Worst experience ever. Phone and wallet were in my car and they refused to let me get it out. I needed my I’d and bank card to get the cash I needed to get the car out. Totally ignorant. Terrible miserable employees that make a bad situation even worse. Tried to get my car out they said the computers were down and I had to come back tomorrow! Can you even belief that?

Staff is very helpful. Sadly I didnt have a good outcome. I did not leave with my vehicle due to charges that I totally could not afford. The fees that the city of Buffalo impose on the citizens are anything but reasonable. However the employees are super friendly and willing to help without hesitation.

Absolutely incredible specimens.A wonderful exhibit. Though its honestly a bit sad to see them caged in like this. But then again, its probably in their best interest for the time being until they get a loving owner.Alternatively, at least theyre well loved by the visitors and the sickly are kept from worsening health conditions and taken care of by the keepers.My only real complaint is the filthy floor inside the adoption room/ souvenir shop.It can definitely be swept up more often.

Horrible customer service! The people that work there are so miserable its disgusting! They have definitely mastered the art of making a bad situation worse! Because no one goes there for a good reason, and to get there and be met with so much attitude on top of incompetence its just heartbreaking.

They really need to find a way to open this everyday. I do like the auctions.
