Great service, did the job before 20 min before, only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is they didnt put away the spare or placed the plastic hub cap, all left in the back of the van.

Gone here a couple times. The tires arent too overpriced and they also put air in your tires for free. Its been really helpful when my tires were low and the place I usually filled them had the machine broken 🙃. I dont like to pay to fill the tires with air. This place was relatively close and their customer service is good.

I do not recommend bringing your vehicle if you have custom rims or powder coated . They are not careful with them. When I picked up my vehicle 2 rim’s had a chip on the powder coating that was not there prior. The rims were also filthy the least they can do is take two minutes and wipe them off. They were nice and clean when I drop them off. Little things like that go along way in customer service.

I went to get my tires rotated. Found a nail in the edge of a tire sideways and not through it. It wasnt leaking. All of a sudden the tire started leaking even though it was fine before. They also scanned my tires and said 3/4 needed to be replaced. I asked them to rescan and the machine misread the first time. Long story short, I ended up needing a new tire I did not need originally and my tires never got rotated. Dont come here. They will scam you!

Kevin is the man excellent customer service. Excellent location, very friendly. Knows alot about tires and the right size and brand for your car he has been a massive help in keeping our fleet running. We only use Kevin for our tire needs we stopped using everyone else to many problems get the warranty you will need it with everything laying all over the road

8/18/21 12:02pm dropped car off to rotate tires for my regular rotation as we boughtTires there & asked specifically to check air pressure in tires. Said itd be 2-3 hrs. Picked up car right after 3pm. Tires still looked low, so I checked with my tire gage. Both front tires still had 28-30 pounds in them because I checked them before I took it in. Did they really rotate the tires? When I called yesterday to check, call center answered. I told her the issue, I was on hold for over 32 minutes then the line hung up! I called back on hold again! Service is horrible at this location! We went back a few minutes ago, my husband was only one in line, we were there over 20 minutes. He was getting his tires rotated & pressure check. Asked what pressure they put in front tires, said 35. I pulled my car up so they could put correct air in MY front tires. AGAIN, did they really rotate my tires as we dropped my car off! We have 2006 & 2007 Lincoln Town Cars. Agent said tire pressure different in both cars! Not true! This place needs help desperately! Dont go here if youre in a hurry or if you want a place that really cares about your car being safe after theyve worked on it.

Appointment was at 5:00, they took my car back at 5:12, and I was back in my car headed home at 5:28. When I need a full set of 4, Im coming back to this location to get them. Impressed so far,I placed an online order, and I was called by Kevin who told me of an inventory situation. He then helped me pick an alternative that exceeded my specs and saved me some money. When I brought my wheels in to drop off for the tire swap in the back of my truck, someone without me even asking grabbed one and assisted me in bringing them inside. By far the best place to do business if you need tire services, period. With a service appointment, Rotation and Balance service in and out within 30 mins. Nobody in metro ATL can do that!! Only at Discount Tire.

Very very bad service, I had an appointment at 1:00 pm, I arrived at the place at 1:10 pm I had to wait for 10 minutes (1:20 pm) and the Manager Danny tells me that he is very sorry that the appointment was at 1:00 pm and since I was late I had to wait 4 or 5 hours or make another appointment for another day ahhhhh. I understand that I arrive 10 minutes late and I also understand that as they are short of staff I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to attend me but the response of the Manager Danny was the most frustrating, bad service attitude, I also lost time to get to the place and to be told that, its incredible, He isn not looking for another way to be able to attend to my and what He wanted from the beginning was to cancel the appointment. very bad!!!!

Another great experience at Discount Tire! Over the phone a few days ago they efficiently procured 4 tires for my 2019 Camaro. During the call we set an installation appointment for this afternoon at 115pm (my lunch break). I arrived on time and eventhough they were very busy; they brought my car back to do the install almost right away. I was on the road in about 45minutes which is incredible. These folks really respected my time and stood by their word/promise that we could make it work in a condensed period of time. Very satisfied customer!

