1 year later we have these body impressions even though we rotated a 1/4 turn every 2 weeks. $1000.00 king size mattress. Unfortunately was in the contract that they would not take this as a return. It was a brand new mattress purchase. There are no stains at all it brand new looking. We would love to return it

Worst delivery service ever. The delivery people had to bring my kind sized mattress upstairs which they weren’t happy about. They kicked my furniture and items around. In the middle of bringing my mattress upstairs they swore like 10 ten times. No smiles and no manners at all. Absolutely terrible. The one thing that I can’t stand is them kicking my things around just because they are angry that the mattress is heavy and had to go upstairs. They also kicked the mattress instead of lifting it. The mattress is already damaged

I had a very positive experience purchasing my mattress and adjustable bed from Xtreme Discount Mattress. The manager at the Delaware Ave store, Mimi was terrific; very knowledgeable but not pushy or trying to upsell. The delivery process was very easy with great communication from scheduling the appointment to letting me know when they would be arriving on the day of delivery. And, the delivery guys were great. Very professional, respectful, and careful. Highly recommended.

These folks dont act like sharks or bait and switch sales people. The in home 30 day try and buy is nice but a bit pricey. They say $30 for a switch and that covers the mattress protector for a twin. My queens protective cover was $50 then there is the delivery and restocking fee of $75. Not a bad price, just not expected. That was the only down side. However the sales associates are very knowledgeable so like me its not an issue and I would have bought the mattress protector anyway. I have had the best sleep and my back pain is actually diminishing.Thanks George and your team on Delaware Rd. Great experience will buy from them again.PS. There under $1000 dollar mattress with a motorized fram. Destroys my $3500 Sleep Number and no more compressor noise as loud as a vacuum at 1am.

Mix up in box spring for mattress. I was told to drive my car and pick them up myself. Mattress was only delivered or I was given option to pay another delivery service even though I have no box spring. Was refused refund and screamed at by sales person and manager. Careful anyone doing business with this company. They are stealing money charging for sets but not delivering. :(

Decent place to get a discount mattress. I went in for the Kenmore pillow top individual pocket coil hybrid bed, on sale for 499.99$. Aside from having a hell of a time getting it upstairs into my apartment its a really big and comfy bed. My movement doesnt bother the girlfriend now, just my snoring.

Bought my mattress 2 years ago from here. I spent $800. I followed instructions to periodically flip the mattress. It is completely sunken in on one side, the middle of the bed (in between me and my husband) is raised, while the spots we sleep in are sunken in (significantly more on one side than the other). We toss and turn all night because it is so uncomfortable. Mattresses not made to last. This started to happen less than a year in, and progressively got worse.

Terrible terrible terrible.. I sent my girlfriend to purchase a plush pillowtop innerspring mattress she doesnt know inner from outer. So the salesman directs her to a plush foam mattress. That was delivered two days later so you know it was some trash they had laying around. So she goes back an ask for a pillowtop plush innerspring mattress. Once again the salesman directs her to a jell mattress instead of the innerspring mattress that took 4 weeks to arrive. An now im stuck with this mattress because it only one courtesy exchange. when the salesman purposely told her this is what i ask for.

It was so good. A nd they have a size of beds. I bought one it is so soft. I recommend a full size for kids.

I have been to Xtreme discount several times now, over the last several years, and I will be buying all my mattress from there. I have never once had an issue, and years later, the mattress are still holding up just as well as when I bought them. They are comfortable and they REALLY are about half of the price as a lot of these other stores, plus the sales people are not down your throat and standing beside you, pressuring you to make a choice. I do highly recommend this place. No reason to spend a lot of money on a bed when you can buy one for much cheaper, that is just as nice.

BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give it a zero I would. The only reason I went to them is because my nephew had such a great experience with them. I went in and asked which bed he bought because I love his bed. While he was deployed I stayed there. I was assured it was the replacement as they discontinued the ones he has. It was delivered but it was not the bed I laid on in the store. I went back to the store and sat on the bed they sold me. Nope the bed I had was hard as a rock and the one with the same name on it as mine were 2 entirely different beds. I emailed the customer service and they did agree to switch it out. They came and did just that. But here is the problem they brought my the same hard bed. I then called and complained and talked to a Rick. Who complete treated me like I was crazy. As soon as I told him the bed that was swapped out was not the bed thats in the store he became very belligerent and never offered me a credit to a different bed. He kept saying we will come and pick up the bed and part as friends. Well they are not my friends I dont even know them. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get a refund. Well here I am almost 2 weeks later still no refund and I HAVE NO BED!! I have been sleeping in my recliner chair. Today I called about my refund and was told the same thing 3 to 5 business days. So not only did they take my bed from me they are refusing to give me any kind of refund in a timely manor. I called numerous times today and as soon as I gave them my name they hung up on me. Their customer service is the worse. Not only am I out my 400 I still have no where to sleep. CRAZY

