Thanks to the entire staff at CFM for such guidance and support during this challenging process of choosing granite counters. From the owner Tom to Nicole and the installation staff it couldn’t have been any better! When it came time to template they were so informative and when it came time to select parts of the stone for those templates they were so supportive in having my input to ensure our satisfaction. The installers were the icing on the cake. Three polite and organized installers arrived and completed everything within an hour and a half. Great experience. Will refer to anyone who asks. Kudos to Tom for such great staff who know what they are doing!

Thank you to Tom and his team for being patient with me as I picked out my stone for my new countertop! I could not be happier with my choice - white supreme quartzite - it looks gorgeous. Tim and Nate came for the installation and they were very professional and friendly. Also, their pricing is way better than other popular local fabricators. With covid, you will need an appointment - I would highly recommend this company.

I can not say enough about the great experience that we had we CFM. We had used a different granite company previously and they did not deliver the same customer service as CFM. CFM was able to get our job done very quickly and everything turned out exactly how we wanted it. We mostly spoke with Nicole and Joe and they were terrific. I would absolutely use CFM in the future!!!

Had my quarts countertop installed today by CFM i cannot say enough of how professional this company is1st i checked all over for the same exact quarts and they were the best price beat out other places by over $1400.00 so i saved money2nd the time between measuring and install date was just two weeks! typically i had to wait months, also the girl who scheduled was very accommodating.3rd. the installers Tim, and nick were very good at their job, seeing them effectively place several hundred lbs of quartz and making it look easy.i highly recommend this place for your counter and some needs

Had beautiful granite countertops installed in our home. The measurement guy came and took the measurements and was very meticulous. A week later they arrived as promised and fit like a glove. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job installing and on the seam and faucet holes. I highly recommend CFM, quality products and work at a fair price.

The worst customer service ever. Small bathroom counter & backsplash took 4 months in total because their mistakes. Lost 4 days of work due to their scheduling issues. Waited all day at home to be told at 5:30 p.m. they cant make it. Drilled 1 hole instead of 2 for faucet. Backsplash too thick & took 6 weeks for them to cut down to right size! Several defects in the counter (small stark white circles) that no one would address. Left messages & email for owner, but never once responded. Absolutely terrible company to deal with.

Stopped in to see about getting a sink hole cut into a granite countertop. Left the top and was told I would hear back in a day or so. A week went by with no return phone calls. Stopped back in to check on it and it was still sitting in the spot from a week earlier. This business clearly has room to improve on customer service. Will not be going back for future home improvement needs.

Nicole took care of us, we were looking for a quartz top for our 48 vanity which was very hard because of the huge selection, they are open to the public also

My boyfriend and I have used CFM stone for several projects. The company is a top notch operation. The customer service Tom (owner) and Nicole have provided, as well as the installation team (Warren, Tim, Dave, Nate(s)), has been exceptional. The installers are extremely professional and honest. They go above and beyond to make things right. We have and will continue to recommend CFM to anyone with countertop needs.

Very professional, many choices and installed faster than expected! I was referred to CFM by a family member that builds, renovates and remodels up-scale homes and properties. CFM has an assortment of granite and marble pieces which are good for small jobs, and full slabs for larger jobs. The variety of colors available made it difficult to choose! We had our schematics with us, and in short order picked out the perfect color for our new kitchen. Once our cabinets were installed, Dan and Nate came out, re-measured and made a template. The next day, they came back and installed the counter tops. They were perfect!!! Well done, folks!

I could not be happier with our new granite countertop. The entire process was very efficient and from the time I called to set up an appointment at CFMs location, to the actual installation in our powder room, it was not more than eight days. I spoke with Tom, the owner to get some basic information and made an appointment with Nicole who helped me pick out a lovely granite remnant. Within days, Dave came out to measure and two days later, Nate and Nate (yes you read that correctly) came out to do the install. My vessel sink and waterfall faucet look just beautiful on the stone. I cannot wait to remodel my kitchen later this summer. I know I will be equally thrilled with the great customer service and quality installation when all is said and done.