Its the small things. The other day, while cleaning my car, I decided to give the wheels a good cleaning. To do so, I typically take the tires off my vehicle, and wash them thoroughly. It also happened to be time for a tire rotation, so while in the process of mounting the tires back to the car, I rotated the tires- rear left to right front, and rear right to left front. After getting back in my car, it felt as if the rotation would now require a balancing. So, in what little spare time I had during the week, I had one of my co-workers take me to this Mavis store, next to Home Depot. I went in, and told the lady working in the front that I needed an oil change and a tire balancing. She didnt take any information other than my phone number and name.When I arrived back at Mavis several hours later, I paid for my service, and was handed a receipt. As I walked back to my car, I noticed that it said tire rotation, but nowhere could I find balancing. I walked back inside and asked the gentleman if somehow their ticketing system refers to rotation and balancing as one. He informed me that it does not, and that my tires are now back to square 1. He told me that theyve got plenty of time in the afternoon to take care of it, but that there would be a charge for it. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to leave my car there, I had allotted the proper amount of time to get the work done already, and could not afford more. In all, it was a waste of my time, outside of the oil change.It irritates me when simple tasks cannot be performed. Im sure that Mavis corporate has spent several hundreds of thousands of dollars on the technical infrastructure that they use in their numerous locations, and its a shame that their employees dont feel the need to use it. If only their staff had logged the request that I had made in the morning initially, I would not be leaving this poor review.Save yourself the time and the headache. Just dont go here. The lobby is dusty and messy, and its ultimately apparent that the staff dont listen, nor do they know the right move to make when a customer hasnt received one of the only things that they came for, instead, a reversal of the only work that was done... by me.Two stars and not one, because the gentleman that told me he could keep my car for twice the amount of time AND charge me for the work that I had initially asked for was rather pleasant in the process of breaking the UNpleasant news to me.

I purchased a set of Cooper AT3 AT truck tires at a competitors store but after 4 attempts they couldn’t get them balanced properly. The guy suggested i had a bent rim but also told me to take them to discount because they had better balancing machines than his store has.... So i took his advice.Discount diagnosed the problem and it wasn’t my rim. Long story short, i had Discount Tires put their tires on my truck and returned the others back to P...Boys. They look amazing and ride just as good.Thank you Discount.

Seriously the best service Ive received since buying a car. I went in thinking it would be hours before my car came out. That has been my experience with other places. Not this one. I checked in at 8:05ish. I was home by 9 and I live 30 minutes away from the location. The employees were also very friendly and helpful.

I don’t usually leave reviews but let me tell you about Zac the customer service rep at this location. He is AMAZING! Personality✅ Energy✅ Professionalism ✅What I thought was going to be a difficult situation was handled with ease. The store was packed when I walked in. Zac and Robert acknowledged every customer when they walked in the door and gave them the attention that they needed. When I finally got to the counter I was greeted again by Zac. This store did not have the tire that I needed, but Zac took the time to find it for at another location for me while a line was growing behind me.After he found the tire. He went outside with me to check my tire. We quickly found out that my tire had a hole in in the side of it. I am now sitting in the waiting area waiting for my husband to pick up the tire from the other location. The traffic has slowed down in here but Zac is still in there serving guest with asmile. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Ive experienced nothing but class and exceptional service from Discount Tire! My local discount tire didnt have the exact tires I needed, so I had to order them from the Buford location and had an appointment for an installation this afternoon, but because of some complications I showed up about two hours late to my appointment. They were very understanding and and were able to take me in despite having several customers ahead of me. They took care of me and had me on my way with my new tires much faster than I expected. Couldnt be happier with the tires and how nice my car drives and feels. Their prices and exceptional service are what keep me coming back!

Needed a spine key (thin walled sockett) for my American racing wheels all 3 top auto part companys helpful but no luck .Costco couldnt put my tires .Sam politely sold me what I needed ! 5$ ! That was it.now now Costco can put on my tires.

