Travis and the men that worked on our roll off dumpster truck collision repair did a great job. They worked until 8 PM on a Friday to get it done. Travis the manager washed our truck personally and test drove it before we left to make sure everything was working properly. The exceptional service we received is a rare thing anymore. Thanks fellas!

Ashley was rude and unprofessional. When I went to pick up my 15 Escape I noticed a couple things not right about it and she tried to tell me it was fine even though I showed her what was wrong. The glass was not put in the hatch correctly and I pointed it out to her and her only response was Well are you taking the car or not. All she cared about was getting the car off the lot, not if we were happy with the repairs. She never once apologized or or acted liked she cared about a happy customer only with us taking the car so they could be done with it. The major repairs were satisfactory but the small details and customer service was a major let down. If you go here dont deal with Ashley.

Quick to get my estimate done. But had to keep calling them for updates instead of vice versa. Was hard to go clean out totaled vehicle since they had piled the parts in the vehicle that was taken off. Initially the man looking at vehicle said shouldn’t be totaled so was really surprised after they took everything apart for it to be considered totaled. In

I came in on a Saturday to drop my vehicle off for repairs. Before I could even step out of my vehicle I was greeted/welcomed by Bryan. Bryans greeting wasnt just about what he and his shop could do for me. I promise it felt as if I had spoken to him many times before about random things that weve both always been mutually interested in. The process of getting your car into the shop would literally take anywhere from 2-5 minutes if you dont find yourself lost in a conversation about cars or sports. Bryan told me hed take care of my car and he did. My car was done in a week due to my damage. I knew the damages would be taken care of with no problem but I what I was most concerned about was a paint match. I was told theres nothing they cant handle and they proved they arent all talk. You will receive a text message alerting you of the processes your vehicle is going under during its repairs. After picking up my car I couldt tell it was ever hit. These folks have experience! From the drop off to the pick up you will feel good about your choice of shop to deal with. I told Bryan Id be back when needed and I meant that. Emily was fantastic to work with! They were able to get my repair knocked out within 4 days of NTP from our insurance company and the communication along the way from Mall of GA Ford exceeded my expectations! I would take any of our vehicles here regardless of make/model!

This collision center had our car for two months and has told us for over a month that our was going to be ready next week, the end of the week, in two days or by the end of the day repeatedly. Staff is unresponsive by phone and does not communicate any status updates to us or our insurance company. Customer service has been untrustworthy and unreliable at best.

Disappointed by our experience at the Ford Collision Center in Buford. Our insurance repair was on the front of my sons car. He asked them to touch up some scratches on the rear of his car while they had the paint out... no body work or anything, just a little paint to make them less noticeable. They said theyd see what they can do... and in the long run they made an excuse for doing nothing. We wont be back.

So i brought in my service van to have a side panel repaired. When i arrived to pick up my van the front desk staff was fantastic, as they were through the entire process, and was super impressed at the repairs that were made.Now the complaints. When i brought in my service van it was messy. tradesmen you know how hard it can be sometimes to keep your van clean, so i hope you empathize with this, but the cargo portion of my van was covered in dust. not a light dusting, but like a flour bomb went off and nothing was done to clean it out. I used 2 tanks of nitrogen to blow out the dust as soon as I got off site. this could have easily been remedied with 5 min and an air compressor.2) they did a decent job cleaning the interior of my cab, but they did an aweful job with my windshield. as a result of that my dash cam was no longer hanging under my review mirror, but pushed to the far right corner and the wires that were neatly hidden under the roof of my van were now pulled down and pushed to the side. After a quick clean with some windex i was able to get everything back to the way it was before i brought it in.3) the tip of my gear shift is missing. how this comes off and how it was missed are beyond me. I choosing to believe it was missed and they didnt just ignore it instead of taking the time to do the right thing. Now they did work with the parts department to get me the part, but its the wrong part and i need to get it resolved.4) now here is the kicker: my windshield fluid lines are now loose. I drove my van for a LONG time before i brought it in. I know that those lines were not leaking. Now the passenger side leaks just infront of the passenger tire and the drivers side has a very weak spray and leaks just behind the tire.
