This is a perfect substitute for flowers in any occasion. Its delicious and looks great. You will be the person with the standout gift looking like you really put some thought into what this person wanted. Provided they enjoy chocolate and fruit.. Anyways, yea great gift! Great service!

This was a good decision. Though pricey there are some cheaper options available that arent as showy but still sweet. This was great for suprising a friend with a gift that lives in a different state. Would recommend.

If you have to set up a surprise delivery for anyone go through someone else. They don’t care about the customers one bit. Made an order through one store for a 9 am delivery found out they sent it to another store for a delivery between 10-11am that’s fine right ?Until I had this feeling to call the store and the girl says : we don’t have an order for 9am it should be out by the end of our day. What’s the end of an edible arrangement delivery then ???Someone explain picking date and times for delivery ? It’s why we spend our money the convenience. First time this has happened to us it was just horrible. Birthday girl May miss the Birthday surprise that’s the point. customer service was horrible at the Depew store.Main st & Williamsville very professional :)

I was super happy with the edible arrangement I was able to pick up on the spot. I arrived in person and was able to come back after 15 min to take the arrangement with me. Very nice employee!

They got me what I needed for Valentines day with very little forewarning, the staff is super friendly, very polite, and helpful. I think its a little bit cheaper if you can order online and pick it up from the store but for me it was worth the few extra dollars to get great customer service. Ill definitely go back, but be careful of the meter maids out front!

Ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentines Day. Order placed on 2/12/2020 in the AM for delivery on 2/14/2020 to her work. Tried calling the store for an update around 2pm as I was unable to use their website for order updates. Left a message and never received a call. Order never delivered on the 14th as paid for. The store contacts my wife on the morning of 2/15/2020 apologizing and advising the order will be delivered by 5pm. Unfortunately, they gave my wife the incorrect order for an entirely different person. So, not only are you late in delivering, you compound that error by delivering someone elses order. I called again leaving a message, and have not received a call whatsoever. After reading other reviews, I decided not to chance it and contacted my credit card company to go after them for a refund. Not the first time I have used E.A., however it certainly will be the LAST! Total disappointment!!!

Incredible Edibles by Mallory came up with the name first. You guys are a joke stealing a small local business owners name! EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS SELLS OVERPRICED NEVER FRESH FRUIT. Hit up I.E by Mallory on Facebook! Super detailed & always uses frest fruits. Way cheaper & will never let you down!!!

I placed an order to be sent to a person at work for their birthday. I was told that businesses get delivered first when I called before placing the order. I called first thing this morning to confirm my delivery would be there on time and was told it should be there and that they would let the driver know....at 3:45 I called back because it was not delivered yet and was told it might be there today!!! They have a new driver!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN!!!****They didnt even get there before the business closed and the edible arrangement employee is being rude because Im asking for a refund****

Dealt with a very polite lady by the name of Christina. She gave me a complimentary white chocolate covered strawberry, which was delicious. Due to the fruit condensation, the appearance of my bag didnt look very good so I asked her to re-wrap it and she did so for free without hesitation.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I placed an order online 8/23/17 and had a scheduled delivery of 8/24/17. The arrangement was going to a school so I called the store on 8/24 and requested an estimate delivery (to see if it would arrive before school closing). The woman on the phone, Jessie, was very pleasant and had no trouble providing me with an estimate, which was spot on. I was skeptical due to the bad reviews but I did not have an issue!! The recipient loved it. Thank you!!!

****After posting the review below, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by another MANAGER named Christina who was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!! She is making my mother a chocolate covered fruit box, new numbers to replace the broken ones (Chocolate covered) and the balloon as promised.......not only that, she is going to DELIVER it herself!!!! Now this is what I call customer service!!! Thank you so much Christina for being so helpful!!!*****I ordered an arrangement from this location for my mothers birthday. At the time, they were doing a promotion if you spent $65 you would receive a free birthday balloon and two free number (Ex. 53). My mother picked up the arrangement not knowing what all was included.....she sent me the picture and needless to say I was HIGHLY disappointed!!! The Cupcake pineapples looked like a child made them, the 53 numbers were broken and they didnt include the balloon. When I found all of this out the store was closed. I called the following morning and spoke the manager Matt, I explained my situation and told me She can come pick up her balloon. Why should she be inconvenienced for their mistakes??? What about the quality of the work and the broken numbers?? He said we cant make a delivery for just a balloon.......to me, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE would of been to deliver a balloon and new numbers, but I guess thats just how I run my business. I hate paying for something I could do myself, but me and mother are 600 miles about. She was still happy for the thought, but I feel like they ruined my gift with false advertisement, bad quality work and horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

The website said last minute shopping but when I went in they told me otherwise. Paid price of teddy bear with starwberrys and was told I dont get the bear. Will never go back again. Lost a customer because I went there for most gifts

TERRIBLE!! I called at around 130 in the afternoon ordered white choc strawberries. Was told they wud be ready by 3 for pick up. I got there around 330 and the door was locked saying they wud be back at 430. So i called at 5:11 and was told there was no record of my order. Then was lied to. I WAS told they were closing in a half hour when the site says 7. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I ordered a fruit basket from the Downtown location and they were excellent. This year 2015, i ordered a fruit basket for $70 for my moms birthday, from the Tonawanda location and she NEVER got it!! I will NEVER order from that location ever again. Thanks for ruining her 61st birthday surprise. Ill be certain to stick to the downtown location for service performed in excellence. So upset...

Absolutely horrid service. Valentines day I had an order placed 2 months in advance just for it to not arrive on time, hell maybe not even at all! I called every single number listed including corporate just to be hung up on multiple times. Unbelievable!

Received a gift basket Easter Monday 2016. It started to turn brown and shrivel Tuesday. The gift giver inquired Wednesday evening and was told. He was very disappointed ($87+ spent) and contacted the Williamsville, NY store Thursday. They explained that the arrangements were only to last a day or two, so essentially he was out of luck! I do NOT recommend.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ...I had the worst experience ever with the buffalo location that I had to cancel my order and my grandmother didnt receive her birthday gift. I have spent hundreds of dollars with edible arrangements and no longer plan to . You cant even get to a customer service rep .
