You need it for work? They have it! I could spend hours in that store. I found Wrangler work pants that I couldnt find anywhere else! And they were real Wranglers, not that flex polyester bull. The clerk was nice. And...no one (except the clerk) had a mask on. I highly recommend this store for all your work needs.

As an older person, I appreciated the help I received loading my car. The young man was extremely helpful!

Menards is my store of choice because they have everything I need and the people are friendly and want to help you find your items and I sure do love the 11% back. That’s a big help in the pocketbook and it all adds up

A good store with good prices. However, Lowes and Home Depot are still my preference. One, they offer military discount which Menards does not, and two, customer service is better.

Could not be anymore disappointed we ordered a dishwasher 4 months ago we were given 3 different dates and now it will be in, in April. Half a year for a dishwasher. We asked for our money back and they said they’d give us in store credit, or we could will out paperwork and wait another 2 weeks. Never order anything from the horrendous Store unless you want to wait forever to get nothing.

I love Menards the people there are so helpful but sometimes the checkout lines get a little long🤔

Vary helpful and nice. Masks are required as it should be expected. And they do enforce it! I loved watching someone at checkout that refused to Wear a mask be told to order their stuff online and they took his cart away. It was great and a appreciate them doing so. It is not hard to Wear a mask just do it or like they said order online. Whether you think its necessary or not the store has the right to require it. So just be respectful please wear your masks. And thank you Menards for enforcing it like you do.

Cluttered and busy.. especially around the bathroom area for several staff were just lingering. The star was clean but could have used more checkouts. Four lines seven people deep at times.

I’ve been here many times and it usually goes pretty good. Today I went in to buy some lumber. The cart corral by the lumber area was completely empty. So I start walking towards the front of the store looking for a lumber cart. Nothing can be found. I set my couple items at a register that isn’t being used and step outside to look for a cart and there are over 20 carts scattered on the front sidewalk. I grab one that is only a couple feet out the door and step back inside. The manager at the front of the store tells me I cannot come back in this door. I had just said hi to this lady 10 seconds before. Now she tells me I need to go all the way around with this cart and come in the entrance. I explained the situation to her and she replies “that is an exit only”. . . Whatever I just did it, not a huge deal. I’m now in back picking out my lumber and an older gentleman walks up to the worker that is just down the isle from me and asks where he can find a cart like the one I have. The worker said there is a cart corral at the end of the isle. I spoke up and said it’s empty I had to go get mine from the parking lot. The older gentleman turns and looks at the worker and says well where can I get one. The worker replies “sounds like out in the parking lot” I started laughing and the old guy stormed away. The worker looks at me and says “what are you laughing at?” I just shook my head and went along with my day.

Employees are very helpful answered all my questions and then some, made sure i had everything to go with the job i was doing

Walk throughout the entire store and find what I need with the assistance of a employee for some of it. Then walk to the front to purchase what I need and get told I can’t buy anything as I am already in the process of paying and then they cancel it and tell me I have to put a mask on. Little do they know they just lost out on probably 3k with the next project I’m starting. I guess Home Depot will be happy

Menards mask policy is without a doubt the most political driven joke on earth.I was able to shop for everything I needed and waited in line for quite awhile, when my turn to pay finally came i was told to put a mask on before I could pay for the items. No longer will I allow Menards take my money and use it for political reasons. I have a legitimate reason why I cannot wear a mask.Menards 0 tolerance policy should serve as a warning to all that there is more behind the scenes.

Shopping at Menards in Buffalo on Black Friday 2020 around 10 am. Store was busy but not crazy. Workers were friendly and helpful. I like the small town/farm country feeling here.

Online ordering for in-store pick-up is NOT ready for prime time. Placed an online order for in-store pick-up at 6 AM. Website said there were 10 in stock, and the order confirm said nothing about an ETA, just that I would receive an email when the order was ready. At noon that day I called (horrible phone menu that takes forever to listen to & doesn’t give the option to talk to someone about an online order) and was told that it was “one of the orders being filled right now and would definitely be ready within an hour.” Got there and waited 10 min at the pick-up area and called again and was told it was just received in shipping and they were looking for it. I went in the store and did some other shopping (that I had planned on doing elswhere) because I didn’t want to sit and do nothing while I waited for however long. I came back to the pick-up area 30 min later and was told that they could not find it and I would have to come back some other day. Asked if they could just ship it to me and was told probably not, and if they did I would have to pay for it. Since their VERY HIGH shipping rates were what made me choose the in-store pick up option in the first place, I had little recourse other than to wait for a call that it was ready. Tried to talk to a supervisor at the front desk before I left, and she was completely indifferent and uncaring and said that there was nothing she could do, apparently because I did not get the name of the person that told me that the order would be ready. This was Friday 10/30. So I wait through Saturday, no word. Sunday, no word. Sunday about 6 PM I go back to the confirm email and click the link to check order status….and there…it told me that it had been picked up by the customer on Sat 10/31. I call and talk to someone who gets the same guy (Andy) who was there when I tried to pick it up on Friday, and he’s told to go figure out what the problem is. And the person who answered this phone call reiterated that if they shipped it to me that I would have to pay for it. Got off the phone, and waited for a call back to tell me what was up. A short while later I get a call from Andy who said that they are going to ship the totes to my home for free. I receive a package a few days later and open it, only to find that one of the totes is missing one of it’s purple handles that clamps the lid on. At this point, it’s not worth the $14 to deal with these clowns anymore to try to get the handle or a new tote, it’s too frustrating and time consuming. I’ll get one somewhere else and never deal with this place again. And for anyone at menards reading this, your phone menu is ironically terrible. While you wait forever listening to a long list of options, waiting for the proper option that never comes, you get to listen to their pledges about good customer service. If they hadnt shipped the three good ones to me for free, it would have been one star.

