Fantastic experience! Ive even seen their post work of the Jeep we sold them. I told them about the issues with the seat belts. Next thing we know its seeing Todd(Jeep) with new seat belts & a safe owner.

Called ahead before driving 90 miles to look at a vehicle. Was lied to about the condition. Was told it was in excellent condition with zero rust. As soon as I arrived I could see it was covered with rust spots and touch up paint. Wasted 3 hours because of salesman Shawn’s blatant dishonesty. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Recently purchased a 2008 Lexus RX 350.. Shawn the sales person was very helpful. These guys did a great job of taking care of a minor issue for me regarding the vehicle. Very responsive, great customer service. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here. I always like to buy local and these company is outstanding... A lot of patched together junk. Buyer beware I guess. My recommendation would be to get an inspection done at an independent shop before you buy.

Had inquired about a vehicle, had made a contract and bill of sale and they sold the vehicle out from under me. Terrible business practice, very let down and hurt by their actions. I had my heart set on this and the bank had already approved the loan.

Before I got home the exhaust fell off. I tried working with the CU that I purchased a warranty with to see if it was covered which delayed my communications w/Central Auto. When I did reach out- they tried to blame me for the exhaust problems, saying ‘how do we know you didn’t hit something and rip the exhaust off?. He said prove to me it wasn’t your fault and we will take care of it.He called him. The mechanic told him that he literally touched the exhaust and it fell off due to rust. When I talked to Shaun after, he said he didn’t care what the mechanic said, I’m out of luck and Again- I just need to deal with it.

Dont do it. These scam artists do everything they can to hide major issues. When I bought my pickup from them they had fender flares and mud tires on it. A week after I got it home the fuel pump started leaking. They coated it with truck bed liner to hide the rust and wouldnt fix the pump and fuel line. I suspected they put the flares on for a reason, yep missing paint all around the wheel wells and a giant dent. The mud tires humming on the asphalt also did a wonderful job at hiding the sound of a bad wheel bearing.

Long story short. Bought a truck from these crooks 2 years ago. Test drove it and there was a little wobble in the front end, asked them to look at it before I bought it. Said it was the rim off balanced with the weights. Also told me the brakes where just replaced and his wife had been driving the truck for the past 3 weeks and never had a problem. A few weeks after I drove it off the lot the wobble came back. Had it looked at and fixed. $2k later found out it was tie rods, pitman arm,i dler arm, steering gear box and steering shaft. Now its in the shop for brake work, you know the new brakes they put on. Well they crimped both hard lines going to the front wheels and stripped out the threads on the ABS modulator. FYI....I tried to contact them after the first problems happened and they just ignored me. Needless to say, do not trust these crooks!

Got a great deal on a van here. As with all used vehicles, I did my due diligence, spent some time driving it, looked it over really well. These small dealers seem to have an advantage over the big guys in that they dont need to mark up the used vehicles as much. I tend to lean towards private party sales, but I have to admit the van I got on this lot was the best deal Ive had for an auto purchase.

If you need stuff done this is the place to go to. Very detail oriented, nice people. Highly recommend troy and shaun they will hook you up with all your mechanic needs!

Dealer stuck on quick covers molded, paintable plastic covers that fit snugly over existing rusted out lower body panels.what a rip off never would have close on this rust bucket deal .

My daughter bought a car there and it lasted 2 weeks. Shawn lied and would say one thing then changed his story. They were awful. Will never ever deal with them again and word has spread to the military base up there as she is based there. He tried blaming her and wouldnt help even though he said he would. BUYER BEWARE.

Told them I was coming from st.paul and didn’t want to drive all the way out there and they Sell the car on me I even ask if I can put a down payment on car to hold so I don’t drive all the way out there for nothing Salesman puts me on hold comes back and tells me they can hold the car for hour and a half for me I get 10 minutes away and the salesman calls me and tells me he has bad new guess what they sold the car on me hope they learn how to be professional and not lie and waste peoples time!

My son bought a truck through this company. We took their word that they had done an inspection of various components. Once we got it home and started looking it over in more detail the only thing I could tell they had done was an oil change on because the air filter was completely clog, obviously they never opened that up. Decided to take in for more of an inspection and heres what the techs found. Both control arms were bad, steering gear bad, broken leaf spring, leak in rear window, airbag sensor bad, brake switch bad, and worst of all lifters need to be replaced as it misfires. This is all coming from a couple different mechanics. My main point here is what this companies says are complete lies and will never recommend them. I did call to let them know how upset I was and the guy that sold us the truck never returned my call. My son will have spent $4000 in repairs for a truck that was just purchased. NOT RIGHT!

I am giving this place 5 stars awesome friendly service and was very decent about me looking it over and test driving it the whole 9 yards I will be buying all my vehicles from them if they keep this up and cant beat the prices