Have nothing but good to say about these folks. They deliver a quality product with quality service. I purchased a “remnant” piece of granite for $49/sq ft. And that’s what I paid, no additional fees for cutting out for the sink, or sending a guy to measure, nada. In my case, they delivered precisely what they said they were gonna do, if there was a surprise, it was only how efficient and friendly they were. Highly recommended!

Tom the owner has wonderful taste. He is absolutely super to deal with and he has every possible choice that you can imagine. They also have a large supply of smaller pieces for bathrooms at a more than reasonable price. You can go somewhere else, have a more limited selection and pay twice as much. Dont go anywhere without checking with Tom. We are so happy with our choice!

Our new granite counters were installed last week, couldnt be happier. beautiful stone and the under mount sinks, island in the kitchen, all came out perfect. Tom Boyd and his crew are true professionals, knowledgeable, very helpful and accommodating!

Terrible experience. Unreliable and unreachable. Finally delivered a good product but was not worth the hassle. Look elsewhere if you think that if you spend good money you should get good service.

Cant say enough amazing things about them. I had my kitchen remodeled in 2013 bought the granite from CFM, I appreciate how they stand behind their product and service. Im looking forward to working with them again on a bathroom remodel project. Thank you!

The girls there couldn’t have been more helpful, had to match a specific type of quartz, they looked up their old installations and had installed it in the past, I searched their massive inventory for a r remnant if it for an hour or so and found the exact match. They had it cut and polished for me in about a week

We went to pick out Granite for our whole house and Andrew took 2 1/2 hours to show us and work with us on everything, never once trying to get rid of us. We picked remnants for bathrooms and a main piece for the kitchen. He pulled some out and washed them off. For the Kitchen they idnt have one we liked in particular in our budget but they knew of one they could get ordered in for us that was similar to what we were looking for. The piece came in 2 days and they had it out for us to view and it worked great. I think the customer service is great, but remember Saturdays can be busy. We went on a Saturday but we knew and were patient and took our time looking and found them to be extremely helpful!

Great prices, selection and service

I was employed by CFM for a number of years, great place and the owner Tom is a great guy.

Terrible service, rude employees and rushed installation. Wed been scheduled 3 weeks for installation between 2-6pm - the installer called us at 11 and said hes on his way, my wife told him we were both at work but wed be home within the original scheduled timeframe - he replied ok itll have to be after 3 then. We took time off work and waited all day just to receive a call around 5:20 that he wasnt coming due to personal obligations and that hed like to reschedule. After explaining the situation he unhappily agreed to come that night and showed up around 5:55 (Which is still within our original scheduled timeframe). The guy comes in the house with a terrible attitude and quickly slaps down our island countertop - no measuring, no leveling, no double checking - he didnt even bring up the payment balance or paperwork for me to sign off on! I requested that he measure the overhang as it clearly wasnt even on all sides - he quickly ball-parked a measurement and said Youre good as he was walking out the door leaving the moveable island directly in front of our refrigerator (Youre not supposed to touch the countertop until it sets so youd think hed put it back in place). My wife came downstairs took 1 look at the countertop and said what the heck? I called him on his cell and requested he come back and fix the sloppy rushed job or Id be calling his boss in the morning - he got mad swore at me and replied Go ahead call my fn boss - thats how you do it!. We called a family friend out that night to fix the issue before the countertop set crooked and uneven. I called the next morning to speak to the owner - I was told he wasnt available so I explained the situation to a manager there who said shed pass it along to the owner. Its been almost a week now, we still havent heard from the owner after calling twice and just received a bill in the mail for the remaining balance with a note threatening to remove the countertop if the balance wasnt paid in full as per the owner. It seems this sort of terrible service and behavior trickles down from the top at CFM stone - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
