Came through the drive threw to grab some meds after being discharged from the hospital at around 1am, waited for about two min for the lady to be finished with stocking the orders too it’s appropriate bins.. once she was finished she completely turned away like she didn’t notice us at the window. So I left my daughter who just had surgery this evening in the car to go pick up the meds from inside. I asked her why she didn’t answer us at the window... she says “because you didn’t ring the call button”😒The humanity

I visited on a late night while I was at a nearby hospital for a family member. Their open hours were very helpful in my situation. Their selection of items was good even if they didnt have what I exactly wanted there were alternatives. I had no issues with the cashier myself. Overall a positive experience.

My husband requires injections which are Fed xed to Walgreens by the provider. They are to be kept refrigerated. The pharmist Scott said they may not be kept cold there and must be picked up NOW. He was rude when I explained I do not have a car and he hung up the phone on me. He was rude earlier when I had my friend standing by to pick them up up but he did not want to be bothered to answer if they were there or not. If this is how a pharmacy treats older people we should all take our business elsewhere. I deal with Walgreens elsewhere to avoid the rudeness there. Nice

Terrible. The lack of pharmaceutical communication at these stores is comical to the point of being grounds for malpractice. I really get the sense that your personnel doesnt know what they are doing. I will have this minor eye scrip filled somewhere else. Grade: F

Every time one is to find what they want and go cash out, your standing around for 15+ minutes. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen people drop their wanted purchase and leave.

A little disheartened. In the past if a patient was in a situation that warranted a script to be filled ASAP due to the nature of their illness or injury, It was filled fast and usually was given to you with kind words for a fast recovery. It was that old time compassion and kindness but that seems to have been abandoned. Im sure it all comes down to some cooperate bean counter who figured out that they could save a few pennies by abandoning such practices. If you want that kind of treatment you will need to Marty Mcfly yourself to a simpler kinder time.

After reading the reviews I assumed my experience here (at 8:30pm on Easter Sunday) would be bad, but it wasnt. I went through the drive-thru for a prescription; I called ahead to make sure it was ready. The pharmacist entered my insurance info and got the prescription for me - he was friendly and informative, I believe his name was Terrence. Im glad to know the pharmacy is available 24/7 and also assume that means they deal with a lot on the overnights.

Ive been going to this Walgreens store for a year now and my experience with the cashiers is not pleasant at all. Out of all the cashiers that work there only ONE cashier that will ask everyone how are they. Every black cashier that works there is friendly with every white customer but when a black customer come to the counter, they do not say any. They just ring up what the black customer is buying without saying a thing. It has happened to me often and I will say something to management about this.

Stocking carts in the middle of the floor i had to push out of the way. They said they were giving 40% discount to veterans this 4th of July. Upon arriving the manager said no and i paid full price. The only thing keeping this above one star is good item selection and 24 hours a day. Dont tell your customers disinformation and if youre not a participating location put signs up saying youre not so i dont waste a 20 minute drive.

A real asset to the Allentown community. Frequently, however, the aisles are cluttered from restocking, and frequently things are out-of-stock.. The staff is hit-or-miss as far as helpfulness goes, but are generally friendly. The pharmacy staff, though, is absolutely wonderful!

This pharmacy never has it together. The only saving grace is one of the pharmacist who always smiles and helps. Hes usually in blue scrubs and glasses. Everyone else here sucks the life out of me each time I come. Complete nightmare, every single time.

Received 3 calls to pickup my prescription. Came here waiting at the window more than 15 min, no one even said hello, afterward someone came to the window but not offered apology. Great customer service!!

Hands down the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They get my prescription refills wrong every single time I go to fill it. When I try to contact them and explain the situation I am made to feel like Im a liar, when all I want is the correct number of pills in the bottle. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THAT! After 20 minutes on the phone with one idiot after the other, Im now having to pay out of pocket three times the price I would with my insurance. Where do they find these people!?

Had a hand full of items Ready to check out and asked to use the bathroom after I cashed out. They told me I couldnt use their bathroom, even know it clearly says restrooms on the sign. So I said I dont want the item and walked out. Night manager was rude. Would never spend any money in that store

The guy with the blue shirt, nice hair, and tattoos( I think) was really cute and let me in the bathroom as soon as I came in.

Extremely busy pharmacy but never have to wait too long. Pharmacy workers are great and always take time to answer questions.

Maybe the most poorly run pharmacy Ive ever been witness to. They must have ten people working, but only one at the window. Prescriptions arent ready in time even though you call them in and they tell you they will be. Forget about the drive-thu, they let people just sit there and wait for 20 minutes at the window. Which is a trap if there is someone behind you. Youll never get out.

Drive thru line has gotten alot better! Moves quickly now..pharmacy staff are professional and friendly! The only thing is checking out in front can be very slow.

Rude pharmacy tech told me an item I called to find out the availability of was no longer made and hadn’t been made in “a while, maybe a year”. I’ve purchased the item I called about before, more than once, in that location. Most recently in the last two-ish months. Just went on the Walgreens website and ordered it instead. Because, ya know, it’s no longer made...

HORRIBLE PHOTO DEPARTMENT!!!! Do not go here or order pictures from this location! I have had multiple problems in the past ordering photo cards!!!(giving me wrong size envelopes, giving me less than half the envelopes I needed, ect.) recently just ordered Thankyou cards for my wedding and they cut off part of the card! Not only that, but when I went to pick them up they said that it didn’t come with envelopes! And online it says that it clearly does!! It’s horrible quality and horrible customer service. I had to go return the cards (for obvious reasons) and the “night manager” on duty looked annoyed with us and was annoyed because she “closed down some drawers already and we had to move around registers”. Very unprofessional! She had a snotty attitude.THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!Will not ever be ordering anything from here again. I will not support this location.DONT GO HERE.

Staff is rude and argumentative. Printed nearly $190 from photo department over 2 days time and received damaged/scratched photo paper, and machine not properly cropping, and cutting photos so heads chopped off. Waste of time and money and got horrible photos in return.
