They two guys that came out were Top Shelf! On time and very professional. Didnt take them long to find the problem and fix it. Prices are affordable.

Everyone that we have dealt with at Pruitt is amazing. We had our AC stop working, they came out the same day. They got the AC working quickly, were super kind and understanding (it was very hot that day and we had someone ill in the house). We use them for regular maintenance and they have been really great all around. They are really good about explaining everything they are doing and answering any questions we had. They gave us Fair price, provided outstanding work, and professionalism. The ductwork they installed was better than what the house originaly came with, and they worked around that same duct work. We moved into a new home recently and had some water/leak issues with one of our units. Pruitts name was on the unit so I called them. The gentleman that came out evaluated quickly and decided the unit needed Freon. We paid almost 400, and after he left, it leaked again. We had a different company come take a look, and it wasn’t the unit at all. It was a clogged AC drain. I’m disappointed Pruitt didn’t even check the drain, or try to unclog it first.It’s worth mentioning the ac unit still blew cold air before Pruitt came out, and I realize (after the fact) that should have been checked for or at least a question that they ask me before proceeding with Freon.I give 2 stars for responding quickly.

Have used Pruitt for years. I moved away from them one time due to a cheaper price and got what I paid .for-- cheaper service and not what I paid for. Pruitt is honest and will not sell you something you do not need.AWESOME *** would highly recommend

Pruitt Heating & Air did a fantastic job on my basement heat pump and dehumidifier installation. I was concerned about the routing of the duct work to help keep the ceilings as high as possible. Prior to the actual installation, Dennis came over twice and we discussed the job and he came up with a great plan to route the ducts so I didn’t have to lower any ceilings. The actual installation was flawless and their price was lower than two other quotes I got.

Our first experience was just a system tune-up because we had no heat. After several hours, the technician found numerous problems and corrected them all.The second call was when the unit failed to switch to cooling. It came down to a reversing valve that failed. After talking to several companies, the bottom line was lots of money to fix a 22 year old system or get a new, upgraded system. We opted for a new system and Pruitt was the only one that could find a system to fit our houseboat (very limited space). The install went great and we highly recommend them for service and installs.
