I can’t say enough about the owner, manager, and staff at Pasteurized Tees. I had a very special custom sweatshirt I wished to have created for my daughter. I reached out to the owner Michael with some ideas and he immediately put me in touch with his manager Jill. I sent her over some examples of what I was looking for and she emailed me the next morning with options of colors and sizes. In only a week they had it ready for me (even though the color was not one readily available). I picked it up today and it truly exceeded my expectations; as did the way they jumped into action so quickly, professionally, and compassionately. Thank you to everyone there that helped make my little vision a reality. My daughter is absolutely in love with her new sweatshirt. xoxoxo

I live in Denmark and was in Buffalo during summer 2018. My tees from Pasteurized are still my absolute favourites and wash upon wash stand up to the task. They beat EVERY other tee i’ve ever owned.If I had known at the time that the quality was so good i’d have bought 20.I only wish we could find a way of shipping to Denmark for a reasonable price. I’m in need of a couple more Elmwood Village tee colours 😎😜. Kudos to you guys. Best tee design and quality in the 🌎.

Beautiful local business that i truly wanted to patronage . However, when planning to spend a significant amount of money on an original design, and being told you have one chance to make it exactly as you want it printed - i was very dissatisfied with that policy.Addendum - I asked for a few changes to the original design - reorder the words, and replace one piece of clip art. In my opinion it was not a “whole new design. “ when spending over $400 on shirts, I really wanted them to be right. The store declined to make these small changes. I stand by my original review.

This business is a Buffalo staple. Community driven, hard working, creative and owned by a visionary. If you are looking to have t-shirts made for a group or just for yourself, this is the place to go. They have awesome Buffalo content or you can bring your own design. 5 stars easy. This place is the epitome of what a business should be.

Great store with really good designs and quick service. We messed up in our selection by getting one size too big and the owner is sending us replacements free of charge! Even without that little hiccup, I would have given it five stars.

My company went to Pasteurized Tees to have some t-shirts printed earlier this year. During the process the owner called to tell me they had a new process that would make the shirts look better, so we told them to move forward. When we received the shirts they were two different shades or orange (our logo is red), which looked like it had been washed 100 times. I asked to have them corrected and was told they could not and they would give us our money back (no problem).I then tried to place a personal order for a single shirt and was told that they would not fill the order, because of what had happened previously with my companies order.Ive also had terrible customer service interactions with the female that works there. Shes been rude and condescending on more than one occasion.

Not the customer service we expected. We came into the store to place an order for customized shirts. We explained to the owner that we were eventually going to place a bulk order, but we would like some shirts earlier to show friends in Chicago this weekend. We had planned on having three shirts printed at the one-off price and placing a bulk order in the next week or two. Much to our surprise, the owner told us that he could actually get the bulk order completed by our weekend deadline so we decided to go ahead and place the bulk order. (This put us in a very awkward situation the following day with the store manager, who had no knowledge of the order nor the rushed processing we had been promised.) After receiving an email inquiry regarding our order, this lack of communication became apparent and I decided to take a trip into the store to discuss the order in person. I learned that the order hadn’t been placed and was told by the store manager that there was no way the shirts could be completed on time. The lack of communication from the owner caused the store manager to think we had made outrageous requests and us to feel like our order hadn’t been taken seriously. In this case, the store owner should have been more realistic with his offer to have the shirts completed by the weekend and, more importantly, should have taken the time to follow up with us as soon as it became clear that the shirts couldn’t be made on time. Moreover, there should have been some sort of communication between staff so that we weren’t left feeling neglected. (I would also suggest some sort of downloadable template for orders so that the manager doesn’t have to scroll through email chains to gather order info like number of shirts, colors, sizes, etc. as we had to answer the same questions over and over. Just a thought.) In the end, we never purchased any shirts so I can’t comment on the quality of the product.*EDIT* I am only editing my original review so that I may rebut the owner’s response.First of all, he is correct in saying we needed the shirts by Friday morning, I apologize for writing “the weekend” but for the purpose of this review I didn’t see relevancy in the day of the week. However, this doesn’t change the fact that the owner himself told us the shirts would be ready by Friday morning, a statement he never should have made. We never “expected” the store to open eight hours early on Friday, rather we were told by the owner that the shirts could be ready in the morning (this was important because we had a flight to catch).Second, we came into the store on Tuesday and didn’t “give” 30 hours to complete the order, we were “offered” to have the shirts by Friday morning (which would have been upwards of 50 hours if you want to get specific). We never made any outrageous demands and were actually surprised the order could be completed so quickly. Additionally, the owner told us he would be sending us a mock up on Tuesday night to make sure we liked the way the design looked. Needless to say, we never received anything from him.Last, we reached out to a staff member only after learning the order couldn’t be completed and were simply looking to verify that we hadn’t gotten the information wrong. No one was berated and it is unfair to attack someone’s character for simply leaving an accurate review of events. Bottom line: the owner of the store never should have offered a service that couldn’t be delivered. There is no shame in holding yourself accountable or apologizing, in fact, it would be an admirable response.
