Stayed open late to administer my COVID vaccine when I got there just as they were closing. Couldn’t have been nicer. I took my daughter there for her vaccine and they were brilliant. So accommodating and so nice about it. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Had the first transphobic encounter here since Ive moved to Buffalo. Dunno who that older woman is at the counter but asking if she could call me it? Yeah a simple hello wouldve been fine, ya know, like you say to any other human being. You dont have to understand who I am or how I live to offer basic respect and decency.

I love this pharmacy! When you walk in you get that family pharmacy from years gone by feeling. Small, nice wooden floors and simple shelving. Does not sell all the junk found at most pharmacies today. After my first visit the pharmacist, Barbara always remembered my name. Very welcoming feeling. I have had a few prescriptions sent over that ended up costing lots of money (over $100 co-pay) so Barbara called me at home to let me know and asked if I wanted to see what other options the doctor might suggest. She found something that ended up costing me only $12. When I asked my doctors office about this I was told they dont know prices (nor seemed to care). If there is something that would work just as well why not get the genetic Rx.It is in a great area of North Buffalo on Hertel with other independently owned businesses. Well worth supporting. There is parking lot in the back so I can drive or walk there. Also has a nice line of natural make-up. What a great change from the impersonal CVS that I was going to before.

This is a small family-owned business, not too many pharmacies like this around anymore. The pharmacist is awesome, she works with you with price, and is willing to help you out... if youre running late you can just call ahead and they will stay open and wait for you.

My friend had his script stolen and the insurance wouldnt cover it so she helped him with his script until the insurance paid, not in an illegal way, just a way that chain pharmacies wont do.
