Was a good store, but now, no stocking is going on and I have made at least five trips for things indicated in stock at this store that are not on the shelf. Some of the items have been listed as available for months but are not there. Fix the system so I dont waste gas and effort and stock the store.

I went to drop off a package for UPS. I was told to go all the way to the back of the store where they do picture framing.There was a sign showing that nobody was working there and if I needed help to push the button. The button was pushed nobody arrived to help me with my package.Ended up walking out of the store with my package in hand. I only saw two employees up front working the cash register.Oh well. Guess Ill go somewhere else to drop my package off at a UPS kiosk

Interesting blend of craft items. They do have block colored t-shirts for pretty good price $3.99

Ashley and Laura are awesome!! I went into Michael’s looking for some clear sprinkles because I wasn’t able to find them anywhere, especially in the small amount that I needed for an order. When I walked into Michael’s, I saw that they were out of stock and was so bummed. Ashley and Laura came out and went through so much trouble of opening boxes of different kinds of sprinkles just to find me two small packets that were a dollar each to save me from spending six dollars on a huge bottle. Thank you so much ladies! I truly appreciate you and this great act of kindness after a hard day.

This is a larger Michaels than my hometown so it impressed me. Was organized store and clean except for the bathrooms.

Terrible management. There is nobody here available to assist you when you need to find an item! Never! The manager is also so rude if you ask for help, unbelievable! Every time I go there I encounter the same problem.

I love taking advantage of the curbside service. The selection is awesome, and the employees are always friendly. I love the coupons and reward program, too!

Took some effort to find the product I needed, as I was sent to the opposite corner of the store from where I needed to look. Had a hard time getting help and the line at checkout was quite long. I think theyre just understaffed though.

Their yarn section is abysmal. Even more so now that theyve added new products. Half the bins are empty and you cant find coordinating colors if you stood there all day. Whats more, you can see tons of product in their overstock but the stuff on the shelf is haphazardly placed and unraveling. I wish I could give it only 2 1/2 stars.The sales staff is very nice IF you can find them. They usually only one lane open so check out takes a while.

First time I went here, the store was closed midday with no sign or information about why or when it would be open.I tried a second time a couple months later and found a clean, well-stocked store and helpful and courteous check out staff.

The curbside pickup was pointless. I ordered on a Friday....by Sunday no email still. I called and it was ready. Fine. Drive up, call and wait. Nothing. Okay...I’ll just go inside. Finally get some help but the woman didn’t even look me in the eye. No apologies...nothing. I’m a pretty understanding person. A simple I’m sorry have a nice day goes a long way for a customer. Maybe she was just having a bad day, maybe she thought I look young and didn’t deserve a little courtesy...not sure. Either way I won’t be back to this location.

Watch your items as they are rung up. I purchased clearance items and they wanted to charge me full price, though the Michaels sticker clearly stated a lower price. The cashier did honor the sales price after I pointed out the sales sticker. Evidently this has been an issue.

My 11 year old daughter received $75 worth of Michaels gift cards as her Christmas gifts. She really wanted to use them on glue, and other items she loves.Due to our numerous visits to our local Michaels, she remembered using the 40% coupon in the past, so before we left our house she calculated what she could spend, she is learning how to use coupons, and how to determine what 50% off means. Once she figured it all up on what she could spend, we headed to our local Mall Of Georgia location. After she shopped for the items on her list, she presented her coupon she had researched online. The cashier then crushed all of her hard work of calculating her budgeted amount she could spend. Cannot use coupon on this item because its an everyday value item? It was Not on sale, Nor on clearance, which we were understanding only items that were excluded was clearance or sale items. You guys know that children are going through a slim craze. And instead of honoring the coupon for the CHILDREN, you want to punish them by not honoring what you have honored all of 2017-11/2018. Shame on you to take advantage of a child!! I finally apologized to the cashier, due to the fact that she didnt make the decision to scam from Children. I have never taken the time to do surveys, or even complain. But when you start taking advantage of Children, this ole gal is going to STAND UP!!!!!!

I always enjoy this location of Michaels at Mall of GA. In Buford. Its well stocked and clean. I also like that theres usually a sale going on for craft materials and if not, I can use a 40% off coupon with my cellphone. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful.

At this store I have experienced several helpful and welcoming staff. They are always ready to help with a smile and answer a question. The framing department is very talented in their visuals and layout. If you are in the email list you get ALL the sales and coupons. This is the only Michaels I shop at because of their high level of customer service.

This is my usual Michaels. The employees are very nice and are quick to tell you when they dont know how to use/make what you are trying to do. I appreciate honesty. Highly recommend getting the app for coupons and viewing the ad. No more clipping! Also using the member number when purchasing means you dont have to keep up with receipts for returns. Signing up for email nets more coupons. Amazon is cheaper but for instant gratification plus a good coupon and the store competes. Plus theres nothing like laying hands on the item under consideration. Great end of season sales. Plus in the past they have run daily doorbusters that really cant be beat.

When ever my kids have a craft like project to do that is where I run to. I love that there is always a coupon to facilitate their price. Customer service is always at its best.

I came in the other day, and I was having a pretty rough day. I gathered everything I needed, and went to the checkout. I had a girl, I believe her name was Payton. She was very sweet and managed to cheer me up. She was interested in what I was creating, and she gave me some pointers. Excellent customer service, and I will be returning!

Always find good buys here less than half normal price in regular mall stores. Love it for quick last minute shopping or a quick gift item . They are always restocking in the middle of the week,.every week and they are always full. If one store doesnt have your size another nearby changes are will!! Just love it!! 👍

Went to the store to get HTV vinyl, had a 40% off coupon and was expecting it to take 40% off one of those items vs a $1.00 item I put into my cart. The young cashier wouldnt remove the items from my purchase so I could get the 40% off of a more expensive item and let me purchase the $1.00 item separately. I asked for a manager, waited 10 minutes and decided to leave since I was asked to step out of line to wait. Fine store, bad customer service, and the prices for the HTV items I bought were cheaper at Hobby lobby.

Typical Michaels craft store. I was pleasantly surprised how super clean and organized the store was, as thats not a normal experience. I didnt see (except the registers) or interact with staff members so Im not sure their helpfulness. I wasnt blown away but it wasnt bad.

Great place to find stuff but not enough staff to help you on the floor

The store is nice and I have yet to meet an employee who was not kind or willing to help. Kindness is rare these days so it was great that the employees are always so kind. However, as a frequent customer, I noticed that some of the other customers were not very nice to the people working there. One lady in front of me in line seemed very much impatient with an employee who was trying to do her transactions as fast as they could while remaining polite and friendly but the woman kept giving them a hard time. I think its great management focuses on excellent customer service but I feel like they should also focus and treat their employees well and give them time to adjust. Hence the 2 stars.

Location always has what Im looking for in stock, staff is always super helpful, and even when they dont know anything about your specific need, theyre usually able to point you to someone or somewhere that does! Fantastic crew, always cheerful!

Not many workers around to answer questions at least not until you get into the checkout line to ask the cashier, but other than that it was a good place to shop, everything was in its perspective place and easy to find.

I was able to find what I went there for, although I asked a worker that was in the same isle as me a few questions, and her only response was I dont know and then continued to stock shelves. Her unprofessional attitude will lead to many unhappy costumers.

Expensive, and mediocre selection at best. Bright side theres almost always a 40% coupon if you can find something thats not already on sale. Hobby Lobby is much better, but Michaels will do in a pinch if you dont want to drive all the way to Athens, or its Sunday.