Wow!!! Not sure I could say enough to give Buford Discount the credit they deserve. Customer service was awesome. Best I have gotten anywhere in awhile. Staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. And with how busy that location is, I was impressed with how well they kept it together. That whole place operated like a well oiled machine. Any business out there could learn something from how well this store operates. I sure hope the staff is well taken care of. This is the second time we’ve had issues at this location with the store manager Kevin. In February this location mounted tires on my truck and ended up breaking a wheel. We bought the last pair of tires in my size and he won’t sell them to be because it’s going on my off-road wheel which is a smaller spec. When told I was going to buy other wheels because I needed the tires, he told me he will not sell them to me and will send them back.

I am looking for a way to change my review to correctly reflect the poor service I received from MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE.I was initially very happy with this store as they were able to put new tires on my sons car. He had the tires put on 11/14/2020. Today 11/20/2020 my son had to swerve to miss from being hit head on. HIs two passenger side tires popped. I called Mavis about a warranty on the tires because they are less than a week old. I was told by the manager that because I didnt purchase roadside hazard there is nothing he could do and that I would have to purchase two new tires. I explained to him that I didnt even know that they offered roadside hazard because his employee never even gave me an options to purchase it. All he said was he was sorry that his employee didnt offer it but I will need to purchase two tires because I didnt have it. HOW CAN I HAVE PURCHASED SOMETHING THAT I WAS NEVER EVEN OFFERED AND DIDNT KNOW EXISTED! I will never do business with these people again and suggest you make sure if you do that you are aware of this!

Make sure you make an appointment. If not youll wait 2 1/2 hours until they get to you. Plus if a appointment didnt show up they do not work you in that spot they just let your wait.I bought a tire from them and I got the roadside they offer. Btw they go by how much tread is left on the tire. It was worth every penny because they had to give me a brand new tire. As far as customer service they are very polished and nice. This is not my favorite place to buy tires but my other place is closed right now. As soon as my favorite place opens up Ill be back to buying my tires there.

This is why we go to Discount and will continue to be costumers.We arrived with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon towards the end of the day and were expecting to wait for 1-2 hours. After a few minutes, “Abiam” calls us in and started to work on the car and within 20-30 mins he got us back on the road. He was also very helpful, instead of just tossing the spare tire in the trunk, he put our spare back in its place and assured we were good. I went here because of all the good reviews, but these guys did not follow basic instructions that they agreed to. They left my car unlocked in their lot. They didnt call me when my car was finished. They also didnt leave the key and my receipt locked in the car when they were finished like I requested (my car has an entry key pad). The new tires are great. It is just concerning that they did not follow what we agreed to.

They fix flats for free. Did not know this. Super friendly staff. Due to covid 19, you will need to make an appointment, but they will also work with you.

Discount Tire- Buford is a blessing. These guys went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked to keep me and my family safe. Truly good, good people who blessed us in a big way. I normally rank having to visit a tire shop with the same regard as getting a root canal. I always feel like I have to have my guard up. Im happy to say that Discount Tire near the Mall of GA in Buford was a breath of fresh air. Service was customer-focused and efficient. Never did I feel like I was getting the runaround. My driver-side rear tire had a nail in it so they repaired my tire and rotated all my tires for free. Got checked in at around 9:25 and walked out the door a satisfied customer by 10 even though the lobby was pretty full.Their customer service is fantastic! They constantly gave me updates on my car while I waited in the lobby and were very helpful throughout the whole process. First time here and definitely will not be my last!

WooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW! Impressive Experience. I literally had an 8:00 a.m appointment and was out of there by 8:19. Nothing shy of a Nascar Pit Crew. Kevin and his crew having something special going on over there at Discount Tire in Buford,Ga. The level of customer service and professionalism I have not seen in a while. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left I was treated with excellence. I came in Friday to a busy store that had their phone ringing non-stop and customers being helped and attended to, one by one with patience and poise. Never once skipping a beat. I clearly saw that they were busy, so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday and to my surprise I was out of there this morning in nineteen freaking minutes . I made back home before the wife and kids woke up and having coffee and getting breakfast ready for the fam. I own three vehicles and have purchased tires and have had tire-related services performed at this location for a number of years now. John and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, positive and very helpful. The store is always spotless. They are very accurate in their projected wait times. I enjoy dealing with such a fine group of people.

I go for the good prices but I stay for the great service.
