The customer service is below par! The gentleman (and I use the term loosely) who was supposed to help me failed to provide any assistance whatsoever. I did not ask his opinion on the hair products but pricing should not be the only information you can provide. Save your money and support a business that is actually appreciative of your patronage. Id suggest any of the other hair stores along Bailey.

The prices in .the store is not reasonable the guys.was ok but i asked for hair and they gave me hair with lace front so i will be going back to either hair world hair saga or de destiny to get my hair

They can be very rude here. Especially the younger guys. The prices are TOOOOO HIgh on items that you can go down the road and get from Hair World Or Destiny. A lot of the hair looks like its been there since the 12 disciples roam the earth. I feel the prices are so high because they do not sell mich at all. They are not very welcoming and they dont have much knowledge on products and shipping of products that are low or out of stock. Save your time and go to Destinys. Much cleaner and the staff is very helpful.

The young man who was the staff was very very helpful. He wanted to make sure I found what I needed. Right now the store is under renovation. They have wigs and hair at the back which look very unkept
