Other review hit nail on the head. Staff can be rude. Could care less about helping you. This is the 4th time with that experience. I am sure they will live just fine without my one time a month visit but I just left there and I have had it.

Best prices in buffalo area, some staff member can be a bit rude or little more than rude depending of the day of the week. they need to do a bit better in attitude, owner should send a few of then to customer service school.other than that is all good.
