I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chrusciki Bakery! They go above and beyond for their customers, and I love that they are always adding new items to their menus! I really love that their Broadway Market location carries their classics but also switches up some new options. Chrusciki Bakery has done a few different cakes at weddings Ive been to, and they were beautiful and delicious! I definitely recommend this bakery to everyone.

The Chrusciki Bakery is my familys favorite place to get sweet treats! Ive attended cupcake decorating classes, ordered baked goods, and stopped by their stand every year at the Broadway Market. No matter the circumstance, their team is always friendly and helpful. Plus, every treat Ive gotten is delicious! One of my favorites is the vanilla old fashioned cupcake, if you havent yet tried one of these, Id highly recommend that you do!

I recently went to two classes at the bakery in Depew. One was a gingerbread house decorating class with my son and one was a cake decorating class with a group of friends. Both events were a fantastic time. The staff was great and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. I highly recommend taking a class with them.

Friendly, family owned business with a great variety of cookies, cakes and authentic Polish desserts. Wedding cakes are stunning - best in Buffalo. Also a great place to take a cake decorating class with friends or book a private event!

What a disappointment yesterday to get prune paczki and only one bite of prune filling totally not worth it and if I could would return them if I wanted a sugar doughnut I would of asked for it so sad will not be back

Very disappointed! Every time I purchase something lately (in the last year) it has been stale. I dont mind paying a higher price for their goods but not if I cant eat it. I love the Almond Horseshoes. They are similar to an Almond Ring but smaller for 1 or 2 people. When I visited the Depew location, I was told that I would have to order 1 in advance because they only make them now dipped in chocolate!!?? I love chocolate but why ruin a good thing? Have customers come in and said I would buy a Horeshoe only if it was dipped in ganache I highly doubt it.Dear Chrusciki Bakery: You are well-known for many items unique to your brand and not made at other bakeries. We can buy a brownie or donut anywhere but you make the best black & white cupcakes around (among other items), so stick with the tried & true. Some people, namely me, love tradition.Remember the old saying If it aint broke, dont dip it in chocolate!!🌰🍩🍮🍰

Extremely disappointing overall. The wedding cake that we ended up with was tasty and visually appealing to everybody else that saw it, but was nowhere near what we actually ordered. When we tried to address it with the bakery they were extremely rude about the entire situation. They blamed us for everything, but during the process they asked very few questions or clarifications, despite our multiple attempts to offer assistance. They made no sincere apology, refused to return any of our money, called us liars and then hung up on us. Easily the worst customer service weve ever experienced. We had hundreds of hours into the custom stand and cake topper that we built for it. While the stand was usable, the cake topper was not which was supposed to be the centerpiece of our entire wedding. If youre looking for a plain cake that tastes good they might be able to help you but anything else I wouldnt recommend them.
