOB, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAERS!!!These people are very unprofessional. They messed up our order and installed a wrong shower that looks like it belong to 80s and must be discontinued. When we pointed them to this issue they agreed that they were wrong and offered the replacement to the one we ordered and paid for.Several months later they figured out that they cant install a new frameless shower that we ordered because they cracked the tiles and they would be visible. So they offered to fix the holes from old installation. The company that fixes the holes that was supposed to come/and was agreed with called us saying that the glass shower company refused to pay for their work. After calling back and forth the Echols Glass Company was complitely rude to us and told us they are not going to fix anything and agreed on refunding the money. NOW we dont have a shower, AND we have damaged tiles in the unit and have to find people to fix and reinsall new shower doors. Almost 4 months later we are at the same or even lower level of renovation process.Be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!! Red FLAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Echols was wonderful to work with on a new build for our bathrooms and closets. I am going to use them again on a current renovation. Our builder also loves working with them!

We had a problem with a scratch on one of the panels and they sent someone out to check it and replaced it the following week. I’ve had several experiences with Echols Glass - particularly with frameless shower enclosures. This is a company that is easy to work with because of their professionalism. I can always reach someone in the office if I have questions, their prices are very good, and they do great work. I don’t take this for granted as I’ve worked with several other glass companies in the past that are not nearly as easy to work with. If you need a frameless glass shower enclosure, save yourself time and money and call Echols.
