Greatest customer service EVER!! I stopped here after a hair appointment last week to buy some champagne for my wedding, only to find out I bought way too much! Without question, they let me return the unused/unopened cases of champagne! They were so friendly and so so helpful. BUY YOUR LIQUOR HERE!

As you can see from the outside this is kind of a cool building so you have quite a fashionable experience where are you buying a bottle of liquor. This is also located right in the really cool part of town called Elmwood Village where there’s plenty of places to go people to see and things to do.

Been going here for years, the neighborhood liquor store. The only complaint I have is that they close too earlt

Always a good experience coming here. Family owned business that runs true to family owned values—friendly service, fair prices, and employees you come to know and enjoy talking with. Also a punch card for discounts!Bottom line is, you cant go wrong here. Ive been coming here for years and its a better experience than anywhere else.

My go to liquor store. Selection is great and the friendly staff have awesome recommendations if you ask them. I havent been disappointed in their suggestions yet. Super extra bonus is they are dog friendly and keep treats under the counter so you can let your dog go shopping with you. They know my Roosevelt pretty well by now.

Rudely denied my legal out-of-state vertical ID (Im 22) stating a court case as reasoning. Could not cite a court case or any piece of legislation to back this up. Walked 15 minutes to pick up a nice bottle of wine for a friends birthday and will never be returning. I would not recommend supporting this business.

Quality selection and customer service. Go to Hodge over others in the area—they are very helpful and always select a great wine in my price range. Dog friendly too!

Amazing selection, kind and knowledgeable staff willing to go so far as to explain the different between scotch, whiskey, single malt and double malt and practically anything you could possibly ask about alcohol and liquor. The selection is great, they restock their shelves daily and order from their suppliers twice a week to keep everything absolutely fresh. This is my go-to, better and cheaper than any liquor store on Elmwood and the far surrounding area.

This wine & liquor store is the best in Buffalo if you arent sure what you want! The staff seem to know every detail of each of their products, and are very good at helping you find what you want within your budget--anything from the most inexpensive but good whiskey, to fancy wines. I go out of my way to shop here nearly exclusively :)

The store is fine but I had an ID that said under 21 when I was 22 because I got it when I turned 18 and it didnt expire until after I was already 21 and the woman working there told me she cant accept it because theres some court case being fought over whether or not its okay to accept that sort of ID, I dont know but it sounded like bs so I just went somewhere else until I got a new ID and just assumed she didnt trust/liked me.

Small place, close early but are really nice and have some solid deals. Definitely a great little neighborhood shop
