He spent a lot of time looking inside and making all the measurements to insure a good insulation. Explained all the options and answered all our questions.Super happy with every part of the project.

Eric installed our 4 basement windows today. He was not only efficient but so very cordial it made the whole experience pleasant! He worked so hard in this 86 degree weather,,, never slowing down. He did a great job and cleaned everything up perfectly when he finished. In addition he was very careful watching out that our dog did not get out of the yard. Today, Eric and Joe came to install a glass block basement window to replace whats probably a 100 year old rotting wood-frame one. They did a professional, immaculate job, and were excellent at describing what they were doing plus giving very helpful recommendations for replacing the lint-filled dryer vent. Highly recommend this duo and your company.

7 basement windows, including 3 vents, done expertly by Eric in just a few hours. Eric was timely and affable and quick to adjust on our vent requests. He was a master with the crow bar, getting all our 60+ yr original windows out without any breakage. Erics work was tidy, both in the perfect installation, and in the final clean up. And, he foresaw an alteration of the original plan and reduced our final cost. *The glass blocks are sparkling and allow in plenty of light. The vents open far enough for significant airflow.We should have called Buffalo Glass Block years ago!

After researching and getting estimates from different companiesI finally choose Buffalo Glass Block for my basement window project.The job was to remove ten old basement windows from all around the house and replace them with huge glass block windows.The Company arrived on their scheduled date which was awesome!The two installers they sent to represent the company and complete the job was Eric and Joe, hence the real reason why Im writing this review.I must say the job was very nicely done. Everything looked perfectly leveled, straight and professionally installed. Our initial quote went great! The cost was less than we expected to have four windows with vents installed in our basement. Our appointment was cancelled the day of, but a replacement was rescheduled quickly after (the following Saturday). Eric came that Saturday and had all four windows stripped out and new windows installed in a half days work. He did an amazing job and all four windows look great! This was a home improvement project we were pushing off, but it was well worth the money.

They did a wonderful job! Basement is much drier. Very nice people and were done within a few hours!

I had basement windows installed in 2005, now they are in need of some repairs. They will not send anyone out to repair them, cause they dont have anyone to do that specifically anymore. They are only doing warrenty. So if I found my paper work and its under warranty they will send someone but if customer is paying for service they wont. Doesnt make sense. They dont want my money so I will try to fix myself or go somewhere else.
