It was my first time going here and I bought two very nice 8 by 10 rugs and a runner rug and the price was only $360!!! Just amazed with the prices and extremely happy with the service and quality of the rugs. Employees were so helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience. The big nice guy (Mike)? Was very informative, went through different options that were available to me for the 3 room and pad deal. Showed me the different textures, allowed me to take pictures for my reference and gave me cost options. Gave a very detailed explanation of what they do, how long things would take, all was missing was that I forgot to measure my rooms.

Staff is always very helpful. They have good prices too. The lady who works there was trying to help me track down an IVC vinyl flooring & was a great help.

I received four quotes on carpet and this was the best. We purchased a medium grade carpet and we love it. It was installed about 6 months ago now and no complaints. I do not know what it will be like down the road. It does have a 10 year warranty. I just want to state the installers we’re fantastic. I freshly painted the walls, ceiling, baseboard and moldings. And there was zero damage scuffs etc after installation.

Do not let these guys in your house I am an independent contractor honest reliable finished a customers house brand new wood work brand new walls paint these guys come in put down carpet scratch every piece of wood work every wall needing new plaster repairs and varnish and stain on top of that steal expensive Cologne from home owner.. Im only leaving this review because I got a call from their management trying to get me to backup their claim to try to get money out of customer that they robbed and screwed up his house be careful best price is and always best outcome

Been awhile but always got a good deal working with Carpet Factory Outlet.

We have had carpet installed from this company in the past and no complains. Normally we install our own but it was so much easier going to just pick our carpet, have them measure and then schedule an appointment. Home Depot lost our business for carpets.

Absolutely loved this little place! The location next to target was so cute, organized and clean. Great diverse selection, reasonable prices. We even got a great recommendation for a prouduct specific to our needs! John was pleasant, smiling and straightforward. We will be back and pass on the spot to friends and family. Thanks CFO :)

My wife and I walked in. There was one salesman on the floor. He was attending to other customers. As we walked he looked me dead in the eye, kinda rolled his eyes and continued speaking with the customers that he was with. The customers paused to allow him to acknowledge us and he just did not. Terrible customer service, over priced products, they will NEVER have my business. But Im sure that wont matter to them anyway because Im brown. We all know what those gestures and lack of service mean.

Unbelievable the poor customer service I have received from this company. Everything from impolite sales people and customer service, poor quality work, unprofessional installers, and constant promises that were never met. I would definitely never recommend this company to any home owner looking for flooring for their house.

This place is the worst in buffalo. They are the worst carpet place... I dont know how they stay in biz. Not on time. Bad customer services. And wrong product. A company has to be bad for me to write a review. Wow...
