I understand long waits. But specifically said I had an appointment at 430 and I needed to leave by 4 and he said it would be between 1.5 hours- 2 hours. Fine said I was going to get food and come back. I come back at about the 2 hour mark cause still hadnt had a call to find out they hadnt even taken my car back because he misunderstood and thought he had more time. Im not sure how I was misunderstood when I said I had to leave by a specific time. Then Im told they wont pass my inspection without new tires which will had half an hour. Dont tell someone you can make something happen if you cant. I understand the tires need to be done but had you actually taken my car back when you should have I would have known this in advance. Im now late for my appointment. Oh and they say theyll get you a shuttle but the shuttle is even here!!!

Recently visited the Basil Ford Quick Lane for an oil change. This will have been the first time I have ever paid anyone to change my oil for me. I have and continue to perform my own maintenance for the past 15 years. I was in need of an oil change, low on time and just didnt feel like doing it myself. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. After the fact, I checked the oil level and found it right below the full mark -- just how I like it myself! I had a great experience and will definitely consider stopping by Basil Fords Quick Lane if I am in need of their services in the future. Thanks guys.

This was a really good experience. Every single employee was extra courteous and polite. Oil change and tire rotation in 45 minutes. Waiting area had popcorn, apples, water and other light snacks. They even had a computer area and tvs. Comfortable seating too. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I will return.

Do to the virus i did not know what to expect but it was ok. They no longer have a courtesy van to take U home, they now use Uber.

Was the 2nd person in for an oil change and tires rotated this morning... an after 1 1/2 hours I am still waiting ... Dont recommend unless you plan on sitting there all day

There is nothing quick about the service provided at quick lane. I came the week prior Jose said he would call me when it slowed down. Never recieved that call! I went back the following week and got the same gentleman no apologies basically he stated thats how it is on Saturdays.I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change when he told me it will only take 1.5 to 2 hrs to get out. I specifically asked was my fluids topped off and I was told yes. I popped my hood and of course they were not. Everytime I come here ( total of 3 times) they have some new recommendation but dont have record of the bogus recommendations they provided prior. I dont have any faith that they can get job done or that the things they recommend are accurate. Jose was kind enough to provide me a 15.00 discount for wasting hours of my life. If I can provide 0 stars I would. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

They must have the worst group of scumbag mechanics on the planet, every single time I go here my car has a new problem. I went to get a simple oil change and I pick up my car from there lot and my car won’t even start. My car was inspected 4 days ago, last time I went for an oil change all my tpms sensors broke. These guys are bums don’t ever go here

Slower than molasses!!! Unfortunately, they no longer allow appointments so the wait is even longer!!! In addition, they seem to add on unnecessary services. I always dread visits here!!!