I bought a Full Valencia set and frame from Josh in East Amherst on 7/12/20. Great customer service. He helped me load my car which seemed impossible but we got it! I drove it straight to my storage unit. The other day, I pulled it out and brought it home to my teenager who is 13. He LOVES it!! He says its so comfy and he sleeps so well. Buying a new mattress is so easy here. Mimi the saleslady I dealt with was fabulous. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She knew her products and didnt try to give you any BS. I havent had my purchase delivered yet although I am certain it will be great. If shopping for a bed this is the only place to go.

Needed a bed, after buying a memory foam bed. Memory foam, buyer beware. I went in to the Delaware store, Mimi E. knew what she was talking about. I sat, I laid, on many beds. I was sold on the first bed Mimi pointed to. Told her to wrap it up. Delivered and set up.I am satisfied.

Purchased a mattress for my son, he likes it. Also purchased the mattress cover, so that it would be under warrantee. We struggled a little to get it on the roof to get it home, but worked it out. Everything was fine, made it home just before the rain. *Side note- my son and his class mates walked up and down Delaware Avenue for an entire afternoon trying to get sponsors for their school production, it would have been nice if this business, in our community, had participated when asked. Even a small ad would have been appreciated

Bait-n-switch!! We wanted a low-end bed for a 2 year old, knowing there would be accidents, n it would be replaced soon. First, we called the McKinley store, n they said they had 2 in the store. After the paperwork, they say they dont have any of them in stock. ..come back in 3 days, or buy a higher priced bed!! They have no one in the warehouse to pull one. So we had to drive to the store on Transit Rd in Elma. They had one, with no problems. So, go to this store first, n skip the bait-n-switch guys at McKinley. Hmmm...I wonder if their owner-spokesman will read this?

The prices are great and there are mattress options to fit every budget. Plus they throw in the box spring for no additional cost. They will deliver your mattress for $50 or you can take it home yourself. If you need a frame, its $30 for a twin and $40 for full size. The twin mattress we purchased for our daughter was $199 and it is pretty comfortable.

When first words out of sales persons mouth six inches from the door when you walk in is are we delivering this mattress to you or are you picking it up my response is I dont care how much less you sell a mattress for Im going elsewhere. I found the service to be below standard. I made the original purchase in February, and when they came to deliver the Queen bed and box spring, the had one normal size box spring, despite having it on the receipt that we wanted 2 separate box springs. We also purchased twin beds for my children who officially arrived last week and laid in their beds 2 night and the box springs broke. Both children are under 10 and way less than 60 pounds. When I called I was told by a gentleman to call me when you can back because theyre busy! Are you kidding me! This happened to me once before With these people having to call me when you can me back. Being in the customer service industry I cant process telling a guest to call me back because of my staffing issue! Coming from Philadelphia I have never encountered such minimum guest engagement execution in my life! From the beginning its been a problem, and the fact that they prance around on TV promoting being such a great establishment, I beg to differ. And would never patron that company again! I would rather pay a higher price to be treated like a valued consumer!!

Listen to me when I tell you that this is one place you never wanna go to for a mattress. The owner was to put mildly racist rude and very uncooperative, me and my family felt very disrespected upon arrival, and we still chose to do business here on our mistake and the mattress showed up to the wrong address when we went back to discuss they rescheduled leaving us 2 more days without a bed and the delivery team did not notify us when they were coming and left the mattress on the side of the house. I’m in disgust and would highly recommend to never do business here. My biggest complaint is that I can’t give this less than one star. The animosity I have for this establishment is through the roof.

We went to a mattress store on Sheridan and looked at a mattress and adjustable bed frame 3X the price of the one we purchased at Xtreme Mattress. It was the same mattress and adjustable bed frame that we purchased!. We were never pressured to buy from Rick or the other salespeople. We were given time to look around and try the beds. We came back 3 times and were treated kindly each time. We are very happy with our purchase including the delivery. Maybe these negative reviews were from a different location, we were very happy! I would highly recommend this store before paying way above the price at other stores.

Buy from a reputable dealer with good warranties; not from this company. Sold me a mattress I had to return the next day due to damage. Argued I didnt buy their mattress cover to warrant an exchange. It was damaged by them ! Other companies, by the way also give you a comfort guarantee without cost... Anyway, mattress is extremely uncomfortable. Didnt seem to be the same as one in store. Slept on the couch most of the year. Had to buy an expensive 4 topper for it, which doesnt help much. Now have to save up for another one.

