What a great experience from start to finish. I had been thinking of buying a hot tub for a few years, finally decided to pull the trigger. Went in to look around and talk to someone about it since Ive never owned one before. Ed was our sales rep and he was very helpful. They didnt have much on the showroom floor but he explained all of the options and pricing very clearly. I decided on a tub that was coming in soon on a truck. Ordered it on a Saturday, Tuesday they called to schedule delivery and Thursday it was being dropped off at my house. Finally have the electrical hooked up and it is running great.

Not so friendly. The guy in the back is knowledgeable and usually has what you need. Just understaffed and not much customer service. The girl at the register was a gem. She couldnt go to the counter where we put all our stuff to ring it up. Then wouldnt bag anything even after we paid for bags. Spent over $700 that day too...will go somewhere else I guess.

BE CAREFUL. They are selling bottles of what they are calling shock but are labeled as regular chlorine and telling people the labels are wrong. These may be no different than regular bottles of chlorine and not shock. I dont trust it, seems strange.

I will NEVER bring my business here again. Purchased a j-335 about a year ago. The person who schedules the deliveries has 0 customer service skills, and speaks down to you. They only deliver on bankers hours and if you need something outside of it, youre rudely told are you going to pay their overtime. Right off the bat we needed service, had a malfunctioning filter and the waterfall leaked. Took 6 months and a call to Jacuzzis customer service to get someone out. When they finally came out, the tech stripped all the panel screws, told us he put an order in to get the screws replaced. That never happened placed a few more calls still nothing. Tried calling recently to get the screws replaced and was told a tech would be out Wednesday no problem. Never came. Like I said take your business elsewhere. Jacuzzi should be ashamed that they use Gary Pools.

Totally disappointed . Purchased a pool package, was given a few companies that could install it for us . The salesperson said they were installing beginning of July, and the other company was 2-3 weeks out . One was booking for SEPTEMBER, the other doesn’t return calls ( have been calling for a week ) I TOTALLY understand with the COVID-19 issue that there are roadblocks, but now we have a pool and no installer . I called Gary’s, explained what was happening, asked if they had any other numbers, the man who answered said “ I am sure they are as busy as we are !” I asked what the return policy is, and we are past that . I am not saying they are responsible fir the installers actions, but they should provide dependable information and contractors . The attitude of the employee who answered was unprofessional . They just want the sale

Had to get quite a few parts this year to open my pool and the employees there we very helpful. They also have a good selection of jacuzzis, pool tables, and foosball tables, etc

I was pressured over a year ago to purchase a hot tub that I did not want. It was a floor model, and I’m guessing they just wanted to unload it. Reluctantly I gave them $1,000 deposit. My plans ultimately changed and they refused to return my deposit. I would have purchased another tub if they did the right thing, but I will never go there or speak well of this business. $1,000 if a fair amount of money and getting absolutely nothing for it was borderline criminal.

Found the parts ive been looking for formy Jacuzzi whirlpool bath tub.ive been looing every were even on line .for two months. The ones i got off line were the wrong ones three time .

I went to the Niagara Falls Blvd location with a problem that I should have caught earlier, but didnt. I didnt know whether there would be anything that could be done at this point as it had been almost a year since installation. The manager, without hesitation, made things right. Tyler went above and beyond my expectations and took care of my family. With this kind of customer service, were Gary Pool customers for good. Thanks for making a good impression! Highly recommend this store!

Tyler was fantastic. He came to my house and repaired my hot tub. He knew exactly what needed to done He gave me great advice too The price was much less than I would have spent on a new pump. Will call him again for any needed repairs or products in the future. Thanks Tyler!!

Id like to thank Eric for his help in getting a significant replacement part for my Broilmaster grill. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to make this happen. Ive always found the people at this location to be very knowledgeable and pleasantly helpful.

Went in to pick up pool supplies everyone was wearing masks and using the social distancing. Services quick and smooth, purchase delivery to vehicle pleasant and courteous.

They always have what I need. The parts and service department is amazing. As busy as those guys are they always have time to listen to what your problem is and try to figure it out with you.

Nick is the BEST,I went there today asking for a 3/4 × 24 Dia track ninteen of them, for my above ground pool, He found me two in the store and he called other location for the rest but they dont have it, then he ordered online for me.Excellent 👍 customer service, he knows what he is talking about.Thank you so much NickMike Ashour

Its Okay. Staff never seems to happy to be working there so could be a management issue, Im guessing. If it was just one person I could point the finger there but multiple employees just seem grumpy or uninterested in the pool and pool accessories sales business. The exterior could use some work too, building and road sign look rough.

Stopped in to check out a hot tub, as we are deciding between 2 models. After the salesman asked me if I was dreaming, we left the store. Wasn’t a professional environment at all from the second we walked in. Then getting talked to like I can’t afford a hot tub by some young kid was the last straw. I will be going to Pool Brite to spend my money this week.

Good advice about water issues!

Was disappointed with my visit to Gary Pools. Staff was playing tag when I got in. Then when I asked the difference in pool covers they said there was none and seemed disinterested in helping . I said my house is windy and I don’t mind paying more. Told me to just get the cheap one. Cover I got keeps blowing off the pool because it’s so light. I went to Colleys and they sold me a thicker cover and actually were willing to talk to me. I won’t be returning to Gary pools. As a side note Gary pools had the cover I got at Colleys for $5 cheaper.

Just bought my 3rd pool from them. Supposed to be delivered between 9-1. After several delays, it came at 4 pm. Guess what, wrong pool. The delivery person had to call his boss to bring the correct one, making me miss an appointment as I had to wait around for them. The owner, Curt, brought my pool. I asked him for something to compensate me for ruining my entire day, he gave me a small bottle of chlorine. Thats it, for ruining my entire day. I would not recommend them to ANYONE. The sales people on the Blvd were wonderful, but Curt from Union Rd, not so great. Go to Pool Mart or Leslies, always great service there. I wish I could return this pool, I hate to even give them my business