Patty at the appliance was a very good help,needed a manual for a stove I bought there a few years ago,she printed for me this was done on the phone, and went to the store and got the manual! Its employees like that that is great !!!

Went in to get paint, had a few questions in what was best and what to use. Awesome help!! Very knowledgeable and when we came back to pick up the paint he had the brushes and rollers that he recommended for the project.

This place was dirty and very unclean. Most of the product was damaged and not a single employee was available to help. When I asked for help I got a mumbled response and they kept walking. I do not recommend this location. Very unhealthy.

Only wish it was closer to home. Employees are always helpful finding stuff. And usually have what I went for. Only problem is, is that I come back with more than I intended to.

Ice melt salt is not well marked as to where it is located. They will not check you out unless you are wearing a mask. My father has medical exemptions and they still forced him to wear a mask. Will never be shopping in a Menards store again. Only giving this one store because I am required to.

There sprinkler system parts are in three different places in the store !!

Clean. Well organized. No bare shelves. Even got Lysol spray disinfectant. A very good place to shop!

Very rude and they think wearing a mask is a law... the only store Ive been asked to leave for not wearing a mask not even other menards stores have been so ridiculous.. they didnt even offer me a mask and I was almost done shopping when asked to leave very unprofessionally....

They didnt have what I wanted but found lots more other items I needed. Husband has more projects to do now.

One of my favorite stores, Ive spend thousands there. More recently, I shop Menards more often thanks to their mask policy, it shows Menards cares about their workers and customers. If the mask haters/covid deniers knew anything about John Menard and family, theyd know that he is a radicalized founding member of the right wing think tanks and political movement. If he is requiring masks, he is doing it because its good policy and good business. By the way, Home Depot is also requiring masks! If you dont want to wear a mask, please stay home.

A good store with an excellent plumbing department but it is a lumber yard that does not carry grade stakes Which kind of makes it useless for contractors who have to do a lot of staking of septic systems houses surveys and a like

Good customer service. Usually someone is within a couple isles to help with any questions.

Bought lumber for a project today. Excellent service from the lumber yard men. They helped us get the lumber down, carried it to the saw where we needed to cut the lumber and helped us with the cutting. They were polite, helpful and cheerful and it showed that they enjoyed their jobs and helping customers. Something we dont see very often anymore. We will definitely be back.

Boycott Buffalo Menards - they are mask nazis.

I am very disappointed in the service. That was given to me at Menards at Buffalo I will never shop at Menards again. I had an employee lie to me and say they would pull my order and it would take a couple of hours so I went home and then called back two and a half hours later and the employee on the phone said I can’t pull this order today and I can’t get it done. So why wouldn’t tell me right away. So I have wasted time getting my father and his worker trailer here to change and say this guy lied and wasted my time. This so called manager Travis griffin was terrible manager needs manager training on client satisfaction. So from here on out I will be making my purchases at Home Depot were they take care off issues and take care of the client

This is my go-to store, I need the store as much as I need any other essential business. I am disappointed that not everyone takes the health of our vulnerable population seriously..I found exactly what I needed and I went about my business.Most of the employees I encountered were wearing their masks properly, two of them were not wearing masks at all and one in particular was half wearing a mask nose uncovered.Its disappointing that not everyone takes it seriously, that is all Im saying.

I have walking and balance issues send the buffalo store wouldnt let me go in the exit which was closer for me. Dont appreciate so I left. Too much walking for me to go to the front door and have to walk through the entire store to get to the garden area.

Most always find what need at Menards.

Everyone wore a mask except in the parking lot and yard. Prepaid and pulled my own materials in the yard. A forklift driver, wearing a mask, asked me if I needed anything. I asked if he could get a new batch of cedar split rails since it was picked over. He did so within 5 minutes.

I have never been treated as rudely as I was today. I was yelled at for coming in the exit doors like I committed a crime. The store manager even defended the actions of the women ! I have been a customer here since they opened and have spent thousands. After today I will never spend another penny at the Buffalo Menards! Going to Home Depot in Monticello front now on!

They were very helpful. I told them the items I needed help with and they were brought up to the register. The gentleman loaded all items in my car. A clerk even brought back the senior scooter for me. Very pleased.

Typical Menards. Everything from roofing to milk. Good prices. Quality on some items not top of the line but are useful anyway. The staff is fairly friendly.