Dont answer their phones. Called multiple times and waited as long as I could. No answer. Ive heard they have little to nothing in stock at stores and that you should call. I wouldnt do business and depend on a business to place an order properly if they cant even answer a phone.

Bought a mattress for my toddler a few months ago and opted out of the $40 box spring because I didn’t want the bed to high for him. Came back today to get the box spring and now they say it’s $108. I said it was way cheaper before, they said it’s half off if you buy together. So even though I already gave them my money the first time for the mattress I guess that’s not good enough.Definitely won’t be back. Don’t recommend either.

So very disappointed... The mattress i tried in the showroom was obviously not what I paid to be delivered into my home. So very disappointed... I am disabled and we were looking for something to help me. The salesperson had me try a few, very professional, but turned out to be a garbage mattress. I dont blame anyone but myself. Should have known. Too good to be true

They suck. Place was dirty. Nobody helped me for a full 20 mins. Employees was on their phones while me and my wife needed help. Maybe customer service training should be provided. Truly unsettling.

Weve purchased a couple of bed sets here. Last week, my father-in-law was moved into a senior apartment and needed a new mattress set. He had surgery on his broken hip, so his mobility was limited. When we had purchased the set, we had no idea that he wouldnt be able to lift his leg into the bed. He needed a thinner box spring. After speaking with one of the men at the store over the phone, they exchanged the box spring with no issues or charges. Their customer service is impeccable.

The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. They give you the facts without being pushy. We have now bought our mattress and a mattress for a family member there and we highly recommend them to others.

They committed 2 sins that will make me shop elsewhere for my next mattress purchase. 1 - LIED TO/MISLED me. Salesgirl told me my old bedding would be taken away; theyre in my garage waiting for me to lug them to the curb for garbage day! 2 - NEVER returned my calls. I left messages to find out why. Stopped by the store a week after my purchase and all I got was a well rehearsed Im sorry maam... and their policy is to take bedding to the curb, not to take it away in case of bedbugs; although it was obvious I do not have them! Frustration!!

I have worked within the warehouse, thought about order product myself. While working there I notice that the employees would sleep on the product, smoke near the product. I also started the notice as the season would change the warehouse would have leaks allowing water to fall on product where the beds would stay until being sold, the water started to cause beds to smell and form molds throughout the beds in the warehouse. We were told “unless customers notice anything different in the bed bring it back to the warehouse but try to convince them it’s normal”. The product is also ALWAYS REUSED AND RESOLD. I’ve had to swap out box springs and mattresses and they old sets that the customer already used we were told as employees of the warehouse to use the new bags covering the new bed sets on the old product and tap it close so it looks brand new and if the customer asks the bag ripped and we had to tap it shut.

I’ve been waiting since last Friday for our mattresses to be delivered, called today to be told that she never charged me for delivery.... even though my receipt saying delivery and she walked me through the process and what number to watch out for, but NEVER CHARGED me for it. So here I am thinking I paid for delivery when I guess I didn’t because she never put it in and when I explain to her how I don’t have the money to pay for delivery she just sits there in silence doesn’t say anything . I would have thought since SHE made the mistake that they could have at least waived the delivery fee, but nope. So unprofessional, I will have inconvenience our day and my children to try to stuff these mattresses in our car. Very dissapointed that nothing could have been solved for the employees mistake .

Bought a Sarasota California King. $1000.00 Sagging in middle at 15 months. I weigh 180lbs. They might cost less, but the quality is less. A LOT less. Spend the extra coin and get a brand name like a Serta. Sure wish I did.

Well I bought a latex flush pillow top latex the best they offered . I think at the time around 1000 give or take first couple month great but then I say in about 1 year or so it started to rip from the side down .. I will say I have lower back prombles .. i wake up almost every day with the worst lower back pain.. maybe because its spring loaded not sure .. I heard tempurpedic is the way to go .. I will never buy a spring load bed every again ..

Walked into the store the first time and George had me and my boyfriend try some mattresses, we found the one we wanted,queen size firm with box spring only $499. I went in a few months later walked right up to the register knowing what I wanted, purchased it that day, and they told me probably about 3-5 business days for free delivery. I was ok with that, 1 day later I got a call from Guy and he arranged my delivery for Monday. I had to wait 3 days to get my mattress and I was ok with that . They told me between 1030-130 they would deliver it. They showed up to my house at 10 am and were already at the front door, moved the box spring and mattress right into my room, I signed for the delivery and they left. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. Cannot wait to sleep on our new firm mattress tonight! Delivery was fast, early and easy even on a 93 degree day, and they were so fast with bringing it in and laying it down for us. Definitely would go back there again when I need another mattress for sure!
